Patient Record Management Patents (Class 705/3)
  • Patent number: 11087235
Abstract: A system rapidly produces training cases for machine based learning by automatically creating training cases from a database of historical data. The system determines a plurality of attributes relevant to each of the training cases. The system identifies a first attribute of the plurality of attributes as an issue, and a second attribute of the plurality attributes as a response to the issue. The system identifies a plurality of cohort members from the database of historical data, where each cohort member comprises cohort member attributes that match a subset of the plurality of attributes. The system analyzes the cohort member attributes of each of the plurality of cohort members to identify the most frequent responses to the issue. The system creates the training cases where each training case comprises the issue and the most frequent responses. The system then trains a machine based learning system using the training cases.

  • Patent number: 11087386
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for scheduling processing of an order for goods at a provider location obtains an arrival estimate for when a user associated with the order is expected to arrive at the provider location and uses the arrival estimate to schedule processing of the order. Processing may be scheduled so that completion of order processing is expected to substantially coincide with arrival of the user at the provider location. The method may also obtain an order completion estimate for when processing of the order is expected to be completed and use both the arrival estimate and the order completion estimate to schedule processing of the order. The method may update one or both of the arrival estimate and the order completion estimate. The method may be executed by a networked mobile wireless telecommunication computing device of the user, or by a data processing system associated with the provider.

The time series may be demeaned, detrended, and apodized before performing the spectral analysis. A comparison of the slope or intercept with a baseline value is used to determine an indication of the patient's likely condition or future condition regarding the autoimmune inflammatory event. Based on the comparison, an intervening action may be invoked, such as alerting a caregiver, providing a recommendation or modified treatment, or determining and recommending a tailored prescription of medicine for the patient.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for managing patient adherence to prescription medication are disclosed. An adherence manager may receive lab values and prescription fill information from laboratories and pharmacies, respectively. The adherence manager may calculate an adherence score and a lab value score based on the received information. The scores may be combined into a single score. The adherence manager may determine if an intervention with the patient is desirable based at least in part on the adherence score, lab value score, or combined score. The adherence manager may flag the patient, send an alert to a clinician, or send an alert to the patient. The adherence manager may solicit information from the patient and transmit the information to the clinician. The type of intervention initiated by the adherence manager may be based at least in part on the adherence score, lab value score, or combined score.

Abstract: A method starts with processor retrieving member's initial context data. Processor receives a string that is a transcribed utterance or an electronic message from the communication session established between member client device and agent client device. Processor determines potential relationships between the member and a patient that is the subject of the string by processing the string using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural networks to generate a plurality of relationship values. Relationship values are associated with relationship types. Processor generates weight values based on member's initial context data for each of the plurality of relationship types, and generates probability values for the relationship types based on the relationship values and the weight values. Processor narrows the potential relationships, generates relationship data that includes the narrowed potential relationships, and causes the relationship data to be displayed by the agent client device.

  • Patent number: 11023979
Abstract: A pharmacy care manager (PCM) uses a reference price for a given drug that reflects the actual cost and availability of the drug in the market. The PCM determines a reference price index (RPI) using drug pricing and availability data from drug manufacturers, wholesalers, pharmacies, and the like, updated on a daily basis. Drug identification data obtained from industry publishers allow pharmaceutical products from different sources to be cross referenced. The PCM then uses the RPI as the basis for the reference price, thereby removing any arbitrariness or inconsistency in the reference price. The reference price may then be applied to pay pharmacy claims and request reimbursements from plan clients. Such an arrangement reduces or eliminates any differences between payment of claims and reimbursement.
