Abstract: Described embodiments provide systems, methods, non-transitory computer-readable medium for initiating one-factor or multi-factor authentication. A device comprising one or more processors and coupled to memory. The device can receive a request to authenticate a user to enable access to an application by the user. The request can originate from an Internet Protocol (IP) address external to a network hosting the application. The device can determine that a previous request to authenticate the user originated from the IP address and was approved based on successful completion of multi-factor authentication by the user. The device can provide, responsive to the determination, the user with access to the application using one-factor authentication instead of the multi-factor authentication.

Abstract: A method, system, and article of manufacture provide for multi-user collaboration on a three-dimensional (3D) design. The 3D design is acquired in a computer-aided design (CAD) application. A commenting process for a comment to be associated with a selected part of the 3D design is activated. Textual user input for the comment is dynamically processed as the comment is received. The processing recognizes that the text relates to creating or modifying the selected part, retrieves a list of alternative parts (based on similarities between the alternative parts and the selected part), and displays a graphic representation of an alternative part. An alternative part is selected and inserted in the comment as a proposed replacement part. The comment including the proposed replacement part is provided to another user.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for creating and hosting static and dynamic applications. The system is configured for receiving one or more inputs from at least one user, wherein the one or more inputs are associated with creation of one or more applications, extracting one or more templates and present the one or more templates to the at least one user, selecting a template of the one or more templates, automatically selecting a server from one or more servers to host the one or more applications, establishing a connection to the server and extract a data set from the server, rendering data in the data set and apply the data to the template, via an artificial intelligence engine, generating one or more template previews based on applying the data to the template, and displaying the one or more template previews to the at least one user.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for segmenting a PDF document and a method for loading a PDF document in a webpage. The method for segmenting a PDF document includes: S101, inspecting whether a PDF document includes an original directory structure or not; S102, if yes, segmenting the PDF document into multiple PDF sub-documents according to the original directory structure; and S103, if no, segmenting the PDF document into multiple PDF sub-documents according to document contents of the PDF document and a lexical database corresponding to the PDF document. The present invention segments a PDF document into multiple PDF sub-documents to ease operations of for example online reviewing, downloading and searching of the PDF document, and improve a user's experience of use.

The method comprises analyzing a content in a web document to identify a relation to a first of a plurality of multi participant events documented in an event dataset, each of the plurality of multi participant events is held in a geographical venue which hosts an audience of a plurality of participants, matching a plurality of event indicating tags of each of a plurality of user uploaded media content files with at least one feature of the first multi participant event to identify a group of user uploaded media content files selected from the plurality of user uploaded media content files, and forwarding at least some members of the group to a simultaneous presentation on a browser running on a client terminal and presenting the web document.

Abstract: A system and method for securely displaying patient data within a plurality of display windows of a display user interface is provided. Generally, a user may activate an access computing device by logging into a user profile via a first user interface of a first computing device and scanning a predefined pattern of said access computing device using a camera of the first computing device. If the system recognizes the predefined pattern and the user profile has the appropriate permission levels, a computer readable signal containing login credentials may be sent to the access computing device, allowing the user to access data of the system. In some embodiments, a user may activate a display by logging into a user profile having appropriate permissions and scanning a predefined pattern of the display. The user may use user interfaces of the system to control a plurality of display windows within the display user interface.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices including smart interfaces with facilitated input and mistake recovery are described. For example, a smart interface system can identify one or more portions of user input as alterable decisions, and, for each of the one or more alterable decisions, store, in a memory, information about one or more alternative options for the alterable decision. The system can also identify one of the alterable decisions as the currently alterable decision, and upon receiving an input indicative of an actuation of the alteration key, alter the currently alterable decision to another of the one or more alternative options based on the stored information.

