  • Patent number: 11983947
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating document content using data analysis. For example, a system may store data representing one or more documents, where a document is associated with a type of user and fields. The system may send the data representing the document to an electronic device. Additionally, the system may receive, from the electronic device, data representing information input into the document. Using the information, the system may select various fields for the document and send, to the electronic device, data representing the fields. Furthermore, the system may analyze the information to determine a score associated with the document. If the score does not satisfy a threshold score, the system may continue to select fields using the information and send, to the electronic device, data representing the fields. However, if the score satisfies the threshold score, the system may determine that the document is complete.

  • Patent number: 11955213
Abstract: In clinical documentation, mere documentation of a condition in a patient's records may not be enough. To be considered sufficiently documented, the patient's record needs to show that no documentation drop-offs (DDOs) have occurred over the course of the patient's stay. However, DDOs can be extremely difficult to detect. To solve this problem, the invention trains time-sensitive deep learning (DL) models on a per condition basis using actual and/or synthetic patient data. Utilizing an ontology, grouped concepts can be generated on the fly from real-time hospital data and used to generate time-series data that can then be analyzed by trained time-sensitive DL models to determine whether a DDO for a condition has occurred during the stay. Non-time-sensitive models can be used to detect all the conditions documented during the stay. Outcomes from the models can be compared to determine whether to notify a user that a DDO has occurred.

  • Patent number: 11928121
Abstract: Mechanisms are provided to implement a visual analytics pipeline. The mechanisms generate, from an input database of records, a chronology-aware graph data structure of a plurality of records based features specified in an ontology data structure. The chronology-aware graph data structure has vertices representing one or more of events or records based features corresponding to events, and edges representing chronological relationships between events. The mechanisms execute a chronology-aware graph query on the chronology-aware graph data structure to generate a filtered set of vertices and corresponding features corresponding to criteria of the chronology-aware graph query.

  • Patent number: 11929155
Abstract: A system, apparatus and method for configuring notifications pursuant to a medical regimen for a patient. A communications interface receives patient data and patient feedback data associated with the patient and system patient data associated with other patients may be stored. A data model is processed for the medical regimen to calculate a baseline notification schedule based on the patient data, wherein the baseline notification schedule includes content and notification frequency for individual notifications. The patient data is processed to determine word vectors and embedded vectors. Statistical/predictive processing is executed on the processed patient feedback data to determine a patient characteristic. As a result of the statistical/predictive processing, the baseline notification schedule is modified to form a modified schedule for transmission in the system.

Abstract: An application system capable of providing a continuation of care for a user. This is achieved through the assessing of medication compliance, assessing medical testing compliance and providing appropriate care suggestions. The system incorporates medication reminder, medication compliance analytics and the capacity to provide responses to user specific medication inquiries. The system also incorporates medical test assessment capabilities and the capacity to provide basic medical testing protocols. Additionally, as medication and medical testing data are collected, processed and analyzed, they are stored in a zero-click fashion with results being rapidly presented back to the user via an interactive avatar. These data can also be provided in standard of care summaries to users, HIPAA compliant third parties and/or medical care providers.

  • Patent number: 11923060
Abstract: A method is provided for authenticating, and establishing and tracking eligibility of a patient to purchase an over-the-counter (OTC) drug from a retailer, the patient using a client device or terminal and the retailer having a server. The server is configured to redirect the client device or terminal to a backend platform to authenticate the patient, access a storage to search for any information that indicates the patient is ineligible to purchase the OTC drug; and without any information that indicates the patient is ineligible, administer a questionnaire to the patient to assess the eligibility for the OTC drug. And the backend platform redirects the client device or terminal back to the server to complete the online sale of the OTC drug to the patient when the patient is eligible, or cancel the online sale of the OTC drug to the patient when the patient is ineligible.

  • Patent number: 11915807
Abstract: Described herein are techniques of using machine learning to automatically extract clinical variable values for subjects from clinical record data. The techniques designate certain clinical variables as hybrid variables that can be assigned values by machine learning model prediction. The techniques process, using a machine learning model trained to predict a value of a hybrid variable, clinical record data associated with a subject to obtain a predicted hybrid variable value and an associated confidence score. The techniques set the value of the hybrid variable for the subject to the predicted hybrid variable value when the model prediction is of sufficiently high confidence.

  • Patent number: 11911612
Abstract: The planning of treatment using tumor treating fields (TTFields) in a portion of a subject's body (e.g., the subject's head) can be improved by obtaining an image of the body portion, and generating, based on the image, a 3D model of electrical conductivity. A target volume within the 3D model is identified, and a set of model electrodes is added to the 3D model at given locations. Then, for each voxel in the target volume, the power loss density (PLD) that will be present when TTFields are eventually applied is determined. The same process is repeated for a plurality of different electrode locations. Finally, the set of electrode locations that yielded the best PLD is selected, and a description of those locations is output.
