  • Patent number: 11100467
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for automatic processing of forms using augmented reality. In an embodiment, a filled-out application form including one or more fields is scanned in augmented reality mode and its one or more images are captured. The captured images are used to identify the form type by comparing them with an original application form and to generate an electronic version of the form. Subsequently, filled-out content in the images is extracted and compared with a retrieved configuration file, which has a type same as the identified type of the filled-out application form. Based on this comparison, one or more messages are generated that are superimposed on the electronic version of the form in the augmented reality mode and that both are displayed.

  • Patent number: 11049607
Abstract: Data from a plurality of parties involved in a discharge of the patient is securely processed in a cloud-computing environment. The cloud-computing environment identifies long-term care facilities suitable for the patient using a plurality of matching criteria derived at least in part from discharge information provided by the facility from which the patient is being, contacts the long-term care facilities to determine whether the facilities would be interested to conducting a tour for the patient's representative (and, or alternatively, the patient), and helps facilitate scheduling of the tour. The cloud-computing environment can further identify assessors capable of conducting the medical assessment of the patient and schedule the assessment, providing the assessment to all long-term care facilities.

  • Patent number: 11049592
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for monitoring adherence to healthcare guidelines defining a recommended level of physical activity. Metabolic Equivalent (MET) data for a user over a plurality of days is analysed to determine whether sufficient MET data is available, by determining whether the obtained MET data includes at least a minimum amount of MET data within a defined time period. In response to a determination that sufficient MET data is available, the MET data is compared to guideline MET values relating to the recommended level of physical activity, to determine whether the user has achieved the recommended level of physical activity. An adherence result is outputted in accordance with the result of the comparison, indicating whether the user has achieved the recommended level of physical activity. The adherence result can be outputted in the form of a message displayed on a display unit.

  • Patent number: 11010796
Abstract: Modeling appropriate comparable properties for the assessment of appraisals entails accessing a property dataset, wherein subsets of properties represented in the property data are determined to be members of respective condominium projects. Condominium project identification information is scrubbed, standardized and updated using various techniques. An automated valuation model is applied to the property data, preferably implementing the condominium project variable as a location fixed effect variable. Appraisal reports where the subject property is a condominium are then analyzed using the results of the automated valuation model, including but not limited to ranking and displaying the appraiser-chosen comparables among the model-chosen comparables.

  • Patent number: 11004164
Abstract: An online system allows third-party systems to provide content for distribution to users. The online system allows trademark owners to search for content items that are likely to violate trademarks. The online system receives proof of the trademark registration from trademark owner's devices. The online system receives a search request for content items that are likely to violate a trademark. The online system ranks the content items that are likely to violate the input trademark based on various factors. One of the factors used for ranking the content items is a score generated by a machine learning based model that indicates a likelihood of violation of trademarks by a content item. The online system controls the rate of distribution of content items of a content provider based on information indicating whether the content provider violates trademarks, for example, by blocking distribution of content items by specific content providers.

  • Patent number: 10997676
Abstract: An automated valuation model that uses condition and quality variables. In response to user queries, the model ranks and displays comparables for a subject property. The comparables are selected based on their similarity to the subject. Data on quality and condition of properties is incorporated into the model and corresponding comparable assessments. For example, the quality and condition inputs may be used in a hedonic adjustment factor model, comparable selection exclusion rules, economic distance calculations, and adjustments for differences between the subject and comparables at comparable selection stage. The comparables may be displayed in ranked order based on the calculated similarities between the properties, with indications of the quality and condition categories, to provide an overall assessment of the comparables as well as displayable indications of the underlying quality and condition categories and related information.
