Abstract: An information processing apparatus, a control method for the information processing apparatus, and an information processing system which encourage a user to use a mobile object are provided. The information processing apparatus includes a communication interface and a controller. The communication interface receives actual usage for a plurality of mobile objects which are affiliated with one of a plurality of mobile object groups. The controller ranks the plurality of mobile object groups based on the actual usage.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method performed at a health study management system collects health-related data from data sources, including sensors monitoring system users. A modular data ingestion subsystem includes interface modules adapted to receive health-related data from a respective type of data source. A modular data processing subsystem includes processing modules, processing health-related data to determine derived health indicators. The system receives configuration information for a health study using the health study management system, the configuration information specifying data collection activities, for collecting respective health-related data. The data collection activities include sensor-based data collection activities associated with a sensor type for collecting sensor data, and processing collected sensor data. The data ingestion subsystem and data processing subsystem are configured for the health study.

Abstract: According to various embodiments, systems and methods are provided for enabling parties to create, define, buy, and sell usage rights in radio frequency (RF) ranges, e.g., via a computerized trading exchange. The usage rights may comprise exclusive or shared ownership or lease interests. A government or other entity may initially offer on the exchange usage rights in radio frequencies owned or controlled by the government. The usage rights may be sold to market participants, e.g., through a competitive bidding process such as a reverse auction, Dutch auction, RFQ, or other methodology. Such rights may be transferred subject to government use, e.g., in emergency situations. Information associated with offered RF usage rights such as historical usage data, geographical reach, and available RF equipment may be published on the exchange. The exchange may also enable secondary trading of usage rights.

The information is formatted in different provider-specific ways. The systems and methods enable comparisons through predetermined sets of textual manipulations that counteract or remedy differences in formatting, collection methodology, and data management practices.

Abstract: In an online marketplace, buyers and sellers engage in transactions. Some transactions are fraudulent. The online marketplace uses a fraud detection system that identifies fraudulent transactions before an account holder is defrauded. In some example embodiments of the systems and methods described herein, a fraud detection system uses information that is indirectly associated with a transaction to determine if the transaction is fraudulent. A user interface is provided that shows relationships between accounts and objects. In response to input received via the user interface, the fraud detection system performs an action on an account, an object, or a transaction.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating status requests for units of work are disclosed. Some implementations may: manage environment state information maintaining a collaboration environment; identify one or more work unit records having potentially incorrect status values for a status parameter; generate status requests prompting user input to update the potentially incorrect status values for the one or more work unit records identified; and effectuate presentation of the status requests, such that the first status request is presented via a client computing platform associated with the first user.

Abstract: An illustrative embodiment provides a computer-implemented method for processing wage garnishment court orders includes obtaining a court order for wage garnishment for a user. The method also includes predicting values for a first subset of a number of fields for executing wage garnishment according to the court order using a rule engine. The method also includes predicting values for a second subset of the number of fields using a machine learning engine, wherein the second subset of the number of fields includes missing fields for which the rule engine could not provide a prediction. The machine learning engine includes one of a plurality of classification algorithms. The one of the plurality of classification algorithms selected to use for the machine learning engine for predicting field values is selected according to at least one of accuracy, speed, size of model, and explainability.

Abstract: A method for managing a real estate management platform and dynamic scoring system present invention is presented. The present invention will provide a means of dynamically ranking individual criterion prior to the application of said criterion to a listing database. The value of each search criterion relative to any other criterion is infinitely scalable, enabling the value of selected criteria to be near-absolute while other criteria may only contribute to the overall value of a property. This criteria-forming system is proposed to reflect real-world purchasing decisions more accurately by mimicking the internal processes by which a buyer might make value judgements.

Abstract: Disclosed are embodiments for the aggregation and analysis of vehicle prices via a geo-specific model. Data may be collected at various geo-specific levels such as a ZIP-Code level to provide greater data resolution. Data sets taken into account may include demarcation point data sets and data sets based on vehicle transactions. A demarcation point data set may be based on consumer market factors that influence car-buying behavior. Vehicle transactions may be classified into data sets for other vehicles having similar characteristics to the vehicle. A geo-specific statistical pricing model may then be applied to the data sets based on similar characteristics to a particular vehicle to produce a price estimation for the vehicle.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture to provide an image modality maintenance care package are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a solution predictor to predict a solution for servicing an imaging device based on the at least one of an error code or an identified issue and information related to previous solutions corresponding to the at least one of the error code or the identified issue. The apparatus further includes a care package generator to generate a customized data structure corresponding to the solution, the customized data structure including automated solutions to service the imaging device.

