Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media for predictive preloading of game data are described. In some implementations, a method can include using a machine learning model of player data to predict which games (or game-related data assets) to begin preloading prior to a user making a game selection. Once the user makes a selection, any preloading not related to the selection can be terminated. Thus, during the time period when the user is viewing available game selections, a given number of selections can begin to be preloaded based on predictions from the machine learning model. The preloading can help reduce latency from game selection by the user to game start time.

Abstract: A system controls a teleconferencing device by detecting a current operating state of the teleconferencing device and detecting a contact with a touch-screen device associated with a selection of an audio and a visual input, a selection of an option from a list of options that performs an action in the teleconferencing device, or a transferring of a virtual object between a plurality of devices. The system continuously senses a gesture across the touch-screen device by identifying a first contact with the touch-screen, a distance of a continuous contact with the touch screen, and a last contact with the touch-screen. The process executes a command associated with the selection of an audio and a visual input, the selection of an option from a list of options that performs an action in the teleconferencing device, or the transferring of a virtual object between a plurality of devices.

Abstract: Some embodiments relate to a method implemented by a first terminal for setting up a session with a second terminal. An identifier of a session server is obtained at least from a subscriber device in the first terminal which comprises a subscriber identifier and an operator identifier. A session request and an identifier of the second terminal are sent to the server. At least one instruction is received from the server and a message comprising a first set, relative to the first terminal, of at least one characteristic parameter of the requested session is generated in accordance with at least one instruction received and sent to the server. A message is received from the server comprising a second set of at least one characteristic parameter of the requested session, the second set relating to the second terminal and having a non-zero overlap with the first set.

Abstract: A local area network tracking system and method of use is described herein. An exemplary embodiment of the system comprises a central tracker server that registers and tracks third-party vendor kiosks when the kiosks connect to a retail store local area network. The unique tracker server system is configured to efficiently route web application traffic on the same retail store local area network. The tracker server stores a local IP address and a unique identifier for each vendor kiosk connected to a particular retail store network. Customers connected to the network are routed to the tracker server to obtain the IP address for a suitable vendor kiosk, with which the customer can establish a direct wireless connection to that kiosk over the retail store network. The system described herein can be implemented without modifying any aspect of the retail store LAN infrastructure.

Abstract: Disclosed are some implementations of systems, apparatus, methods and computer program products for extracting topics from a corpus of exchanges. The system generates vector representations of utterances of an entity common to the exchanges and uses the vector representations to cluster the utterances. The system labels the clusters and uses the labeled clusters to generate an exchange label sequence for each of the exchanges, where each exchange label sequence corresponds to a sequence of utterances generated by the entity. The system processes the exchange label sequences to generate one or more subsets of the utterances, where each of the subsets corresponds to a particular topic.

Abstract: According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provide a method of electronically signing content. Content to be signed and an attribute sharing item are presented at a signing device associated with a signer. It is detected that the signer has accessed the attribute sharing item to provide one or more identity attributes which uniquely identify the signer. It is also detected that the signer has initiated a signing action at the signing device. The signing action and the identity attributes are transmitted to a signing service which is configured to create an electronic signature including encrypting the content to be signed and the one or more identity attribute.

Abstract: An event processing system for distributing a continuous query, and processing events in an event stream, is disclosed. The system can synchronize timestamps across all partitions by adding a heartbeat propagator component propagating a heartbeat signal for silent partitions. The system can further include a timestamp tracker component that tracks the maximum observed timestamp across all partitions for each batch, and sends this to each partition. The system can distribute partitions of the events to the worker nodes, and instruct a heartbeat propagator component to generate a heartbeat for a first worker node corresponding to an event in a different partition. The system receives outputs from the worker nodes and combines these into a single result corresponding to a continuous query. The system can further implement a timestamp tracker to select a highest timestamp value of a previous batch, and send the value to the worker nodes.

Abstract: An electronic device, computer program product, and method prioritizes communication between participants in a communication session. A controller configures the electronic device to identifying participants, each respectively using a second electronic device to participate in the communication session. The controller associates a priority rank for each of the participants. The controller monitors for an indication from each of the second electronic devices that a corresponding participant among the participants is attempting to speak to the other participants during the communication session. In response to receiving two or more indications, the controller compares the respective priority ranks of the participants corresponding to the two or more indications. The controller selects the audio stream received from the second electronic device of the particular participant having a highest priority. The controller presents the audio stream to the other participants.

Abstract: Systems and methods of virtual world interaction, operation, implementation, instantiation, creation, and other functions related to virtual worlds (note that where the term “virtual world” is used herein, it is to be understood as referring to virtual world systems, virtual environments reflecting real, simulated, fantasy, or other structures, and includes information systems that utilize interaction within a 3D environment). Various embodiments facilitate interoperation between and within virtual worlds, and may provide consistent structures for operating virtual worlds. Consistent with an embodiment of the present disclosure, a meeting system is implemented via a computer server which is configured to provide a web-based meeting-group subscription option to potential meeting participants. A meeting scheduling data is received over a web-accessible virtual meeting interface. The meeting scheduling data includes group identification information and meeting time information. In response to the group identification information, participant identification information is retrieved for participants that become associated with a meeting group identified by the group identification information. Chat sessions may be used by the meeting participants.

