The storage is configured to store stroke information corresponding to a plurality of strokes. The first display processor is configured to display the plurality of strokes. The input module is configured to input a retrieve key for retrieval of the plurality of strokes. The second display processor is configured to display a enlarged or reduced display area including a stroke part, which is retrieved from the stroke information and corresponds to the retrieve key, and strokes other than the stroke part.

Abstract: Embodiments provide UI coalescing features that can be used in part to compensate for changes in device configurations, but the embodiments are not so limited. In an embodiment, a computer-based method operates to use UI coalescing features to adjust ribbon and/or popover controls to account for different device configurations. A handheld device of an embodiment can include one or more applications configured with UI coalescing heuristics that operate to dynamically adjust one or more ribbon controls and/or one or more popover controls based in part on a device configuration. Computer storage of an embodiment includes executable instructions that operate to dynamically adjust aspects of an application UI based in part on ribbon and popover control priority values. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system for multiplexing (i.e. combining multiple signals into one signal) both a plurality of video content (live and deferred time) and multiple video access mediums (such as cable television, satellite, internet video (clips, programming and movies), video games, DVD players, etc.) in a viewer friendly manner to enhance entertainment and other entertainment possibilities. The output of a selected video content is seen in a container known as a video container. Multiple video containers can be resized and positioned on a large screen television or other display device under viewer control. Control of video containers' video content or other content viewed, audio, and a host of other properties are done via web page controls or preferably connected mobile devices such as smart phones, tablets or other devices.

A plurality of tabs of the online content is opened in a graphical user interface, and a relative importance of each of the plurality of tabs to the user is determined based on the user activity metadata associated with the online content in the tab. At least a subset of the tabs are positioned relative to each other within the graphical user interface based at least on the relative importance of each tab.

Abstract: According to an embodiment, a terminal and a method of displaying menu icons thereof are discussed, by which a terminal user is facilitated to input various commands. An embodiment of the present invention includes a touch screen and a control unit configured to control at least one touch-available icon to move between outer and inner areas of an image displayed on the touch screen in a direction of a touch-drag on the touch screen. Accordingly, the electric current for detecting a touch is supplied to the touch screen only if the touch-available icon is displayed on the touch screen. Hence, the present invention minimizes power consumption in using the touch screen.

Abstract: A touch screen device and an operating method are provided in which only a specific position on a touch screen is activated to receive signals. The touch screen device includes a screen including a display configured to display menu images thereon and a detector configured to detect a screen touch, and a controller configured to control operations of the device according to the screen touch detected by the detector. The controller may cause the detector to be divided into an execution area configured to execute a menu when the menu placed on the execution area is touched, and a selection area configured to sequentially move the menu images to the execution area when the selection area is touched. Alternatively, the controller may cause the detector to be divided into a moving area configured to move a menu from a touch point along a drag line while the menu is dragged, and an execution area configured to execute the relevant menu when the touch on the execution area is released.

Each item of the content may represent textual information or a numerical value. The expandable grid provides an overview of top-level content by displaying rows on contextually related content in a single list. The rows of top-level content enable a viewer to compare the top-level content of nearby rows in parallel and each content item in a row can be expanded in a tab viewing area which provides a display for a more detail presentation of information regarding the top-level content item using tables, graphs, charts and text.

A progressive disclosure object, comprising a one-dimensional range, having ordered positions along the range corresponding to each level of abstraction of the defined representations, and a position indicator at a first position on the range associated with the level of abstraction of the displayed representation is displayed in the GUI. The position indicator is movable along the range via the GUI. Input is received via the GUI changing the position of the position indicator to a second position different than the first position. The defined representation of the structured data at the level of abstraction corresponding to the second position is displayed in the GUI.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention address deficiencies of the art in respect to tabbed browsing and provide a method, system and computer program product for application bar browsing of tabbed-view applications. In one embodiment of the invention a method for application bar browsing of tabbed-view applications can be provided. The method can include populating a pop-up list for a consolidated application bar entry for multiple different instances of a single application with corresponding entries each for a different one of the multiple different instances of the single application. The method further can include associating at least one of the entries in the pop-up list with an instance of the single application configured for tabbed browsing. The method yet further can include configuring the associated at least one of the entries with a tabbed browser view.

One method includes detecting a selected website through a browser and scanning the selected website to identify media files. For identified media files in the selected website, the method creates a media tab for association with the browser. The method generates a unified set of media controls for the media tab, where the unified set of media controls is mapped to native controls of the selected website having the media files. The method provides tab rendering data for the media tab. The tab rendering data is configured for associating the media tab with the browser. The tab rendering data, when associated with the browser, enables input at the media tab to be communicated to selected ones of the native controls, without accessing the native controls at the selected website.

A graphical component for display in the user interface is provided that displays a representation of each of the plurality of windows or tabs in the determined order and is configured to receive a user selection of one of the plurality of windows or tabs to activate the selected window or tab.

Abstract: A system and method for providing an easy-to-use interface for verifying semantic tags in a steering application in order to generate a natural language grammar. The method includes obtaining user responses to open-ended steering questions, automatically grouping the user responses into groups based on their semantic meaning, and automatically assigning preliminary semantic tags to each of the groups. The user interface enables the user to validate the content of the groups to ensure that all responses within a group have the same semantic meaning and to add or edit semantic tags associated with the groups. The system and method may be applied to interactive voice response (IVR) systems, as well as customer service systems that can communicate with a user via a text or written interface.

Abstract: A method is disclosed for performing message interactions in a multi-tab application program. The method includes creating one or more page windows corresponding to respective tabs in the multi-tab application program as one or more top-level windows and receiving an input message corresponding to a user operation with respect to a particular tab. Abstract: Computer-implemented methods for grouping web page viewing windows in a web browser are provided. In one aspect, a computer-implemented method includes receiving a request to open a web page viewing window within a web browser that has multiple previously opened web page viewing windows. The method also includes automatically grouping each tab indicator associated with a subset of the web page viewing windows into a group based on an amount of viewable display space within the web browser to display each tab indicator associated with each of the web page viewing windows.
