Abstract: A mobile banking reconciliation application allows a user to reconcile a business's records with banking records associated with one or more accounts of the business. The mobile banking reconciliation application can access an accounting system to obtain business records and banking records associated with the business. The banking records and business records may be displayed as a set of cards that a user can scroll and/or flip through (e.g., using the touch screen of a mobile device). The related business records displayed may be a suggestion that is based on a determination that the banking record likely matches the business record. The user may identify the appropriate business record for the particular bank record being reconciled from existing business records, or the user may create a new business record.

Abstract: A database management engine provides a user interface that allows users to access and modify employee information in a database. The database includes entries for employees, and each database entry includes identifying information about the associated employee. A user can request to modify data within database entries, for instance in order to update information associated with an employee. Responsive to the request, the database management engine identifies liabilities associated with the database modification stemming from associated tax laws. Based on the identified tax liabilities, the engine computes the aggregate tax liability owed by the employer and/or employee. Before modifying a database entry, the engine modifies the user interface to include interface elements detailing the computed aggregate tax liability. The user explicitly can be required to confirm the database modification in view of the aggregate tax liability.

In response to identifying a merchant ID with the determined number of transaction records that exceeds the pre-determined threshold, the system identifies a location associated with the merchant ID and generates a trending notification indicating a transaction burst. The system then identifies a set of users located in the location that have a transaction history with the merchant ID and sends the trending notification to the set of users.

For instance, the photo of a physical receipt may be taken by the mobile device, or an electronic receipt or email detailing the purchasing transmitted from a physical merchant or online merchant server may be stored. Receipt information may be extracted and saved with other information pertinent to the item purchased, including warranty information. If the customer needs to return or repair the item purchased at a future date, the receipt and warranty information may be subsequently accessed via their mobile device. A batch of transaction data is uploaded through the batch interface for enrichment, and enrichment data is received in response. The enrichment data provides additional context regarding each of the transactions specified in the uploaded batch. The enrichment data can be sent back to the presented to user(s) through various tools. Prior to uploading, the batch can be filtered to include those records corresponding to users who have opted into a service. Filtering can also exclude records for which enrichment data has already been provided through a real-time process. Reconciliation can be performed to ensure integrity of the communicated data.

Abstract: A componentized order entry and editing system and method is provided. The functionality of an order model is divided in components each of which execute their own rules independently. A data model is maintained in the form of a set of ledgers, and each ledger includes a complete history of additions and removals from the ledger associated with an order. The current state of the order is obtained by collapsing information in the ledgers. The rules of the components can be triggered in various ways, including user input, workflow, changes to one or more ledgers, and change to collapsed state.

Abstract: Computer-readable media, systems and methods may improve security, authorization, and auditability of documents. For example, computer systems for serving documents may be improved to provide secure access and control through challenges that are validated with self-executing on-chain document license contracts that enforce entitlements that specify users and their authorized document actions. Such entitlements may be generated by the user who created the document. As such, a user may retain over authorizations and document actions that are permissible with respect to the document even after the user has transferred a copy of the document. Furthermore, the computer systems may be improved to write an on-chain audit log of document actions, providing an immutable record of the document actions.