Abstract: The present technology can provide a contact card specific to a particular user on one service, showing a plurality of the other interaction points with that user in other, third-party services. A viewing user can interact with the contact card to cause an interaction with the particular user at the third-party service. In some embodiments, the present technology can provide a contact card listing points of contact for multiple team members at one or more third-party services.

Abstract: A system and method for dynamically adjusting attributes for a network service is described. A computing system can determine a change that is to be implemented to an attribute of the network service. For each of a plurality of computing devices, the computing system can receive information associated with that computing device from a designated application operating on that computing device. The designated application is associated with the network service. The computing system automatically implements the change to at least one but not all of the plurality of computing devices based on the information received from each of the plurality of computing devices.

Abstract: System and method to send security status notifications within a SIP conference. A SIP conference server receives a from a SIP conference client a request for a SIP NOTIFY message, creates a SIP NOTIFY message including information about security status of a conference resource, and sends the SIP NOTIFY message to all SIP conference subscribers. Subscribers parse the NOTIFY message to find and save security status about individual links or the entire conference. The NOTIFY message may be sent in response to a SUBSCRIBE message or other client request. The security status may include a binary indicator and/or a security protocol.

Abstract: Techniques are described for providing a simultaneous, multi-device user experience that employs computing devices with varying capabilities for data input and/or data output, using a microservice-based architecture. A user may register multiple devices with a service, which determines capabilities of the devices for data input and/or output. During a communication session involving the user and another user, such as a service representative, the service may receive input data collected through device(s) and/or provide output data to be presented on the same or other device(s), where such data input and data output is received and provided according to the input/output capabilities of the various devices. The data input and/or output may switch from device to device during a session. In some instances, data may be replicated for presentation through multiple devices simultaneously. Interactions with each device may be through a microservice that is associated with the device and/or its device type.

The system includes a computing device and a peripheral device at an airport, a peripherals interface in communicative connection with the peripheral device and operable to execute a second client application, and a network outside the airport. The network includes a virtualization server for virtualizing an application for a first client application executed by the computing device and a peripherals manager in communication with the virtualization server. The first client application is configured to establish a first communication channel with the virtualization server for communication with an application virtualized on the virtualization server. The second client application is configured to establish a second communication channel with the peripherals manager.

The method includes: sharing, by a first terminal, specified content with a specified sharing user when a preset sharing condition is met, where the sharing condition is at least one of the following factors: a current time of the first terminal is a preset time; a current time of the first terminal falls within a preset time range; a current geographic location of the first terminal is a preset geographic location; or a current geographic location of the first terminal falls within a preset geographic location range. According to the present invention, a sharing condition such as a time or a geographic location is preset, and content is shared with a specified user according to the sharing condition, thereby simplifying complexity of sharing information in a future time period and improving usability of information sharing.

Abstract: Listing an item on a publication system involves sending the publication system an email or other communication that includes title, description and a picture of the item. The email may be in plain text, with the publication system using the email for listing the item with minimal complexity for the user. The publication system may receive the email, parse the email to extract title, description, price, classification, attributes and perhaps other information with respect to the item, and compose a view item page (“VIP”) for the item listing. The extracting may also be by decoding a product identifier in the communication. The VIP may be privately viewable and editable by the user. The user may then modify or otherwise confirm the VIP. Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for automatically deleting messages from a recipient's inbox. The disclosed systems and methods provide the ability for automatic actions to be taken on delivered messages based on a passage of time. This enables a sender of messages, email service provider and/or email platform to exert control over sent messages to limit the number and type of operations that may be performed on such messages. For example, operations such as saving, forwarding, printing, copying, or otherwise duplicating the message and/or message data can be prohibited and all together rendered impossible. The disclosed systems and methods enables the purging of messages and associated message data from a recipient's inbox at a certain specified time, after the passage of a pre-determined amount of time, or upon the detection of a specified event.

If the email message is selected for scanning, the system scans content of the email message and based on the scanning, determines whether the email message is to be filtered out. If the email message is not to be filtered out based on the scanning, the system relays the email message for delivery to the recipient.

Abstract: Remote collaboration sessions may allow a local user to share their entire desktop or a single application with a remote user. By allowing each of a number of windows, but not all windows, to be selectively provided by the local computer to the remote computer, a more efficient collaboration session may be provided that does not require the local user to terminate sharing, when sharing a first application, then re-initiate sharing for the second application, just to switch between applications. Or, alternatively, alleviates the need to select the entire desktop that may comprise confidential information not to be shared. Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed that enable a mobile device to use an encoded tag to initiate and maintain communications with at least one remote server. The encoded tag is positioned to identify a point of interest, and in response to using the mobile device to scan the encoded tag, communications regarding the point of interest may be initiated. A single encoded tag may be used to obtain and update recorded information about the point of interest, to notify others about an issue related to the point of interest, to log into the system, and to wait to be alerted about an issue related to the point of interest. If an issue relating to a point of interest has been reported, the system and method may monitor the reported issue to ensure that an action has been taken to address the reported issue.
