Abstract: A method for applying agency and regulation modeling in a multi-tenant architecture system includes accessing merchant's representation in an identity manager. The merchant is managed via a full representation by an original identity manager. The method includes performing a first service for the merchant via the representation, and determining, based on results of the first service and on policies of the first service provider, that performance of a second service is required for completion of the first service. The second service is provided by a second service provider onboarded into the first service provider, where the second service amends policy requirements of the first service provider. The method includes accessing a first subservice of the second service using the representation to generate second results for use at a second subservice of the second service, the second subservice configured to use transaction resources of the first representation.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for a computer-based communication application that displays, along with an incoming call notification, content specific to the parties involved. The application identifies electronic records of events attended by the users, and retrieves content specific to those records. For example, the application may identify electronic mail or meeting notifications sent between the users and concerning a particular subject matter. Images related to that subject matter are then retrieved and displayed during calls between those users. Users are thus presented with customized and personalized content specific to the subject matter of each call, thus helping them better recognize callers and more readily engage with the call.

Abstract: A system and method for providing service information on a social network.

Abstract: A token specifying a payment account is issued to a party to which payments are to be made and the token is installed in a specially configured camera. Whenever a photograph is captured by the camera, a copy of the token, among other things, is embedded in the photograph's metadata. The metadata may also include photo-specific information and a selling price. When a buyer selects the photo for purchase, the token may be used to facilitate a payment to the party, such as the photographer. The buyer may initiate the transaction by simply dragging the selected photograph or photographs onto a purchase application which automatically extracts price and the token for initiating the purchase transaction. The seller can view the purchase details in the payment account.

An identifier associated with the customer is determined. A plurality of computing activities corresponding to interactions between the computing device and one or more websites provided to the computing device over a defined period of time are retrieved. A pattern associated with when the plurality of computing activities corresponding to the interactions between the computing device and the one or more websites were performed is identified. The overlapping time of day is provided to the representative during which to perform the call action.

Abstract: A method for managing privacy of videos and photos recorded through a communication application by displaying a secret recording button on touch screens of a user's and contact's mobile devices, recording a video or a photo by the user's mobile device, applying on the recorded video or photo a re-watch mode by using the secret recording button, displaying in the message box of the user and the contact the recorded video or photo. The re-watch mode causes the mobile device to transmit the recorded video or photo to be saved in the server, displaying on the touch screens of the mobile devices a re-watch button, sending to the server a re-watch command by using the re-watch button in both mobile devices, receiving from the server the recorded video or photo to the mobile devices, and posting it in the message box of the user and the contact.

The first user device can generate cluster capability information providing an intersection of the first set of device capabilities and device capabilities of the other user devices in the cluster. The first user device can obtain cluster capability information for other clusters in the network environment and receive a request from a service user device to perform a specific task. The first user device can transmit cluster capability information relating to a selected cluster that corresponds with the request.

Abstract: A computer-implemented online conferencing transactional platform system comprising an interaction module, a video-conferencing module, and a storage device may allow multiple participants in a video-conference to access, co-browse, collaboratively edit, and sign a transactional document. An interaction module fetches an image of a transactional document and a field identifier for an interactive transactional document element to be filled out from a remotely-connected secure signature API, and displays the image of the document, along with the interactive transactional document element on a webpage interface to a moderator and a signer end user in a video-conference. The interaction module receives a filled-out transactional document in an I-frame from the secure signature API, allowing the signer end user to sign the transactional document using a secure embedded signature process.

Abstract: Systems and methods are directed to automatically creating customized whiteboard backgrounds. A network system accesses metadata associated with a virtual presentation (e.g., title, topic, tenant identifier). First image data is identified based on first data of the metadata and second image data is identified based on second data of the metadata. Using the first image data and the second image data, the network system generates a plurality of whiteboard backgrounds by combining a first object obtained from the first image data with a second object obtained from the second image data to form each whiteboard background. The network system then causes presentation of a representation of each of the plurality of whiteboard backgrounds on a user interface of a host, who can select one of the representations. In response to receiving a selection, a whiteboard background corresponding to the selected representation is displayed as background on a whiteboard canvas.

The present invention may also include deploying a smart contract based on the received asset, wherein the deployed smart contract includes a plurality of compensation rules. The present invention then may include partitioning the received asset into a plurality of fragments based on the deployed smart contract. The present invention may further include releasing the partitioned plurality of fragments into a blockchain network. The present invention may also include tracking each fragment within the released plurality of fragments using the smart contract.

Abstract: A monitoring system that receives messages that are exchanged with the application server. Relationships between users are posited in response to the times at which the messages are received. A relationship between two users may be posited in response to receiving, at approximately the same time, two messages from the application server that are destined, respectively, for the two users. The near-simultaneous receipt of the two messages indicates that the two messages were sent from the server at approximately the same time, which, in turn, indicates that the two messages may correlate with one another. Further indication of a correlation between the messages, which may increase the level of confidence with which the relationship between the two users is posited, may be found by examining the respective sizes of the messages, which indicate the message types.

