Abstract: A tiltable dual beds trailer includes a main frame with a floor thereon and a pair of rear frames having removable floors thereon and being hingedly attached at a medial portion thereof to the rear end of the main frame such that the rear frames are essentially balanced upon the main frame. The floors on the rear frames can be easily removed to allow the user convenient access under any machines or vehicles loaded on the rear frames. The tiltable dual beds trailers also has a pair of gate/ramps hingedly attached to the front end of the main frame to allow an object or objects to be off-loaded from the front of the trailer.

Abstract: The rail cutting device includes a base having a pair of jaws fastened together about the head of a rail with a fastening member and an elongate member extending upward from the rail and further comprises a pivot linkage which has one end pivotally attached to the top end of the support member and other end pivotally attached to an elongate support column having a pair of handle members at the top end of the column and a cutting member at the bottom end of the column, the cutting member being actuatable by a hydraulic motor and the support column being of a sufficient length such that the handle members are essentially at or above the waist of a user standing essentially erect and operating the cutting device.

Abstract: A playing card holder and dispenser comprises a sleeve having a collar about the top end of the sleeve which is mounted to a playing card table with the collar resting on the top of the table and the rest of sleeve extending vertically beneath the top of the table and further comprises a card storage container having an over-sized top wall separated from a front wall to define an opening through which a playing card can be passed. A card support and pusher device is slidably disposed inside the container and comprises a card support member, a pair of elongate spring guides, a pair of springs, a spring support, and a pusher means stop member. A stack of playing cards are stacked on the card support member inside the storage container and are urged upward toward the top end of the storage container by the springs such that the top card is adjacent to and in alignment with an opening through which a user slides the top card.

Abstract: A detachable and adjustable auxiliary handle for a long-handled material-moving tool includes a handle bracket having a first leg portion with an end attached to a first foot portion which is curved to fitting mount upon the handle shaft of a shovel, and further having a second leg portion which is integral to the first leg portion and extends at an acute angle relative to the first leg portion and has an end which is attached to a second foot portion which is curved to fitting mount upon the handle shaft of a shovel, and further has three holes aligned and spaced long the length thereof. A generally U-shaped hand-hold support member is adjustably fastened to the second leg portion upon any of the three holes and supports a hand-hold member which is fastened between the two extension portions of the hand-hold support member.

Abstract: A tube shaping apparatus includes a movable frame having an upper portion mounted upon stanchions, an upper and lower tube engaging member mounted upon the frame for holding a tube therebetween, a tube engagement hydraulic cylinder for urging the upper tube engaging member toward and away from the lower tube engaging member, a tube bending die slidably mounted substantially parallel to the upper portion of the frame, and a pair of tube bending hydraulic cylinders for urging the tube bending die along a horizontal plane for bending and shaping a tube held between the upper and lower tube engaging members. The tube bending die is essentially a tongue-like member having an arcuate forward end which effects the bends in the tubes.

Abstract: A rotatable rack for organizing fishing tackle in a tackle box comprises an elongate cylindrical member having openings in the ends, a piece of foam material wrapped and fastened about the cylindrical member, a pair of bushings removeably received in the openings in the ends of the cylindrical member, a pair of rivets upon which the bushings are rotatably mounted, and a pair of planar mounts to which the rivets are mounted. The planar mounts are adapted to slide in slots formed by ribs in the walls separating the fishing tackle box into compartments. The cylindrical member is rotatable with the bushings and is suspended above a surface of the fishing tackle box by the rivets such as the bottom wall of the tackle box or even the bottom wall of a tray. Fishing tackle such as spinners and snells are wrapped about and fastened to the foam and the cylindrical member for easy and safe access and for storage without the fishing tackle becoming tangled.

Abstract: A feed mixer apparatus includes a tongue attached to a frame mounted upon a wheeled axle, a forward and rearward mixing chambers separated by a trough, a pair of reels driven by sprockets and gears and drive shafts which are actuated by a power take off on preferably a prime, a plurality of elongate mixing members extending between the side walls of the mixing chambers and deflectably attached to the ends of a plurality of radially-extending arms, an auger being rotatably disposed in the trough and having fins attached thereon for flipping clumps or chunks of feed material back into the chambers, an opening through a side wall in alignment with the trough and through which fine particles of feed material is dispensed to the outside, and a conveyor chute pivotally attached to the side wall in alignment with the opening to facilitate the dispensing of fine particles of feed material to the outside.

Abstract: A radiator funnel and adapter to prevent spillage comprises a funnel having a fluid receiving body and a spout through which fluid is dispensed; an adapter having a tubular member, a sealing flange, a flexible seal member, and a cap abutment member; a cap having a hole for receiving the top end of the tubular member and the spout which is engageably and sealingly inserted in the tubular member; and a stopper means having a stem, a plug portion at one end of the stem, and a handle at the other end to plug the bore through the spout. The adapter fits in the fill opening of the radiator and the cap fastens over the fill opening of the radiator and urges the flexible seal member and the sealing flange against the recessed ledge in the fill opening to substantially provide a seal between the adapter and the fill opening so that as fluid is poured into the radiator, the fluid won't spill out of radiator as it commonly bubbles up through the fill opening of the radiator.

Abstract: A solution and process for chemically resharpening smoothing tools, forming tools, and cutting tools such as files, jigsaw blades, hacksaw blades, coping saw blades, bandsaw blades, and other tools. The solution contains preferred concentrations of acid and water. The tools are immersed in the solution for a period of from 1 minute to 12 hours depending upon the wear to the tools, the size of the tools, and the number of times the solution has been reused, at the end of which the tools are removed, wiped, and allowed to air dry so that rust resistant property in the solution adheres to the tools.

Abstract: A ground leveler attachment for a ground working device comprises a bracket fastened to a shank supporting a ground breaking tool, a carrier arm connected to the bracket, a pair of leg supports in pivotal contact with the carrier arm, a pair of springs biasing the legs supports into pivotal contact with the carrier arm, a pair of leg members extending from the leg supports, and a pair of levelers rotatably mounted upon the leg members and biased into a ground engagement position by the springs. The levelers independently and resiliently retract upon contact with a relatively immoveable object or objects to avoid being broken off from the leg members or severely damaged beyond usefulness.

Abstract: Interchangeable eyes for fishing lures comprising eye fastening members on the head of the fishing lures, simulated eyes detachably attached to the eye fastening members and having a simulated pupil protruding therefrom, and further comprising distinctively colored spongy material removably retentive to the eyes for retaining and releasing selective fish-alluring scents into the water for attracting game fish onto the hooks of the fishing lures. These fishing lures resemble the prey of the fish so that the fish will try to feed upon the fishing lures and as they do so they will become hooked upon the hooks depending from the fishing lures.
