Abstract: In one example, a system comprises a hardware processor that is configured to: receive a request to modify a video content item containing a plurality of media elements; present a user interface that includes a video track representation of the video content item and a layered representation of the plurality of media elements, wherein each media element is represented by a media overlay element positioned proximal to the video track representation, wherein at least one media overlay element overlaps at least another media overlap element to provide a compact representation of the plurality of media elements; and in response to receiving a selected time position within the video track representation, update the layered representation within the user interface to present an expanded overlay list that includes media overlay elements corresponding to the subset of the plurality of media elements that occur at the selected time position.

An example embodiment operates by identifying a first object in a frame of a content and generating an identifier for the first object in the frame. Abstract: The present specification describes computer-implemented methods and systems for selecting and modifying messaging within a virtual gaming environment. Digital assets are selectively placed at various locations within scenes of the virtual gaming environment for improved visibility and impact. Abstract: Various embodiments described herein relate to hypermedia enabled procedures for industrial workflows on a voice driven platform. In this regard, a system compares media data related to a step of a video procedure for an industrial task with a category dictionary to determine a category for the step of the video procedure. The system also links, based on the category for the step of the video procedure, the step of the video procedure with at least a portion of a second video procedure to generate a hypervideo that comprises an industrial sub-task for the industrial task. Furthermore, the system displays the hypervideo via a head-mounted visual display of a wearable device.

Abstract: Embodiments include systems and methods for filtering augmented reality (“AR”) data streams, and in particular, video and/or audio streams to change or remove undesirable content, such as personally identifiable information, embarrassing content, financial data, etc. For example, a handheld device may capture video using a built in camera, and as needed superimpose AR objects on the video to change its content. A cloud service may host an AR session between the handheld device and a remote machine. The cloud service and remote machine may also operate their own filter on the AR data to remove and/or replace content to comply with their interests, regulations, policies, etc. Filtering may be cumulative. For example, the handheld device may remove financial data before it leaves the device, and then the cloud service may replace commercial logos before sharing AR data between session participants.

The media device then determines the current environment of the virtual environment and generates a virtual object that is related to the current environment. The media device overlays the selected advertisement over the generated virtual object and displays the generated virtual object in the virtual environment.

Abstract: Video information may define video content. The video content may be characterized by capture information. A remote device may transmit at least a portion of the capture information to a computing device. The computing device may identify one or more portions of the video content based on the transmitted capture information. The remote device may receive the identification of the identified portion(s) of the video content from the computing device. The remote device may stream one or more portions of the video information defining at least some of the identified portion(s) of the video content to the computing device. The streamed video information may enable the computing devices to provide a presentation of at least some of the identified portion(s) of the video content using a buffer of the streamed video information, which may allow the computing device to present the video content without permanently storing the video information.

Abstract: Methods and systems for determining periods of excessive noise for smart speaker voice commands. An electronic timeline of volume levels of currently playing content is made available to a smart speaker. From this timeline, periods of high content volume are determined, and the smart speaker alerts users during periods of high volume, requesting that they wait until the high-volume period has passed before issuing voice commands. In this manner, the smart speaker helps prevent voice commands that may not be detected, or may be detected inaccurately, due to the noise of the content currently being played.
