Abstract: A GUI for a Network Management System client is provided. The GUI presents network alarms in more than one alarm window. Each alarm window includes a drop-down menu for selecting an alarm filter and a pause button for halting display of new alarms. Alarm filters may be retrieved from a database accessible from a number of NMS clients, thereby allowing public filters to be created by a supervisor. A method of automatically populating the “additional text” field of alarms in a way specified manually after installation of the NMS, which provides additional means of filtering alarms. The invention provides an improved interface by which network administrators can manage network alarms, the interface being particularly advantageous during floods of large numbers of network alarms.

Abstract: The present invention discloses triazene analogs of the general formula (I) and formula (II), their tautomeric forms, stereoisomers, polymorphs, hydrates, solvates, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof for the metastatic malignant melanoma and other cancers including but not limited to lymphomas, sarcomas, carcinomas, and gliomas. The invention further discloses a process for the preparation of the above said triazene analogs of formula (I) and formula (II), and their pharmaceutically acceptable compositions.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for sorting IP routing table entries in a TCAM for longest IP prefix matching LPM of destination IP addresses. The IP routing table is divided into logical blocks, for each block an associated routing entry IP prefix length. Each block is of a respective size whose proportion of the total size of the routing table is determined by the associated IP prefix length. The blocks are ordered so that the TCAM returns an LPM when queried. Starting block sizes can be initialized to proportions which reflect actual expected numbers by proportion of routing entries by IP prefix length. The blocks also grow and shrink as entries are added and deleted so as to more closely mirror real-world populations of expected entries having the IP prefix length in question.

Abstract: A method of balancing user registration lifetimes in a network is disclosed for smoothing the load of the registration server. The method of balancing user registration lifetimes in a network includes providing an initial registration lifetime for a registration request that is calculated using the time of the request and the previous history of registration requests, and in a particular embodiment, using the cumulative distribution function of the history of registration requests. The method of balancing user registration lifetimes in a network is particularly useful for handling spikes in registration traffic, and can accommodate user-specified variable lifetimes, as well dynamic user arrivals and departures. It provides effective load balancing over time for a single server, at the expense of a constant factor additive load per user, which can be amortized to near zero over the long run.

Abstract: A system and related method for targeted content delivery based on Internet video traffic analysis, including one or more of the following: a packet-based communication network in communication with a terminal device, the packet-based communication network 1) collecting and comparing traffic flows between the terminal device and one or more video content sources to known protocol signatures, 2) identifying match(es), 3) identifying, monitoring and analyzing a flow sequence of video content information for the match(es), 4) identifying and extracting associated metadata, and 5) harmonizing the metadata; a behavior analyzer that formulates a behavioral profile of a user of the terminal device who requests and receives the video content information; and a targeted content delivery infrastructure that establishes behavioral profile data regarding the user and delivers targeted content to the user.

Abstract: Various embodiments relate to a system and related method for handling requests from a user device in a wireless communications network. Various embodiments relate to a Policy and Charging Rules Node (PCRN) attempting to bind an IP-CAN session established in a Packet Data Network gateway (PGW) with a gateway control session established in a serving gateway (SGW). In instances when the IP-CAN session and gateway control session no longer match, the PCRN may wait to receive a subsequent message from the PGW and/or SGW. When the PCRN does not receive the subsequent message containing a matching session, the PCRN may kill the sessions in all the relevant gateways. This may cause the system to reestablish a new, matching connection instead of remaining in a hanging state.

More particularly, these herbal compositions comprise an effective amount of an enriched Boswellia extract containing from 10% to 99% by weight of 3-0-acetyl-11-keto-?-boswellic acid; and an effective amount of a second extract selected from the group consisting of an extract of Aegle marmelos, an extract of Zingiber officinale, an extract of Garcinia mangostana, and mixtures thereof. These may be used in dietary supplements or pharmaceutical formulations for controlling diseases associated with or related to inflammation. These diseases in particular include respiratory disorders such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, hay fever, type-1 hypersensitivity and mild allergies. The database may collect metadata having a key that uniquely corresponds to particular P2P content. An ISP may use the database to identify malware in P2P files and tag P2P traffic that seeks to exchange material in violation of applicable copyright laws.

Abstract: Various embodiments relate to a reconfigurable integrated digital Chireix out-phasing power amplifier for use in high power base stations is described and a related method of said design. The power amplifier may include a power transistor circuitry having plurality of power transistors and shunt-series circuitry (L1C1, L2C2), a broadband combiner having Chireix compensation elements, and an impedance matching filter. The power transistor circuitry, the broadband combiner, and the impedance matching filter are integrated in a unified package. In one embodiment, the power amplifier is implemented in a real switch-mode to facilitate integration of the Chireix compensation elements so as to make the Chireix power amplifier tunable. A method of driving Chireix power amplifier structure is also described.

Abstract: The invention is directed to providing a method and system for monitoring and managing from a network management entity, timing-over-packet synchronization performance in a packet switching network having multiple network nodes. The network management entity determines a physical topology and a synchronization topology of the network and monitors synchronization performance by collecting virtual path information.
