Abstract: Apparatus for a penis and a scrotum of a wearer are described. The apparatus may comprise a semi-rigid body and attachment element. The semi-rigid body may comprise a first structure sized to at least partially surround a posterior portion of the penis; a second structure positionable to maintain a separation between a posterior portion of the scrotum and thighs of the wearer; and third structure positionable to maintain a separation between an anterior portion of the scrotum and the penis when the second structure maintains the separation between the posterior portion of the scrotum and the thighs. The attachment element may be configured to maintain the semi-rigid body in a position relative to the wearer such that the second structure maintains the separation between the posterior portion of the scrotum and the thighs and the third structure maintains the separation between the anterior portion of the scrotum and the penis.

Abstract: An apparatus for use with a protective cup is disclosed. The apparatus includes a plurality of support members which may position the protective cup in a preferred position relative to a user's body, and secure the protective cup in the preferred position. The plurality of support members may connect to the protective cup or a protective support configured to receive the protective cup. The apparatus may be configured to protect the user's groin region, such as the user's crotch area, pubic bone and genitals. The apparatus may also be configured to protect the user's buttocks or legs, such as the user's hips, thighs, shins or knees.

Abstract: A three-dimensionally tailored pouch structure for men's briefs includes a first receiving space for receiving a wearer's penis and a second receiving space for receiving the wearer's scrotum. A vent is formed between the first and second receiving spaces for communicating the two receiving spaces with an outer space. By providing the first and second receiving spaces on the pouch structure, the wearer's penis and scrotum can be isolated from each other. Also the vent allows convection to occur between ambient air and the first and second receiving spaces, so that the two receiving spaces of the pouch structure are always dry and comfortable in touch.

Abstract: An apparatus for thermal therapy treatment of male genitalia includes a contoured cup for receiving the male genitalia in a close, confronting, confining relationship therein, and an adjustable body harness connected to the cup for holding and maintaining the cup in a treatment position in which pressure is exerted against the genitalia. The cup has a contoured inner shell for receiving the genitalia, a contoured outer shell permanently and irremovably sealed to the inner shell, and a thermal medium permanently sealed in an internal chamber between the shells.

Abstract: An integrally molded, multi-part athletic protector with a rigid upper core cup, a semi-rigid lower scrotal bridge joined to the lower edge of the rigid core cup and adapted for both longitudinal and lateral flexion, and a flexible marginal cushion lining the interior surfaces of the core cup and scrotal bridge with a rolled peripheral edge contoured to the user's body.

Abstract: A positioning structure for the male reproductive organ, and more particularly provides a positioning structure which contributes to the hygiene, health and comfort of the male reproductive organ, and mainly includes a main body, a spacing portion, a holding portion and a positioning portion, wherein the main body further comprises at least one lower retaining portion and a waistband portion. The present invention is able to avoid the pants crotch, and enables upwardly centrally fixing the position of the penis to prevent it from falling down to one side, thereby resolving the problems of ill health, unhygienic state and discomfort of the penis resulting from constant skin contact between the penis and the scrota, while at the same time effectively preventing the problem of compression deformation of the penis when an erection occurs when wearing tight-fitting pants.

Abstract: An athletic cup that is convertible from a hard cup configuration to a soft cup configuration. The hard cup configuration can be used for contact sports or ball sports where maximum protection is needed. The cup can be converted to the soft cup configuration for non-contact sports where a lesser degree of protection is adequate. The cup comprises a hard cup and a soft cup that are detachably connected to each other to form the hard cup configuration. To convert to the soft cup configuration, the hard cup is detached and the soft cup is worn by itself.

Abstract: A urethral prosthesis with prostatic and bulbar segments connected by two types of ties allows the prosthesis to assume at least two configurations different with inter-segmental distances adapted to situations where the patient either has or does not have normal control of the external sphincter. This is particularly useful for a patient undergoing an anesthetic procedure that affects the external sphincter muscles. When the muscles are anesthetized, the prosthesis may provide constant urine voiding, and when the anesthetic effects wear off, the prosthesis may assume a different configuration to allow the sphincter to reassert control over urinary voiding.

Abstract: The athletic compression trousers have an elastic waistband, a pair of tubular legs made from a stretchable fabric, a rear crotch panel and a front crotch panel. Belt loops may be attached to the outer surface of the elastic waistband. A waist cord can be provided in a waist cord passage in the waistband. A male support pocket is formed in the lower portion of the front crotch panel. A liner for the male support pocket has an upper opening for the insertion of a cup protector. Hip protection fabric side panels are sewn to either the inside or the outside of each tubular leg. These panels provide padding and protection. If needed, the fabric side panels can have openings for the insertion of hip protection pads.

Abstract: An undergarment for separating the testicles from the penis when worn. The inventive device includes a main garment member having a top waist opening, and a pair of spaced apart leg openings. The main garment member has a genital opening located at the front of the main garment member. A cover panel having an outer opening is coupled to the main garment member. The cover panel is positioned on the front of the main garment member such that the cover member covers the genital opening of the main garment member. The cover panel and the front of the main garment member defining a genital space between them. The cover panel also has a pair elongate ducts extending along them with each the duct having opposite upper and lower openings.
