Abstract: An illumination device with wake-up and/or fall-asleep functionality is disclosed. The illumination devices comprises at least one controllable light source; a control device for controlling the light source, wherein in a steady mode, color and intensity of the output light are maintained constant at a steady color value and a steady intensity value and in a wake-up mode, the intensity of the output light is gradually increased from zero to the steady intensity value and in a fall-asleep mode, the intensity of the output light is gradually decreased from the steady intensity value to zero.

Abstract: An apparatus for waking up a user, the apparatus (1) comprising a light source (3) that is adapted to produce a light effect (L), such as a light beam, that is directed to a user, or at least to a user's head, wherein the apparatus (1) comprises means for displacing the light effect (L) in an upward (Ru) or downward (Rd) direction during a period of time, in order to change a position of the light effect with respect to the user, or at least to the user's head, wherein the means to displace the light effect (L) is adapted to displace the light effect (L) gradually along an amount of displacement during the time period, for instance during a wake-up period until reaching a final wake-up time.

Abstract: The present invention provides a hand-held wringer for removing liquid from a wet or damp material. A wet or damp material is placed between two rollers and a trigger handle is engaged to reduce the space between one roller's axis relative to an opposite roller's axis so as to expel liquid from every fiber of the material as it is pulled therethrough.

Abstract: A chamois wringer includes a base plate with an arm pivotally connected thereto. A first roller is mounted on the base plate, and a second roller is mounted on the pivotable arm such that pivoting of the arm will bring the second roller into rolling contact with the first roller. A chamois threaded between the rollers will be placed under compression as it is pulled between the rollers, to remove excess water from the chamois.

Abstract: A carpet or fabric screen printer has a plurality of size-adjustable screen printing rolls mounted on re-positionable heads on a long frame for the purpose of repeating a pattern in different colors. Each printing head comprises a screen printing roll on which is mounted the screen and inside of which is mounted a roller of magnetically attracted material or having a magnet unit having both North and South poles along the length thereof. The magnetic roller rolls when the head is in operation but remains in one position with respect to the screen printing roll. A continuous conveyor belt delivers the fabric sheet beneath the screen and the roller inside the screen roll. A second magnetic roller on the head beneath the conveyor belt and on the other side of the conveyor belt from the screen and the second roller also has North and South poles which are attracted by corresponding opposite poles on the first roller.
