Abstract: A penile condom catheter facilitates urine collection and egress of urinary fluids away from the body torso. A circumferential anchoring structure includes a web of flexible strands sized and arranged to at least partially contact a portion of the penis. The anchoring structure provides a flexible yet secure hold against the penis when flaccid and provides an increase in the hold when a longitudinal force is exerted upon the anchoring structure. An annularly circumferential penile skin covering material is affixed to the anchoring structure and sized to fit over at least a portion of the penis. A seal is affixed to at least a portion of a covering material, a covering material orifice, or an anchoring structure. A conduit is affixed to at least one of a covering material, a covering material orifice, a seal and an anchoring structure created to permit the flow of urinary fluid away.

Abstract: A conformable guide for directing penile injections has an elastomeric or conformable tube having an open end distally for passing over a glans and a shaft of a penis toward a root of the penis on placement. The conformable guide can have an annulus shaped spirally wrapped portion of the elastomeric tube at the distal end configured to unwrap on placement toward the root. The elastomeric tube has one or more observable injection site locations marked or otherwise indicated on the elastomeric tube when positioned onto the shaft of the penis. The conformable guide is made of a stretchable synthetic polymer.

Abstract: The external male catheter is designed to be attached to a drain tube of a standard catheter, with the catheter being non-invasive of the penis. The catheter includes a base secured to the pelvic area of a wearer, the base having a central opening for accommodating a penis. Connected to the base is a sheath for housing the penis, one end of the sheath adjacent the base and a second end of the sheath extending beyond the glans of the penis. The central opening and the sheath have complementary attachment components whereby the sheath may be attached to the base. The sheath includes an opening and attachment means for attaching the sheath to a drain tube. In the preferred embodiment of the invention a second sheath is disposed outboard of the first sheath and secured to the base in a similar manner. This protects the first sheath and penis from contamination.

A urine absorbent, air flow permeable undergarment (1) may contain a barrier (4) to absorb urine and even an open back (5) such as for example a cutout in the back portion (3) a garment that may maximize airflow to the buttocks and groin. In some embodiments, a garment may not be a diaper and may not be designed to contain multiple urinations. In some embodiments, such as in a reusable form, the garment may be designed with a disposable pad capable of containing one or more urinations, then the disposable pad may be replaced. In yet another embodiment, a disposable garment may be provided so that after urination, the entire garment may be thrown away.

Abstract: The present invention is a solution for continence problems. A supporting structure can be in the form of a modified jock strap or biker's shorts. It includes a male version and a unisex version. The male version comprises a urine-collecting bag having a top opening to receive the genitalia of the user, whereas the unisex version comprises a breathable pad configured to be positioned in a crotch area of the user. Both versions utilize micro channels for guiding urine away from the user.

Abstract: A urine pouch includes a sheath to be worn beneath the underclothes of males and to accommodate the penis. Such an arrangement may absorb and retain in a discreet and effective manner any accidental discharge of urine by the user. The apparatus may be worn beneath the underwear of the user and held in place by a flap which extends upwardly above the genital region and folds over the waistband of the wearer's briefs or boxers. The apparatus may further extend downwardly such that the penis may be inserted through a serrated opening and thereby pushed or pulled through to hold the penis in place. The cross-shaped opening may further be easy to tear to accommodate the entry of the penis into the sheath. The apparatus may further include a waistband for securing to the wearer's undergarment.

The bag comprising a proximal end with a penis receiving opening for receiving a penis of a male user and, a distal end configured to be closed to collect urine discharged from the user's penis in the bag and to be selectively opened to discharge the collected urine from the bag. The male urine collector comprises at least one thin pliable opening ring disposed around and attached to the proximal end of the bag to open the penis receiving opening.

The system enables convenient and easy removal of bodily fluid when using a catheter.

Then the user can lean back against the padded strap, and deposit bodily waste in a collection bag. Abstract: A women's waistless and seamless clothing adherable underwear includes an oval pad made of a soft absorbent material, wherein the pad has double sided strips of adhesive tape with removable peel-off cover strips to attach to the inside crotch area of low slung clothing pants, such as tight pants, leotards or dungaree jeans facing upward to the skin and crotch of the wearer. The material is preferably a soft, woven or non-woven, absorbent material. The underwear is particularly suited for women who wear tight pants, or low waist hip hugger pants, which widely reveal waist bands and seams of panty underwear, or expose underwear waist bands. The underwear is minimally intrusive and is attractive for women who like to wear jeans without underwear but who fear bacterial infection or exposure to clothing dyes or irritating stitching.

The undergarment includes a sewn inner pouch formed from an additional piece of fabric that holds the leg bag in place without the need for leg straps. There is an opening in the crotch area of the undergarment that provides means for placing the leg bag inside the inner pouch. The undergarment also includes a lower opening to accommodate the release valve of the leg bag.
