A conveyor device for conveying food includes a large number of round bars (60) which forms the conveyor belt (15a, 15b, 15c and 15d), coupling members (62) which are fixed to both ends of each of the round bars (60), a guide rail (82) which slidably supports the conveyor belt (15a, 15b, 15c and 15d), and a slide block (78) fixed to each round bar (60) and configured to slide on the guide rail (82). The coupling members (62) includes rotatable rollers (74), the rollers (74) mesh with a sprocket (48, 50), and the sprocket (48, 50) conveys the conveyor belt (15a, 15b, 15c and 15d) in a conveyance direction. The rollers (74) and the meshing portion of the sprocket (48, 50) include a wear resistant resin member.

    Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed for left/right determination of the arm part of a pig carcass before it is deboned. A plurality of clampers move around on an endless track. At a suspension station, a work is suspended from each clamper. There are left/right and front/back determination stations where it is determined whether a left-side or right side, and a front-side portion or back-side portion is facing a side irradiated by X-rays. Based on results of the determinations, posture of the work is corrected by a clamper rotating device. At an X-ray imaging station, it is controlled so that the front-side portion of the work faces the side irradiated by the X-rays and a longer side faces a movement direction of the endless track. An X-ray image of the work is obtained to determine a target coordinate of a bone-part surface required for incision making and deboning processes.

    Abstract: An object is to provide a freeze-drying system and a freeze-drying method which can improve cleanliness and productivity. The present invention relates to a freeze-drying system in which freeze-drying is performed by sublimating moisture frozen by cooling an object. The system includes a cooling device (3) which generates cold with an air cycle in which air is used as a refrigerant, a freeze-drying chamber (2) accommodating a heat exchange unit which causes heat exchange between the refrigerant and the object, and a control unit (11) which controls a cooling capacity of the cooling device. The control unit adjusts the temperature in the freeze-drying chamber to a predetermined target temperature by controlling an amount of the cold generated in the cooling device.
