  • Patent number: 6701912
Abstract: The present invention provides a bench top grill assembly that includes a rigid continuous grill body, a grill grate removably covering an upper opening, and a fuel element receptacle or container removably positionable in the grill body through a lateral opening dimensioned to closely receive the container. A safety handle projects from the fuel element container through the lateral opening away from sides of the grill body so that the handle does not become heated during use and may be safely gripped. A support table with multiple dimensions, forks, and condiment dishes increase the convenience of the bench top grill assembly.

  • Patent number: 6698575
Abstract: An installation for transporting objects, in particular items of clothing hanging on clothes hangers, on conveying paths of a transporting roller, in particular a roller having two parallel spaced-apart flanges on end sides thereof and a central part located therebetween, as well as a through-passage opening extending through a center thereof disposed between the flanges and the central part. The central part has at least one peripheral, annular circumferential part which can rotate separately from the two flanges, so that when the circumferential part rotates as a result of bearing on one of the conveying paths, the two flanges remain in a rest state irrespective of the rotation of the circumferential part. A hook-like carrier element is provided for an object which is to be transported, passing through the through-passage opening and projecting from the latter by way of its free end.

  • Patent number: 6698336
Abstract: A baking dish includes a generally shallow platter made of ceramic material suitable to withstand a baking environment and having a baking surface defining a supporting plane on which a baked product can be made. A substantially upright continuous wall in the form of a ring generally conforming to the shape of the baking surface is provided that has a height dimension when supported on the baking surfaces relative to the supporting plane to define a generally cylindrical space for receiving and containing a food product to be baked. The platter and ring have substantially conforming peripheries. A laterally extending bead or a protuberance extends about the periphery of the platter and a deformable engaging member in the form a peripheral lip is provided about the periphery of the ring for removably attaching the ring to the platter about the periphery and for providing a generally sealed connection at the mating surfaces of the platter and wall of the ring.

  • Patent number: 6688206
Abstract: A saw blade for a circular saw has a circular disk with a predetermined radius and a predetermined thickness. Teeth are arranged on the circumference of the circular disk and elongated air passages are provided in the substantially circular side faces of the circular disk. The saw blade has two parallel saw blades that are driven in coaxially opposite directions. In order to improve the operational behavior of the saw blade, especially in its thermal characteristics while providing a high mechanical stability, a respective longitude of the elongated air passages extends in a selected direction to lie in an area that extends from a first direction of a secant intersecting the side faces to a second direction of a circumferential arch in the side faces. The elongated air passages are located in an outer region defined by a ring area. The outer border of the ring area is provided by the circumference of an outer circle having a radius in the order of about 0.75 to 0.95 times the radius of the circular disk.

  • Patent number: 6679183
Abstract: An overhead conveying apparatus, in particular for items hanging on hooks, having a conveying chain which is guided in a chain guide, the chain including chain studs which project laterally beyond chain flanges disposed on one side of the chain. Plate-like carrying elements are provided with holes for receiving the chain studs therethrough when the plate-like carrying elements have been pushed onto the chain studs. The carrying elements have a plate-like construction and are arranged one after the other on the chain. The carrying elements are provided with at least one opening or one cutout therethrough for accommodating a hook for the items.

  • Patent number: 6349662
Abstract: A rub rail for boats and ships including an extruded molding trim fabricated from a rigid plastic material and an extruded insert fabricated from a predetermined plastic material, the molding trim having a longitudinally extending, centrally located recess in an outer top surface of the molding trim to provide laterally spaced apart free end portions at an uppermost top part of the molding trim, and the insert having an arcuately shaped outer top portion. The insert is disposed in the recess of the molding trim so that the outer top portion of the insert engages undersides of each of the free end portions of the molding trim along a first plane, and the outer top surface of the molding trim, as defined by the free end portions, is disposed along a second plane so that the free end portions of the molding trim partially surround the insert to enclose and protect the insert within the recess of the molding trim.