Abstract: In certain embodiments, presentation of candidate inputs may be facilitated based on a user interface location of a related candidate input. In some embodiments, a text input may be obtained via a user interface (e.g., via a virtual keyboard). A first candidate input related to the text input may be presented at a first location of the user interface. A first user selection with respect to the first candidate input may be obtained, and a candidate input set related to the first candidate input may be presented on the user interface based on the first user selection. As an example, the candidate input set may be presented such that a second candidate input is presented closer to the first location than a third candidate input based on the second candidate input being associated with a higher likelihood of being selected by a user than the third candidate input.

Abstract: According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a screen including a first pane in which a document image is displayed, and a plurality of entry fields in which metadata is to be entered is displayed. In a case where one of character regions in the document image displayed in the first pane is selected by a user, a character recognition result of the selected character region is entered in an entry field that is identified as an input destination among the plurality of entry fields. In a case where the plurality of entry fields includes at least one blank entry field, one of the at least one blank entry field is automatically identified as a next input destination. Accordingly, operability can be improved in entering metadata using character recognition results of character regions selected on the document image.

Abstract: Embodiments are described for a system and method for content management in an online ecosystem. The system includes at least one network and a computer system having at least one processor, at least one memory, and at least one I/O device. A client system includes a database. A user performs the steps of searching content stored within a database followed by rating the content. Ratings are compiled and displayed to the ecosystem. Users may vote to accept or deny content for a predetermined time period. If accepted, content is then displayed to the ecosystem of users while the content is associated with a user or group thereof.

Abstract: Embodiments herein disclose a method and electronic device for predicting multi-modal drawings. The method includes: receiving, by the electronic device, at least one of a text input and strokes of a drawing and determining, by the electronic device, features associated with the text input and features associated with the strokes of the drawing. The method includes classifying, by the electronic device, the features associated with the text input and the features associated with the strokes of the drawing into one of a dominant feature and a non-dominant feature and performing, by the electronic device, early concatenation or late concatenation of the features based on the classification; classifying, by the electronic device, the strokes of the drawing based on the concatenation into a category using a deep neural network (DNN) model; and predicting, by the electronic device, primary drawings corresponding to the category.

Abstract: A system and method for recommending emojis to send by a messaging application includes receiving user biosignals from at least one sensor, receiving context information from at least one context source, and selecting, using a rule-based heuristic state selector, a list of plausible user states from possible heuristic states in a heuristic state table based on the received user biosignals and received context information. A state predictor determines, from at least the list of plausible user states and a user model of emojis previously sent in different user states, a list of user states and probabilities that the user will send an emoji for each user state given the context information. The recommended emojis are displayed for selection for sending by the messaging application in order from the highest to the lowest probabilities that the user will send the recommended emojis based on a selected plausible user state.

Abstract: An electronic device, while displaying application content for a first application on a touchscreen display, detects an input comprising one or more touches on a region of the touchscreen display that includes the application content of the first application. In response to detecting the input comprising the one or more touches, the electronic device, in accordance with a determination that the one or more touches correspond to a system gesture for switching applications, replaces display of the first application with a second application without delivering information corresponding to the one or more touches to the first application; and in accordance with a determination that the touches do not correspond to a system gesture, delivers the information corresponding to the one or more touches to the first application.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and apparatus for assisted third-party password authentication. The method performed at a client device includes creating a secure connection from an inline frame associated with a first application on the client device to an authorization server for accessing a second application. The method includes identifying, by the inline frame, one or more events that represent inputs for a user authorization credential, and proxying, by the inline frame, the identified one or more events to the authorization server using the secure connection. The method includes receiving an authorization code from the authorization server in response to the proxying. The method includes redirecting, by the inline frame, the authorization code to the application on the client device. The method includes transmitting, from the client device to the authorization server, the authorization code to receive an access token for accessing the second application.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for disambiguating terms, a challenging problem in computational linguistics. An ambiguous term may be regular words or phrases, or preferably abbreviations or acronyms. A potentially ambiguous term may be identified from an information source, and has two or more potential meanings. For each potential meaning, context and frequency of the potential meaning are determined. Context may include section headings, nearby concepts, or all relevant concepts within the information source. Frequency may reflect frequency of the candidate concepts within literature, medical literature, patient records, or another information source. Context, frequency, or both for each potential meaning can support a computer technology algorithm to select one potential meaning over others.

