Abstract: This disclosure includes various embodiments of apparatuses, systems and methods for evaluating a patient's cardiac risk and/or mental status. Cardiac risk evaluation may be based (e.g., only) on the patient's respiratory rate, heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, age, and/or mental status. An aggregate score, which is indicative likelihood of the patient's cardiac risk, may be calculated based (e.g., only) on the patient's respiratory rate, heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, age, and/or mental status. If the calculated aggregate score exceeds a predetermined threshold, the patient may be identified as having a critical cardiac risk, and actions may be taken to treat the patient. The cardiac risk evaluation may be based further on the patient's mental status, where the patient's mental status may be evaluated based on a game with visual indicators.

A voice-initiated transaction transfer system includes an interactive voice response service that provides an initial voice-initiated transaction with a user and determines an intended transaction of the voice-initiated transaction. The system also includes an app administration service that receives an indication of the intended transaction from the interactive voice response service and triggers provision of a push notification to at least one app running on at least one electronic device associated with the user. The push notification includes an indication of a deep dive view to be presented on the app. The deep dive view includes a particular transaction screen of the app associated with the intended transaction.

Abstract: A system and method for semi-automatic conflict resolution management and communication, achieved by hosting a mediation and management application on a cloud-networked server. The application presents via an app or web-link, an input screen to a complainant's device and uploads the complainant's conflict information to the server. The complainant can also e-file the law suit immediately, or after a pre-determined period of time has passed. The defendant is electronically notified of the impending law and offered an option for mediation through the application; and also an option to counter-claim, using the application's interfaces. If the defendant accepts the mediation option, then a certified mediator (likely crowd-sourced) engages the parties and begins negotiations through the application, to arrive hopefully at a settlement.

Abstract: According to various embodiments, systems and methods are provided for enabling parties to create, define, buy, and sell usage rights in radio frequency (RF) ranges, e.g., via a computerized trading exchange. The usage rights may comprise exclusive or shared ownership or lease interests. A government or other entity may initially offer on the exchange usage rights in radio frequencies owned or controlled by the government. The usage rights may be sold to market participants, e.g., through a competitive bidding process such as a reverse auction, Dutch auction, RFQ, or other methodology. Such rights may be transferred subject to government use, e.g., in emergency situations. Information associated with offered RF usage rights such as historical usage data, geographical reach, and available RF equipment may be published on the exchange. The exchange may also enable secondary trading of usage rights.

Abstract: A system and method for providing an individual with information on the transaction of other members of that individual's social network while preserving individual anonymity. The method including de-identifying or encrypting individually identifiable relationship data, de-identifying or encrypting individually identifiable transaction data, and linking the de-identified relationship data and the de-identified transaction data. The disclosed system uses the same hash function or encryption algorithm to de-identify or encrypt both the relationship data and the transaction data, enabling the system to identify and link records associated with the same user in both data sets by making a deterministic or probabilistic determination.

Abstract: A system and method to input patient data including previous diagnosis, drugs, symptoms and treatment, open data and expert knowledge, and to use these inputs to create a patient clinical object (PCO), biomedical knowledge and rule based knowledge graphs, and to enrich the PCO using the biomedical knowledge graph. A meta diagnosis predictor is to use the PCO and the biomedical knowledge graph and/or the rule based knowledge graph in plural predictors of a diagnosis-based predictor to provide a set of diagnoses based on previous diagnoses, a drug-based predictor to provide a set of diagnoses based on drugs taken by the patient, a symptom-based predictor to provide a set of diagnoses based on symptoms of the patient and a treatment-based predictor to provide a set of diagnoses based on the treatments. Any of the sets of diagnoses may be combined to give a predicted primary diagnosis for the patient.

Abstract: Computerized system and method of obtaining and analyzing data on how large numbers of real estate visitors view and interact with real estate property. The system, which optimally will operate during real-world real estate tours, may utilize data from either property associated sensors or user mobile device sensors (e.g., smartphone sensors) to obtain and aggregate visitor position and/or orientation data with respect to various designated locations of interest on the property. This can be used to produce statistics on visitor positions and/or orientations with respect to such locations. The resulting data can be used for statistical A/B testing and multivariate analysis, as well as provide information about various real estate features associated with below or above average visitor interest or approval. Various methods to encourage use, such as self-guided real-world tours, virtual staging, virtual goods and services, are also discussed.

After the customer's device received the information provided by the product tag, other products or services related to the tagged product may be received by the customer device.

Abstract: A computerized Internet web server/browser method of mediating disputed issues. Here a semi-anonymous mediation network, optionally linked to a pre-existing social network, containing various members interested in providing disputes to mediate and mediating these disputes, is created. Members may post disputes according to various issue types, have these disputes analyzed and commented on by other members, who will then receive feedback according to the success of their analysis. The system keeps track of member expertise in resolving these disputes, thus determining which members have better track records at resolving various types of problems. The system additionally may contain various analytical and graphical tools to enable members to analyze mediation responses according to the characteristics of the response givers. Members may additionally post general questions to other members and receive responses. Certain data may be shared with advertisers, who may post ads relevant to the disputed issues.

The processor may further receive proprietary information, store the proprietary information, determine, using the scraped data and the proprietary information, a subsequent likelihood indication, and transmit the subsequent likelihood indication to the device.
