  • Patent number: 7585165
Abstract: A surface treatment layer 11 is formed on a surface 10 of a through-hole 1 so that the surface 10 has an angle X of contact with solution L which is smaller than an angle Y of contact of a die 2 per se with the solution L. When the solution L is applied, the wetting action of the solution L relative to the through-hole 1 is improved so that the solution L can be extended over the surface treatment layer 11, eventually over the entire surface of the through-hole 1. Consequently, the entire surface thereof can be formed with a crystallized layer by performing water evaporation. As a result, molding at higher temperature can be realized, and high-density compacts can be stably obtained. Further, the solution L in which the lubricant is dissolved in a solvent into a homogeneous phase, is applied to a molding portion 1A, and then evaporated to thereby form crystals thereon, thus forming the crystallized layer.

  • Patent number: 7583950
Abstract: A tunable bandpass filter (10) is provided. An RF signal is provided at an input of the tunable bandpass filter, and a level shifted control signal (V1, V2) inputted to the tunable bandpass filter (10) switches a first arrangement and a second arrangement of one or more tuning portions (15, 17-1, 17-2, 17-3) in or out of the tunable bandpass filter using a GaAs FET switch. The first arrangement is coupled to the second arrangement using an inductor (13). An RF signal having a desired predetermined frequency at an output of the tunable bandpass filter (10) is produced by the switching. The tuning portions include the GaAs FET switch (15), a first capacitor (17-1) connected at a first signal terminal of the GaAs FET switch and a second capacitor (17-2) connected between a second signal terminal of the GaAs FET switch and ground. Each of the tuning portions can be arranged in parallel with one another.

  • Patent number: 7584267
Abstract: The invention enables a specification of a customized flow of pages for an interactive web application. Execution of page flows is differentiated from other aspects of execution. Instead of implementing continuations by using an entire procedure call stack, a separate, relatively small page flow stack is used to save state information relating to page flow. Additional resource economies may be achieved by analyzing a page flow processing program. In one embodiment, the invention is employed for expressing page flows associated with the checkout phase of an online store web application. An online store operator may define various kinds of common page flows that may then be provided to third-party merchants for use in customizing online store sites.

  • Patent number: 7582177
Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for a production of fiber-reinforced plastic tubing on a cored bar. Therefore, according to the invention, a fiber-reinforced plastic intermediate material obtained by laminating plural fiber-reinforced plastic intermediate material layers one after another is put and sealed in a bag-like membrane material, an inside of the membrane material is depressurized and then the fiber-reinforced intermediate material is taken out of the bag-like membrane material and wound around the cored bar to mold the FRP tubing.

  • Patent number: 7580972
Abstract: A method and system for controlling bandwidth used to communicate between at least one client and a server. A history is accessed that includes information about communications between the at least one client and a server during a period of time. The history is employed to determine a send time at which a message could be sent without exceeding a bandwidth threshold. The bandwidth threshold indicates an upper limit for an amount of bandwidth allowed during a period of time to communicate between the at least one client and the server. A data structure is then modified to delay sending the message until at least the send time.

  • Patent number: 7572429
Abstract: A combined desulphurization and pre-reforming processing unit converts logistic fuels such as JP-5, JP-8, gasoline, and diesel with high sulfur content levels, into a mixture of hydrogen, methane, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and water without any sulfur or higher hydrocarbons. The fuel is processed at lower temperatures with sulfur-resistant materials in order to break down all the heavy hydrocarbons into methane and carbon oxides while capturing the sulfur simultaneously. The resulting feed is passed to a methane reforming system to generate additional hydrogen with no effects of coking or sulfur poisoning on the reforming system. The unit itself operates in a cyclic manner in order to regenerate the bed.

  • Patent number: 7567872
Abstract: Among a plurality of parameters concerning a film forming condition, different parameter values are set for one parameter and the same predetermined values are set for other parameters to manufacture two pieces of film structures including a high-dielectric constant film or ferroelectric film formed on a substrate. The film characteristics of the respective film structures are analyzed by a spectroscopic ellipsometer, a film structure in which the ratio of the presence of an accompanying dielectric film is smaller, is determined to be good by comparing the analysis results, and a parameter value set for the manufacture of the good film structure is determined. Then similar processing is performed, to specify an optimal parameter value for one parameter, and similar processing is also performed for other parameters to specify an optimal parameter value for the other parameters.