Abstract: Techniques for input session between devices based on an input trigger are described and may be implemented to enable a first device (e.g., a mobile device) to serve as an input device for a second device. Generally, the described implementations enable multiple different input triggers to be utilized to trigger an input session between devices, such as for enabling proximity-based input (e.g., stylus input, touch input, etc.) to a first device to be provided as input to a second device.

The method includes: displaying a multi-digit numerical value on the touch screen; selecting at least one digit of the displayed numerical value in response to sensing, by the touch screen, a first touch input operation; and adjusting a value of the at least one selected digit in response to sensing, by the touch screen, a second touch input operation differing from, and seamlessly following, the first touch input operation. The system includes a server having a memory storing user information, a first user computing device and other user computing devices coupled to the server. The server is programmed to receive and store an opinion request from the first user computing device and automatically process the opinion request and generate an opinion request to send to the other user computing devices for display and for entering an opinion. The server may be programmed to deliver the opinion request to the other user computing devices and then receive and store the opinions entered by the other user computing devices. These responses may be delivered to the first user computing device for viewing. The user may either filter the opinions received or filter the opinion request by selection of one or more filters, wherein the server only sends the opinion request to users matching the one or more filters.

A form creation component may be initiated at a computing device to present a form creation user interface to a user. Content of a question can be received via a user interface from a user, from which a key term may be obtained. Information relating to the key term may be retrieved from a knowledge database, and the information may indicate an answer field format associated with the question. An answer field for the question may be automatically generated based on the answer field format.

Abstract: Disclosures in the present invention relate to a system and method of generating and optimising unique address parameters for entities described by addresses and locations. The system in the present invention stores multiple addresses mapped with their estimated physical locations in a database. A first address is parsed and broken down into at least nationality, state, city, town, locality, sub-locality, street, landmark, building, floor number, identification number, postal code, zip code or any other address identifying parameter. Similar addresses are searched for in the list of stored addresses and their addresses and locations are matched with the address and location of the first address to generate a unique address parameter.

Abstract: Batch generating of links to documents in which named content is automatically discovered within documents is disclosed. A selection of a plurality of documents is received from a user. Then, a list of search terms each correlated to a hyperlink destination is generated from the received selection of the electronic documents. Each of the plurality of electronic documents is scanned for text strings that match search terms stored in a list. Without user intervention, activatable hyperlinks from the matched text strings in the plurality of electronic documents are generated. Activatable hyperlinks to the respective matched text strings in each of the plurality of electronic documents are appended.

Abstract: Performance of a communications device with a processor, a memory, and a SIM in a wireless communication network is tested to provide a range of QoS KPIs. A test server sends a payload to the device modem, the size of which has been computed to avoid adversely affecting real time performance. The modem uses the payload to fill a buffer of restricted size in the memory, the buffer being smaller than the payload. The modem processor signals the SIM to indicate that data is available in the buffer, and the SIM instructs the processor to purge the buffer. There are repeated cycles until all of the payload has been written to the buffer and purged. The buffer signals the test server to indicate that all of the payload has been written to the buffer and purged, and the server determines a time duration from initial download of the payload to final purging as a downlink performance indicator.

In one aspect, a method includes receiving data specifying one or more map attention spots in a viewport of a map interface presented at a user device. Each map attention spot is a location on a map of the map interface corresponding to a specified amount of user activity. Content items are identified for presentation with the map. For each content item and map attention spot, a distance between a presentation location for the content item on the map and a location of the identified map attention spot on the map is determined. Abstract: An information delivery system has a computational device connected over a network with a server and associated storage device. The computational device is configured with functionality that generates a message requesting information relating to a particular geolocation that is stored in association with the server. The server identifies one or more files corresponding to the location information in the message and delivers them to the computational device, which compares information in the files with a visual image relating to an object selected by a computational device user and with an object type relating to the visual image, and displays information in a file if the visual image selected by the user matches visual image information in the file.
