    Abstract: A phase-locked loop (PLL) with novel phase detection mechanism is provided, including a phase frequency detector (PFD), a controller, a digital-to-analog (D2A) module, and a voltage-controlled oscillator/current-controlled oscillator (VCO/ICO), wherein PFD has a reference signal input and an input from the output signal of the VCO/ICO and is connected to the controller, the controller is then further connected to the D2A module, the D2A module converts the control signal from the controller into an analog voltage to control the frequency and phase of VCO/ICO. It is worth noting that the PFD of the present invention has a novel phase detection mechanism so that the phase detection can be accomplished by observing signal level transitions of the reference signal input and a delayed reference signal with respect to the output signal of the VCO/ICO without edge alignment. In addition, the novel phase detection mechanism also allows flexible reference signal input.

The sliding block is parted from the product to form the gap, for assisting the sliding element to be parted from the product to form the inserting groove and the fillister under the drive of the inclined pillar and the inner end face of the sliding block acting on the other end of the sliding element, when the injection mold is opened.

Each side board of the shell has a substantial middle punched outward to form a soldering board extending levelly, and a lower part of a rear edge punched outward and then bent downward to form a soldering tail inserted downward in the soldering hole of the printed circuit board. The soldering boards of the shell and the soldering arms of the terminals are flush with one another to be levelly against and further soldered onto the printed circuit board.

The raised side at the folding portion is unfolded for keeping the folding portion in shape, in scanning process.

    Abstract: A package structure of multi-layer array type LED device is disclosed, wherein a peripheral area of a substrate and a surface of lead frame are respectively installed with a convex/concave surface structure. The convex/concave surface structure increases the surface roughness of the peripheral area of the substrate and the surface of the lead frame, so a liquid package material can be filled in cavities and concave parts; thus a package member formed through the package material being solidified can be firmly combined with the substrate and the lead frame as one piece. In addition, the bottom of a lens is provided with a binder for increasing the sealing level of the lens. Moreover, the present invention adopted a soldering paste added with material having good heat conductivity, so heat generated by LED dices can be rapidly dissipated to the exterior.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an adaptive automatic repeat-request apparatus and method for an MIMO system including a transmitter and a receiver. The apparatus comprises an adaptive retransmission component located at the transmitter. The adaptive retransmission component uses a special frame structure that divides the transmission data in a frame into several sections according to the number of transmission antennas, and adds an individual error detecting code within each section. The transmission data are sent to the receiver through the several antennas. The receiver responds to the adaptive retransmission component with feedback information of an acknowledgement or negative acknowledgement signal, and detected signal strength of data for each transmission antenna. After receiving the signal strength of transmission data, the retransmission signal vector for error data is determined.
