The second connection portions extending outwards from the radially inner annular coupling portion towards the first component and comprising respective second connection areas; connecting members active between the first connection areas and the corresponding second connection areas. The second connection portions comprise at least one respective pair of arms that extend between the respective second connection area and the radially inner annular coupling portion, the pair of arms defining a through opening between them.
