  • Patent number: 11734629
Abstract: A medical scan system is operable to receive a set of labeling data corresponding to a set of medical scans from each of a set of client devices corresponding to a set of users. The set of medical scans and each set of labeling data is transmitted to an expert client device associated with an expert user, and a set of golden labeling data and a plurality of sets of correction data are received from the expert client device. A set of performance score data is generated based on the plurality of sets of correction data, and each performance score data of the set of performance score data is assigned to a corresponding one of the set of users. An updated training set that includes the set of golden labeling data is generated, and a medical scan analysis function is retrained based on the updated training set.

  • Patent number: 11728013
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to systems and methods for accessing, managing, and exchanging patient information across a plurality of providers that may have various discrete medical record systems, including, but not limited to medical facilities, clinics, ambulatory emergency health systems, and other providers (e.g., heterogeneous healthcare providers). In various embodiments, the system receives a request from a requesting party for one or more records of a particular patient. In response, in one or more embodiments, the system identifies what information (if any) the requester is authorized to receive, retrieves the information the requester is authorized to receive from various discrete medical record systems, then normalizes and aggregates the retrieved information. In a particular embodiment, the system also denormalizes the data (e.g., converts the data to the local format and terms of the requester) before transmitting the retrieved data to the requester.

  • Patent number: 11663670
Abstract: The Use Determination Risk Coverage Datastructure for On-Demand and Increased Efficiency Coverage Detection and Rebalancing Apparatuses, Methods and Systems (“UDRCD”) transforms coverage enrollment request, event signal inputs via UDRCD components into coverage enrollment response, add-in recommendation outputs. A coverage enrollment request from a user is obtained. Available options for an enrollment user interface are configured based on the plan sponsor settings. Copay setting selections for individual core coverage services, atomized condition add-in selections, and atomized procedure add-in selections are obtained via the enrollment user interface. A core coverage cost and add-in coverage costs are calculated using the associated modeling data. A user cost for the user is calculated based on the core coverage cost, the subsidization settings for the core coverage cost, the add-in coverage costs, and the subsidization settings for the add-in coverage costs.

Abstract: Embodiments are directed to a method for determining an interview script in a claims submission. The method may comprising receiving data relating to a claim being submitted, which may include claims submission data input by a user, information relating to the user, and one or more features. Data associated with the one or more features may be determined from an artificial intelligence model. A first score based on the data associated with the one or more features and data associated with the information relating to the user may be determined and used to determine an interview script. In one embodiment, questions in the interview script may continue to be provided to the interviewer computer if a continually updated score remains above a predetermined threshold. In another embodiment, the user may be routed to a live interview with a human representative if a continually updated score drops below a predetermined threshold.

Abstract: Provided is a system to allocate resources using an information technology infrastructure. The system receives financial and health data of a participant. The system identifies a healthcare expense prediction model to predict the future healthcare expenses of the participant. The system determines from the prediction model using the multi-dimensional feature vector of the participant, the predicted lifetime healthcare expenses of the participant. The system identifies lifetime non-healthcare expenses of the participant. The system identifies a healthcare tax benefit account to provide funds towards the predicted lifetime healthcare expenses and a non-healthcare tax benefit account to provide funds towards lifetime non-healthcare expenses. The system determines a first amount of funds to allocate to the healthcare tax benefit account and a second amount of funds to allocate to the non-healthcare tax benefit account. The system provides the first and second amount of funds to an interactive user interface.

  • Patent number: 11657223
Abstract: A system for extracting a key phrase from a document includes a neural key phrase extraction model (“BLING-KPE”) having a first layer to extract a word sequence from the document, a second layer to represent each word in the word sequence by ELMo embedding, position embedding, and visual features, and a third layer to concatenate the ELMo embedding, the position embedding, and the visual features to produce hybrid word embeddings. A convolutional transformer models the hybrid word embeddings to n-gram embeddings, and a feedforward layer converts the n-gram embeddings into a probability distribution over a set of n-grams and calculates a key phrase score of each n-gram. The neural key phrase extraction model is trained on annotated data based on a labeled loss function to compute cross entropy loss of the key phrase score of each n-gram as compared with a label from the annotated dataset.

In the context of a method, data associated with respective subjects of the records is received and a threshold of a machine learning model is adjusted to satisfy an accuracy requirement for record categorization. In response to analyzing the data, but not the records, by the machine learning model, the method separates, using the machine learning model, the records into the first and second groups with the first group including records that the associated data indicates are more likely to support the addition of a code and the second group including records that the associated data indicates are less likely to support the addition of a code. The method also includes subsequently processing the records in different manners depending upon whether the records are included in the first or second group.

  • Patent number: 11631476
Abstract: A computer program product for gathering respondent input for determining a ranking of states each characterized by a set of selected levels each associated to an attribute. The interface mechanism provides for inputting selected attribute levels of a respondent state and for ranking of comparable alternative states determined in response to the inputted respondent state, in comparison with that respondent state. The alternative states are each displayed as the set of attributes with the associated set of alternative levels simultaneously and with an input field for inputting a preference indication of the shown alternative state compared with the respondent state. This allows the respondent input to be entered with very few input actions and little switching between screens. Only the selected attribute levels of the respondent state and the rankings and identifications of the determined alternative states need to be transmitted to the central computer.
