  • Patent number: 11929172
Abstract: There is provided a medical examination support apparatus in which the history of diagnosis can be easily grasped at a glance, and an operation method and an operation program thereof. A screen output control unit of a medical examination support server generates a log display screen and transmits the log display screen to a client terminal. In a collective display region in the log display screen, an APL block and a MOL block are collectively displayed in a time series in a distinguishable manner. The APL block is a display block of an automatic processing log APL which is a history of automatically performing analysis processing on examination data obtained in a medical examination performed on a patient by a diagnosis support algorithm to output a result of the analysis processing as diagnosis support information for supporting diagnosis of a doctor. The MOL block is a display block of a manual operation log MOL which is a history of a manual operation of the doctor with respect to the examination data.

Abstract: A system, apparatus and method for configuring notifications pursuant to a medical regimen for a patient. A communications interface receives patient data and patient feedback data associated with the patient and system patient data associated with other patients may be stored. A data model is processed for the medical regimen to calculate a baseline notification schedule based on the patient data, wherein the baseline notification schedule includes content and notification frequency for individual notifications. The patient data is processed to determine word vectors and embedded vectors. Statistical/predictive processing is executed on the processed patient feedback data to determine a patient characteristic. As a result of the statistical/predictive processing, the baseline notification schedule is modified to form a modified schedule for transmission in the system.

  • Patent number: 11911612
Abstract: The planning of treatment using tumor treating fields (TTFields) in a portion of a subject's body (e.g., the subject's head) can be improved by obtaining an image of the body portion, and generating, based on the image, a 3D model of electrical conductivity. A target volume within the 3D model is identified, and a set of model electrodes is added to the 3D model at given locations. Then, for each voxel in the target volume, the power loss density (PLD) that will be present when TTFields are eventually applied is determined. The same process is repeated for a plurality of different electrode locations. Finally, the set of electrode locations that yielded the best PLD is selected, and a description of those locations is output.

Abstract: Techniques are described for enabling an IT and security operations application to detect and remediate advanced persistent threats (APTs). The detection of APTs involves the execution of search queries to search event data that initially was associated with lower-severity activity or that otherwise did not initially rise to the level of actionable event data in the application. The execution of such search queries may thus generally be configured to search non-real-time event data, e.g., event data that outside of a current window of days or a week and instead searches and aggregates event data spanning time periods of many weeks, months, or years. Due the nature of APTs, analyses of historical event data spanning such relatively long periods of time may in the aggregate uncover the types of persistent activity associated with APTs that would otherwise go undetected based only on searches of more current, real-time event data.

  • Patent number: 11887706
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for facilitating record matching and entity resolution and for enabling improvements in record linkage. A power-spectrum-based temporal pattern-specific weight may be incorporated into record linkage methods to enhance the record linkage accuracy and statistical performance. For example, in embodiments, a value-specific weight may be calculated from a population-based frequency of field-specific values or dichotomized values of selected phenotypic variables, and provides an opportunity to capture and measure the relative importance of specific values found in a field. A phenotypic bit-vector “fingerprint” pattern-specific weight or Bayesian power spectrum weight may be determined and incorporated into record linkage methods.

  • Patent number: 11881303
Abstract: Medical event tracking and quality assurance systems and techniques described provide a quality assurance module that interfaces between patient information systems (e.g. Electronic Health Record systems) and lab information systems. The systems and techniques provide for tracking respective medical events such as a patient's pathology specimen etc., based on a unique medical event tracking number throughout the diagnosis and treatment associated with that specimen. The system and technique enable medical event based tracking in a manner that substantially improves medical care by facilitating “closing-the-loop” between the many medical service providers and the laboratories that may be involved in a particular diagnosis and treatment.

  • Patent number: 11875693
Abstract: Introduced here are teaching system for realistically simulating medical situations in such a manner to test individuals as to the adequacy of their learning. A teaching system may include a manikin representative of a patient, an image projection mechanism, a simulation mechanism, a headpiece, a pair of hand coverings, a controller, a performance review mechanism, a recording device, a scenario generation mechanism, or any combination thereof. The teaching system can improve upon conventional simulation in several respects. First, the script corresponding to a simulation session may be dynamically traversed to mimic the unpredictability of an actual medical situation. Second, the action(s) of an individual may be actively monitored to discover whether her behavior complied with the relevant protocol(s).

  • Patent number: 11875905
Abstract: One or more devices that provides an immersive cerebral salubrity retention and selection package (ICSRSP) to potential new patients (PNPs) comprising customized cerebral salubrity care personnel with available personal time periods to improve their cerebral salubrity. An ICSRSP determines whether a PNP qualifies for a cerebral health immersion program (CHIP). The ICSRSP generates a set of interrogatives based on data and data sets (used for a determination) that are not included in initially collected data regarding the PNP. The PNP's acceptance into the ICSRSP is based on an assessment of the PNP data and PNP-provided responses to the interrogatives. If the PNP is selected for the CHIP, an option is provided to the PNP to enroll in the CHIP to become a patient. If additional information is needed to complete an acceptance process for the CHIP, a user interface is provided enabling the PNP to provide data for process completion.

  • Patent number: 11868406
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a software tool that may be used to create and navigate through visualizations of an organization's data as embodied in a digital duplicate. These “smart interactions” may allow a user to visually and intuitively traverse the semantic network to dynamically provide on-demand visualization of the business data. Based on the traversal of the network, the network can be simplified and/or subnetworks can be created. As part of the visualization, “perspectives” can be created based on focal points (i.e., nodes) in the network. The focal points may be used as a starting point for the traversal, and functions (e.g., aggregates) can be dynamically applied to produce subnetworks to provide data for visualizations.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to systems and methods that retrieve dialogue data associated with a plurality of utterances. The plurality of utterances include a first utterance. The systems and methods further determine that a target concept, of the dialogue data, is in a first dialogue segment associated with the first utterance. Additionally, the target concept is determined based on the first utterance in the first dialogue segment having a highest weight for relevancy to a knowledge domain. Further, the methods and systems determine a dialogue goal comprising the target concept. Due to the dialogue goal comprising the target concept, a structured link associating the target concept to the dialogue goal is generated.
