Abstract: Aspects herein relate to a waistband construct designed to provide support to a torso area of a wearer and more specifically, a mid to lower torso area of a human wearer, (i.e. a pelvic area of a wearer). The waistband construct in accordance herein may have a multiple modulus of elasticity construction with at least one variation in modulus of elasticity along a circumference of the waistband construct. For example, the waistband construct in accordance with aspects herein may have a first portion having a first modulus of elasticity and a second portion having a second modulus of elasticity, where at least the portion having the higher modulus of elasticity may have a multiple layer construction for providing an effective support mechanism to at least a portion of the mid to lower torso area of the wearer.

Abstract: Provided is a functional underwear support for men having active exercises such as running, marathon, and cycling in which the penis and the scrotum are separately accommodated independently of each other with high air permeability, the functional underwear support including a scrotum pocket which is formed with a functional fabric such as a mesh, a coolon, or a coolmax having a high air permeability, to entirely supporting the scrotum, a penis support cover which is formed by sewing a stretchable, soft spandex fabric fixedly supporting the penis so as not to be shaken to the both left and right ends of the scrotum pocket outer side, and a rechargeable motor fan unit which is provided to one side of the scrotum pocket to remove moisture or facilitate ventilation of the scrotum and the groin.

Abstract: An article of apparel, including a garment such as underwear, boxers, or briefs is provided that has an integral support system. The garment is configured to provide improved genital support while the wearer exercises, plays sports, or engages in a physical activity. The garment includes a portion configured as an article of clothing such as underwear, for example, made of cotton and spandex/elastane material, and includes a support pouch, a wide waistband, support straps slidingly disposed through retaining means, and other supportive features. Use of the garment can eliminate the need for the user to wear multiple support layers or uncomfortable compression underwear in order to gain adequate support while exercising, playing sports, or engaging in other physical activities.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a 3D ventilation device for separating body skin from clothes including an elastic meshed fabric, an elastic framework and a fixing device, wherein the 3D elastic framework which supports and holds the elastic meshed fabric, is fixed by the fixing device to locate between the skin and the clothes, so as to form a ventilative chamber for achieving the separation. Here, the elastic framework can be bent to adapt to different body shapes or portions and adjusted to provide most comfortable wearing angle, so that a proper air flowing can be achieved between the skin or the body portion and the clothes, thereby keeping the skin dry.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a stretchable sleeve having a medicinal section that can be loaded with a medicinal composition and a perforated section comprising a plurality of openings, wherein the medicinal section and the perforated section overlap, and wherein the sleeve is sized so that the interior surface of the medicinal section comfortably fits a body portion and the medicinal section contacts the body portion at the site of pain. Embodiments of the invention also provide methods for preparing a sleeve by applying a medicinal composition to the inner surface of the medicinal section through the openings at the perforated section. Embodiments of the invention also provide methods for relieving pain in a body portion by pulling the sleeve in an outside-out configuration straight up a body portion without having to roll and flip its exterior surface outside.

Abstract: A urethral prosthesis with prostatic and bulbar segments connected by two types of ties allows the prosthesis to assume at least two configurations different with inter-segmental distances adapted to situations where the patient either has or does not have normal control of the external sphincter. This is particularly useful for a patient undergoing an anesthetic procedure that affects the external sphincter muscles. When the muscles are anesthetized, the prosthesis may provide constant urine voiding, and when the anesthetic effects wear off, the prosthesis may assume a different configuration to allow the sphincter to reassert control over urinary voiding.

Abstract: A male genitalia support garment has a posterior testicular strap portion extending from a waist band portion of the garment. The posterior testicular strap portion is designed to be positioned behind the scrotum and the testicles to provide support to the wearer's scrotal contents. The posterior testicular strap portion is made of a generally unyielding material in the dynamic state so that a constant, non-variable amount of support is provided to the wearer.

Abstract: A brace for supporting a user's lower back and hips has a front belt portion and an enlarged rear portion with a molded depression formed inside. A packet has a plurality of separately sealed liquid chambers interconnected to each other by at least one channel for allowing flow of liquid therebetween whereby equal pressure is applied to the user's lower back and hips wherever there is contact with the packet. This packet is attachable to and detachable from the molded depression so that the liquid may be replaced or cleaned by removing the plug before the packet is refilled with fresh liquid.

Abstract: An undergarment for separating the testicles from the penis when worn. The inventive device includes a main garment member having a top waist opening, and a pair of spaced apart leg openings. The main garment member has a genital opening located at the front of the main garment member. A cover panel having an outer opening is coupled to the main garment member. The cover panel is positioned on the front of the main garment member such that the cover member covers the genital opening of the main garment member. The cover panel and the front of the main garment member defining a genital space between them. The cover panel also has a pair elongate ducts extending along them with each the duct having opposite upper and lower openings.

Abstract: A male genitalia support has a posterior testicular strap portion extending from a waist band portion. The posterior testicular strap portion is designed to be positioned behind the scrotum and testicles to provide support to the wearer's cremaster muscles and spermatic cords. The support is made of a generally unyielding material so that a constant, non-variable amount of support is provided to the wearer. A receptacle, made of an air-permeable material, for accepting the male's genitalia may be attached to the support.

Abstract: Briefs for the support of male genitalia comprise an inner pants having a hole at a front side of the inner pants such that the genitalia can be inserted through the hole. A front side band having two ends is attached to the front side of the inner pants. A cover is attached to the front side band at one end of the cover and attached to the front side band at an opposite end of the cover for exposing the genitalia. An adjustable loop is attached to the front side of the inner pants and located between the front side of the inner pants and the cover for receiving the penis.

Abstract: A soft goods appliance formed as a unit to be worn about the torso of a male user for eliminating crotch itch. Comprising the appliance is an elastic waistband from which a center strap extends downward from the rear and then toward the front between the user's buttocks in crotch contact. The front distal end of the center strap forms a concave pouch in which to receive the scrotum intervening between the scrotum and penis while maintaining separation between the scrotum and thighs. Vertically oriented side straps on the front of the appliance secure the pouch to spaced apart front portions of the waistband and cooperate with the center strap to define leg openings by which the unit can be drawn up in a wearing relation.
