The method is implemented using a validation computing device in communication with a memory. The method includes receiving, at the validation computing device, rent data including a first identifier that identifies the real property location and at least a second identifier that identifies at least one merchant. Abstract: A method for assessing a marine mooring system while the marine mooring system is installed in water. This method ensures compliance with known marine standards and insurance guidelines. The method further uses at least one processor and various computer instructions located in a least one data storage connected to a network. Client data is obtained for the marine mooring system installed in water from a client data storage connected to a client processor. The client processor is connected to the network and stores the client data in a client profile. A dynamic mooring system model provides a risk based inspection plan for a qualitative inspection and for a quantitative inspection of the marine mooring system installed in water.

Abstract: The described systems and methods compare behavior between multiple users of social media services to determine coordinated activity. An index is created and used to extract uncommon features from social media messages. A collision between users is detected when their messages have the same uncommon feature. A number and/or frequency of collisions may indicate a probability that users are engaged in coordinated activity. A comparison of user accounts with multiple collisions may be executed to identify similar content as coordinated activity. A visualization tool constructs a network graph that shows relationships between users in social networks, and can be used to discover coordinated users engaged in misuse of social media.

When a user request is received to access a business entity definition access is restricted to only those information elements for which the user has the required permission.

Abstract: A method and apparatus is provided for providing an active ticket in a mobile terminal for use by a mobile terminal user, wherein at least one active ticket has a ticket characteristic that dynamically changes based on one or more states in a life cycle of the active ticket. Dynamic changes to the ticket characteristic include multimedia changes or other presentation data, including text, sound (audio), animation, video, still pictures, or some combination thereof. The active ticket can have different states in it's life cycle, such as purchased, validated, invalid for certain events. Also the ticket service provider or issuer can send new control data to change the characteristic and/or contents of the active ticket.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to providing an online compliance training and monitoring system that allows informational modules to be distributed hierarchically within a client's organizational structure. As the informational modules are distributed hierarchically, the client can make customizations to the informational modules that will apply at specified levels of the client's organizational hierarchy. Customizations can be made at the client level which will apply to versions of the informational module distributed to each office under the client account. Similarly, customizations can be made at the office level which will apply to versions of the informational module distributed to users of the office that made the customizations. In this way, a customized informational module can be provided to each office within the client's hierarchy so that the office receives the training and informational material that is required by the rules and regulations that govern the office.

Abstract: An approach is provided improving building codes. In the approach, building code related data retrieved from a number of sources is evaluated. The sources correspond to a first geographic location, such as a municipality, being analyzed and one or more second geographic locations (e.g., other municipalities, etc.) being used for comparison. Based on the evaluation, a negative outcome, such as a higher insurance cost, is then identified that relates to the first geographic location. The approach then identifies a building code change that could be made to the building codes of the first geographic location to address the negative outcome. The identified building code change is then recommended to be made to the set of building codes that applies to the first geographic location.

Abstract: A website is provided for certifying a sales representative. A website can provide an interface through which reps can register to become certified. Certification implies that the rep has agreed to abide by various rules when visiting a provider. Once registered, a rep can be listed on the website along with information that identifies the product or service that the rep markets. The website can also provide functionality for a provider to report when a rep has violated a rule during a visit. The website can track a number of violations that a rep has committed and, after the number exceeds a threshold, can revoke the certification of the rep so that rep will no longer be listed as a certified rep on the website. A provider may therefore rely on the website to identify reps that will provide value to the provider during a visit.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for managing multi-component kit inventory are discussed herein. Some embodiments may include a system with a networked device including circuitry configured to determine a kit has been received subsequent from the kit being in a user's possession. The kit may include multiple individual units. In responsive to determining that the kit has been received, the circuitry may be configured to: determine a unit compliance threshold; determine whether the kit was received with enough of the units to exceed the unit compliance threshold; and in response to determining that the kit, as received, exceeded the unit compliance threshold, initiate a remedial action. The remedial action may include notifying the user that the kit as received exceeded the unit compliance threshold. Furthermore, the user may be charged and/or the kit may be replenished, replaced or corrected prior to being placed in recirculation.

Abstract: A method and system are disclosed for automatically managing standards. In one implementation, information pertaining to a particular project is obtained, which includes a set of standards selection parameters. A repository is also accessed. This repository includes metadata for a plurality of standards, wherein the metadata for a standard includes a description and one or more applicability parameters. Based upon the standards selection parameters and the metadata, a set of standards that apply to the particular project is determined. For each standard in the set of standards, a description is extracted from the repository. Using the extracted descriptions, a project description for the particular project is generated that includes the extracted descriptions. By doing this, the method and system relieve a project builder of the burden of having to manually incorporate standard description information into a project description. This in turn helps to reduce the potential for error.

Using the process, a lender can calculate scores, which will allow a lender to verify with some certainty that the user is authorized to submit the application. The tester may enter the keycode into a Backflow Test Application (“BTA”) which identifies the BPA. The tester may test the BPA and enter test results into the BTA on a portable device. The BTA may transmit the test results to the CMS. CMS may integrate the test results into a to of BPA test results. A purveyor may approve the test results, and the CMS may generate a new keycode for the next annual test for the BPA.

Abstract: System(s) and method(s) are provided for notification of registration of a mobile device with femto coverage for firmware content management. An attachment component that administers location of mobile devices or a femto access point (AP) conveys a notification to a network platform that manages firmware content updates when a mobile device for which firmware update is available hands off from wireless macro coverage onto femto coverage through the femto AP. The notification is triggered in response to firmware update notification received by the attachment component, or an update flag received by the femto AP. Upon reception of the notification, to exploit wireline bandwidth, the network platform delivers firmware content(s) update through backhaul link to the femto AP to which the mobile device is registered. Femto APs not provisioned to serve a mobile device can be incentivized to authorize the mobile device for coverage and thus facilitate firmware updates.

Abstract: A method is provided for determining employer compliance in determining employment eligibility requirements in accordance with federal immigration regulations. Compliance alerts and compliance tips are displayed for guiding employers in verifying employment eligibility. Completed employment eligibility forms are automatically audited to analyze whether the employer has accurately completed the employment verification. The completed forms are audited by applying various compliance rules to a completed employment eligibility form, presently a Form I-9, to determine compliance with the applicable regulations. A listing is provided of various errors and additional data required to complete the audited form. The method is preferably administered by a single service provider for multiple employers, to assure that changes in the applicable regulations are regularly incorporated.
