Abstract: A grill cleaning tool for cleaning a surface of a grill grate provided, for example, by a rod or bar includes an elongated shaft having a proximal end portion capable of being grasped by a user and an opposite distal end portion and utilizes a plurality of substantially planar cutting members attached to the distal end portion of the shaft in a substantially parallel relationship to one another. Each cutting member defines a series of cutting edges around its perimeter, and the cutting members are arranged so that a plurality of cutting edges defined thereby are positioned in substantially linear registry with one another so that the cutting edges which are in linear registry with one another can be placed in simultaneous engagement with the surface of a grill grate and guided therealong with the cutting edges in scraping engagement with the surface.
Abstract: A hand scraper having a blade with a cutting edge that is attached to a handle having a rear end, a central portion and a front end with a bottom portion shaped and sized to receive and act as a support for the blade. The handle is upwardly curved over all its length in order to give room to a user's fingers below its central portion when this central portion is gripped by the fingers and the blade and the bottom portion of the rear end of the handle are in contact with a surface, and simultaneously to allow maximum transfer of pressure exerted by the user in the central section of the handle towards the blade at the front end thereof. Advantageously also, the central portion of the handle is covered at least in part with a layer of rubber material in order to maximize grip and reduce hand fatigue in use.
Abstract: A ticket scraping device for use with a commemorative coin comprises a two-piece housing having a front section releasably connected to a rear section and defining an opening in a lower end of the housing. The front section further defines a centrally disposed circular aperture while the rear section defines a longitudinally extending slot. The scraping device further includes a slider member having an annular clamping member removably disposed in the housing for releasably holding a coin. The slider member further includes an actuator button disposed in a recess formed in the outer surface of the rear section and having a flange which extends through the slot and is releasably coupled to the clamping member. Therefore, the clamping member along with the coin held thereby may be slidably extended through the opening in the lower end of the housing and retracted within the housing. When extended, the coin is useful for scraping a protective film from a game ticket.
Abstract: The tool of the present invention is designed to facilitate small repairs in walls. It is useable to repair dents, holes, and cracks in dry wall, plaster, stucco, or like materials. It is also useable to install drywall. The tool has a plurality of groove forming cutting edges which are used to cut into the damaged area or the non-beveled peripheries of newly installed panels to a predetermined depth. The grooves help loosen the material. A gouging blade of the tool is used to remove the weakened material and form a trough of a predetermined depth. Edges of the head of the tool project out on either side of the gouging blade to act as a depth control agent. The tool of the present invention is used in the method of the present invention in which a plurality of grooves are formed centered on a crack, criss cross grooves are also formed to further weaken the layer of the wall material, a trough is gouged out, netting is placed in the trough, and compound or plaster is spread into the trough.
Abstract: A combination ice scraper and snow removal assembly which has multiple blades in contact with the working/windshield surface to more efficiently remove ice and snow therefrom and reduce the amount of energy expended by the user to scrape and remove snow from the working surface. This combination ice scraper and snow removal assembly includes a main body portion having two ends thereof. A scraping assembly is provided at one end of the main body for scraping a frozen water material from a working surface. The scraping assembly includes at least three scraping blades with at least one of the scraping blades having a continuous blade edge and at least two of the scraping blades having toothed cutting edges. As a result, in a single swiping or scraping action of the user, ice or snow can be dislodged from the working windshield/surface by the scraping blade assembly and then cleared and/or removed from that dislodged location by the cleaning blade removal assembly in a limited path of travel.

Abstract: A scraping tool for vinyl floors for easily and conveniently removing vinyl flooring, in particular. The scraping tool for vinyl floors includes an elongate shaft having a head portion and a handle portion with the head portion having a greater breadth than that of the handle portion and having a recessed portion in the top thereof near a bladed front edge, and also includes a bladed member having a bladed front edge and being removeably secured in the recessed portion, and further includes a bracket member having a bladed front edge and being securely fastened to the head portion with the bladed member being securely engaged between the head portion and the bracket member. The elongate shaft has an intermediate angled portion and is approximately 5½ feet long.
Abstract: A grill cleaning brush and scraper having a replaceable cleaning bristle head with scraper blade. A second handle grip for improved leverage and force application permits more efficient cleaning with less effort. The device also provides a soft-grip handle and curved neck portion for improved comfort during use.

Abstract: A device for removing peened material from within a groove on the face of a golf club and for restoring the groove to a desired shape is disclosed. The groove cleaning device includes a handle and a blade. The blade includes a body mounted to the handle and further includes a protruding portion terminating in a tip. A portion of the tip defines a cutting portion having a cross-section generally conforming to the desired groove shape. Accordingly, in response to movement of the blade along the groove, the cutting portion removes the peened material from the groove and thereby restores the groove to the desired shape.

Abstract: The device comprises a flat, disc-shaped main body 10 having cleaning apertures 11a,b,c, and d located thereon. Cleaning apertures 11a,b,c, and d have diameters suitably smaller than the outside diameter, including the nap covering, of various popular roller sizes and nap thicknesses, such that a friction fit between the nap covering of such a roller and a cleaning aperture 11a,b,c, or d is provided. Four access notches 12a,b,c, and d extend from the circumference of cleaning apertures 11a,b,c, and d respectively, to the circumference of main body 10. To operate the device is placed over the handle end of a roller, with the wire portion of the handle passing through one of the access notches 12a,b,c, or d and into the center of one of the cleaning apertures 11a,b,c, or d. The device is then drawn down over the nap surface of the roller, and the friction fit between the cleaning aperture 11a,b,c, or d and the nap surface of the roller acts to wipe paint or solvent from the roller.
Abstract: An angled finishing knife for allowing an individual to apply drywall to difficult to reach areas such as around logs, corners, and various other areas. The inventive device includes a blade and a handle attached at an angle to the blade. The blade includes an application edge, a rear edge, a broad end adjacent the handle, and a narrow end opposite of the broad end. The narrow end is capable of reaching narrow areas for allowing the user to apply plaster, putty, or other material.
Abstract: A scraper for removing residual material from a container having a curved wall. The scraper includes a spatula component and a rigid handle component. The spatula component is made of a substantially flexible material having formed thereon rigid top and side members along the upper portion. The handle component continues onto the spatula component such that a rigid spine is formed therealong. This construction allows flexing of the lower portion about the rigid spine but restricts flexing of the upper portion.
