And Auxiliary Means For Promoting Or Retarding Tool In-feed Patents (Class 83/754)
  • Patent number: 10625381
Abstract: Method for repairing the teeth of a toothed ring gear, the method using a removable machining device, including a frame and a part moving with respect to the frame, supporting a cutting member, the method including: attaching the machining device to the toothed ring gear by tightening the machining device onto the ring gear in an attachment position on the ring gear with respect to the tooth to be machined; machining the tooth in an automated manner by control of the cutting organ following predetermined machining operations, in which the machining device is moved from an attachment position on the toothed ring gear corresponding to the previously machined tooth, to an attachment position of a neighboring tooth to be machined, while the toothed ring gear is stationary, the machining device being suspended and held by at least one tensioned cable connected to the frame of the rotating machine.

  • Patent number: 6892615
Abstract: A frame saw for sawing a relatively thick piece of wooden feed stock simultaneously into a plurality of thinner pieces of wood, and including a feed assembly for continuously feeding the stock from an upstream input position to a downstream output position, and a plurality of closely spaced-apart parallel reciprocable saw blades positioned intermediate the input position and the output position for sawing the stock into thinner pieces of stock as the stock is moved by the feed assembly relative to the blades. A drive assembly is operatively connected to the blades for driving the blades in a reciprocating motion comprising alternate cutting and non-cutting strokes. A linear offset motion assembly is provided for moving the reciprocating blades alternately upstream and downstream into linearly-offset cutting and non-cutting positions relative to the stock.

  • Patent number: 6431041
Abstract: A device (1) is provided for slicing loaves and similar bakery products. The device includes a stationary frame (2) including a support (4,5) for supporting the loaves or bakery products. A blade carrier (10) holds a plurality of thin elongate cutting blades (11) at spaced locations with respect to one another. Each blade includes a cutting edge (13) for cutting the loaves or bakery products. The device includes a blade carrier drive (51-56, 65-68) which provides for first and second movement of the blade carrier. A cleaning mechanism (70,71) is provided for cleaning the cutting blades.