Abstract: Computerized system and method of obtaining and analyzing data on how large numbers of real estate visitors view and interact with real estate property. The system, which optimally will operate during real-world real estate tours, may utilize data from either property associated sensors or user mobile device sensors (e.g., smartphone sensors) to obtain and aggregate visitor position and/or orientation data with respect to various designated locations of interest on the property. This can be used to produce statistics on visitor positions and/or orientations with respect to such locations. The resulting data can be used for statistical AB testing and multivariate analysis, as well as provide information about various real estate features associated with below or above average visitor interest or approval. Various methods to encourage use, such as self-guided real-world tours, virtual staging, virtual goods and services, are also discussed.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for determining a pitch of a roof of a structure by analyzing one or more images showing the roof, at least one of the one or more image showing the roof obtained with a camera of a user device and an image not obtained by the user device. The system uses the one or more images including an image obtained by the user device to generate a report for determination of an amount of materials needed for a construction project, the report including at least one image showing the structure and an estimated area of the construction project.

Abstract: A composite novelty method approach to deceptive problems where a secondary objective is available to diversify the search is described. In such cases, composite objectives focus the search on the most useful tradeoffs and allow escaping deceptive areas. Novelty-based selection increases exploration in the focus area, leading to better solutions, faster and more consistently and it can be combined with other fitness-based methods.

Abstract: A process for preserving chain of custody for digital evidence captured at a portable device. The portable device transmits a request to upload the digital evidence to the cloud server via an intermediary storage device. The request includes digitally signed evidence metadata with data integrity code and authentication credentials. The portable device receives a response indicating approval to upload the digital evidence to the cloud server via the intermediary storage device. The portable device transmits the digital evidence to the intermediary storage device for uploading to the cloud server, and further transmits a request for approval to delete the digital evidence from the portable device. The portable device deletes the digital evidence only after receiving a response from the cloud server indicating an approval to delete the digital evidence from the portable device.

Embodiments provide for receiving docket data associated with a structured proceeding, the docket data including at least one docket entry. Embodiments also include identifying, by an automated analysis, docket entries associated with motions in the structured proceeding, and docket entries associated with orders in the structured proceeding. In embodiments, identifying the docket entries associated with orders includes identifying at least one order that includes a results-affecting decision affecting at least one motion. Embodiments further include linking, by the automated analysis, the affected at least one motion to the affecting order.

Abstract: A real estate showing appointment management system manages showing appointments based on a health parameter of a showing contact. The health parameter can be the body temperature. The system includes a server system running a server software application and remote software application running on a remote device. The remote software application configures the thermometer of the remote device to take body temperature of the showing contact. The thermometer can be an infrared thermometer. The remote software application determines whether the body temperature meets a threshold relying on the server system or by itself. When the showing contact passes the health check, the remote software application retrieves a showing directive for the showing contact to proceed with showing the listing of a showing appointment. The showing directive is presented by the remote device for the showing contact.

There is provided a machine-aided dialog system, comprising: a semantic framework for providing a dialog theme; a knowledge database for storing semantic knowledge, the semantic knowledge comprising at least one group of content-related language expressions manners; and a dialog manager for managing a dialog according to the dialog theme provided by the semantic framework, wherein the managing a the dialog comprises: generating a question expression of the dialog theme based on the semantic knowledge acquired from the knowledge database; and ending the dialog theme once upon determining that the dialog theme is completed in response to a dialog ending condition.

Abstract: The method and system identifies and classifies and monetizes intangible asset (I.A.) unstructured digital data in a computer system by ownership characterizations and intellectual property (I.P.) classifications. Enterprise and non-enterprise data collections are searched based upon an expanded project specification (of descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives). Primary search terms from the project are expanded by content, contextual and taxonomic analysis to generate a plurality of search string parameters employed to search the data collections. The search engine returns data and documents, ownership characteristics are ascertained by comparison of the returns and I.P. classifications are made based upon the returns. This process also handles unstructured enterprise specific data not otherwise located in the data collections or unstructured data from other I.A. programs such as H.R. performance modules, supply chain modules or CRM modules.