Abstract: A conference service number system enables the reconfiguration of an existing telephone number as a service number usable for selectively routing calls to each of a client endpoint and a dedicated conference software instance. A conferencing system implements separate conferencing software instances for individual operators for whom unique telephone numbers, are assigned. A telephony system facilitates calls to and from telephone numbers and implements a menu system (e.g. an interactive voice response (IVR) menu) for presenting a caller with options to either route a call to a specific telephone number to the subject operator (e.g., to a client device of that operator) or to a conferencing software instance implemented specifically for that operator. The call is accordingly routed to either a device of the operator or to the conferencing software instance based on the selection by the caller.

Abstract: Management of web conference assets in a content management system. At the conclusion of a web conferencing session, an event is raised at the content management system. Various web conference assets (e.g., recordings) and web conference parameters are analyzed in conjunction with content management system metadata. Based on the analysis, one or more actions to perform on the web conference assets are determined. The content management system metadata may include user profile information of at least one web conference participant. Rules and/or a classification model that considers then-current conditions at the content management system are used singly, or in combination, to determine action characteristics and/or labels such as a retention period or security classifications to apply to the web conference assets. The web conference assets are stored in a hierarchical directory at the content management system. The hierarchy of the directory is derived from aspects of the web conferencing facility.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for providing user meeting control for network conferences. In an embodiment, a method includes maintaining a policy database and receiving a request from a requestor to participate in a network conference. The request includes an identifier. Abstract: A system and method for automatically parsing an unstructured conversation to determine target entities for an engagement activity are provided. The method includes (i) obtaining the unstructured conversation associated with an asset using a dialogue manager, (ii) parsing the unstructured conversation using a natural language processing (NLP) model to obtain a target information associated with the asset, (iii) extracting attributes of one or more target entities from the target information using a Natural Language Understanding (NLU) model of domain of the unstructured conversation, (iv) generating, using the attributes of the one or more target entities, a definition of the cohort and at least one criteria for cohort curation for the asset by converting the unstructured conversation to a structured target information, and (v) determining a size of the one or more target entities based on the definition and the criteria for cohort curation for the asset for an engagement activity.

A second request to join the communication session is received from a remote device, wherein the second request is transmitted in response to a remote participant inputting, on the remote device, the particular meeting link. The communication session is established between the endpoint device and the remote device based on receiving the first request and receiving the second request.

Abstract: A Network Based Hyperlocal Authentication (NBHA) system and method for anonymous contact tracing is described. The NBHA system and method operates as a background process, which is passwordless and continuously authenticates and performs cryptographic operations to secure communications between a wireless client device and a remote network component. A gateway includes a short-range wireless transmitter that transmits authentication credentials to the wireless client device having a short-range wireless receiver. The wireless client device uses the authentication credentials to authenticate to the remote network component. The network component then generates an exclusive local key for the wireless client device that is transmitted by the gateway. The client device application then requests cryptographic material from the remote network component. The client device application encrypts and decrypts communications to the network component with the cryptographic material and the exclusive local key.

Abstract: Provided is a means for professors and tutors to easily queue and manage students in a video conference session during online office hours or similar scenarios in which the professor gives one student one-to-one attention while other students wait their turn but are able to listen. Students queue in order of arrival, transparency is provided to students so that they know where they are in the queue relative to other students, and provides students with real-time status updates, thus reducing frustration and making the experience of waiting and queuing more psychologically palatable and pleasant. There is a current student having a one-on-one session with the professor; the rest are waiting and listening in the queue. Further, the professor need only click one button in order to place the current student at the back of the queue and bring the next student in the queue into the one-on-one session. A virtual reality room also has a queue.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide systems and methods for automated and intelligent analysis of information. The system receives interaction data, interaction metadata, and external information in order to identify parties of interactions, subjects of interactions, and infer relationships between parties and subjects based on the content, context, frequency, and amount of available interaction data. Weighted score scores are generated and used to rank the inferred relationships and determined relevance between parties and subjects. This data may be stored in a graphical database and later used to response to user data queries to facilitate collaboration.

Abstract: A mobile network platform creates a device group according to a member device supporting a mobile network multicast communication manner in a Machine-to-Machine Communications (M2M) group, generates an identifier of an external group corresponding to the device group, and requests a service capability exposure function (SCEF) to create the external group according to the identifier of the external group and an external device identifier of the member device supporting the mobile network multicast communication manner. When receiving an access request for the M2M group, the mobile network platform obtains the device group in the M2M group, learns of the corresponding external group, and then requests the SCEF to access the member device in the external group in a multicast communication manner. Hence, an amount of information generated due to interaction between an M2M platform and an M2M device is reduced, while reducing resource overheads.
