Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed that determine whether wait times for attractions of a theme park are shorter or longer than expected and notify guests of these shorter or longer wait times. In particular, the systems and methods determine a wait time value for an attraction by dividing a wait time for the attraction by a total wait time for all attractions of the theme park, and compare the wait time value to one or more threshold values based on an expected wait time for the attraction. In this manner, theme park guests may make a more informed decision on which attraction to wait for, and maximize their time at the theme park.

Abstract: An authentication system and authentication method for an electronic cigarette and an electronic cigarette configured to be connected within such system so that the authentication method can be applied to the electronic cigarette. The system can be divided into 3 main components, namely the electronic cigarette itself, a mobile terminal in communication with the electronic cigarette and reading a security label from the electronic cigarette, and a service terminal connected to the mobile terminal, for instance through the cloud. The system and method protects particularly from counterfeit cartridges and secures that a cartridge of the intended content is connected in the electronic cigarette. In addition, age verification can be performed.

Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods of facilitating remote notarization of electronic instruments and storing records memorializing these notarization events. A notarization system provider may capture video feeds from different angles, and combine the feeds into a single archive multimedia file, which may be stored as a secured record of a notarization. The notarization system may be utilized as an alternative to a conventional notarization settings involving a notary, in-person. The notarization system provider may supply a signing party with an electronic instrument, which could be any instrument requiring notarization to be effective. Parties signing the document may go to a system provider's location or representatives could bring the requisite devices to the signing parties. Cameras generate video feeds of the notary, the notary, and any witnesses, and then forward the feeds to other devices in the system, allowing each party to observe the signing party sign the instrument.

The processor is further configured to chart and render the proposed organization chart.

The method further includes creating, by the at least one server in response to receipt of the chat request, a first chatroom that is directed to the transaction and is accessible by the first entity and the user on a messaging application installed in a computing terminal such that the first entity sends one or more messages containing information about the transaction to the user via the first chatroom.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for profit maximization and risk mitigation that uses nutrition modeling of animals, including poultry and marine animals, is a critical component of the respective enterprise optimization and managed environment pollution control. The optimization accuracy depends on the description of utilization efficiency of nutrients in a population of animals. Utilization efficiency of nutrients for meat production in a population is preferably based on at least three component parts of nutrient utilization, namely maintenance, linear gain, and non-linear gain, instead of one only. Efficiencies for maintenance and linear gain are fixed value(s), but nutrient efficiency is a result of intra-population variation and efficiency of linear gain, and affect profit. Similar processing is performed to obtain optimal crop growth and profit.

Abstract: Approaches for a model-driven tool-agnostic reporting approach are provided. In one example, a report request is received from a business intelligence reporting application, from which a graphical template and query template are created, wherein the graphical template comprises the visual presentation of data responsive to the request and the query template specifies how the data responsive to the request is to be computed. The report created by the approaches described herein is compatible with multiple business intelligence reporting applications.

Abstract: In an example, an ontology analyzer may generate an ontology, based on a claim adjudication request. The claim adjudication request may be processed, based on the ontology to provide an ontology based inference. A rule based analyzer may identify a predefined rule corresponding to the claim adjudication request and process the request, based on the predefined rule. A conflict resolver may resolve a conflict which may occur between the ontology based inference and the rule based inference. When a conflict is detected, a predefined criteria may be selected for resolving the conflict, the predefined criteria comprising rules to select one of the ontology based inference and the rule based inference to maximize a probability of accurately processing the claim adjudication request in case of a conflict.

Abstract: A computer-implemented interactive system, methods, and platform are herein disclosed to allow for the aggregation of context based feedback data according to a selected feedback context model. In an illustrative implementation, the computer-implemented interactive system/platform comprises an exemplary server computer environment, an instruction set comprising one or more instructions to request from the one or more other computing environments feedback data (e.g., such requests being made on a temporal basis according to one or more feedback context models), and a data store. The platform may be used to aggregate feedback data for various feedback sponsors/requestors, by way of example, as a user/customer is experiencing a product/service, in real time. The frequency, timing, and trigger for feedback data requests from users, illustratively, can be tailored by the one or more instructions of the one or more feedback context models that take into account a baseline use/experience of given product/service.

Abstract: A method for managing oilfield water. Oilfield water data is grouped into discrete and non-overlapping groups. Outliers are removed from the data. Features of the remaining data are analyzed to identify most discriminative feature. The data is separated into training data and testing data, and the training data is fit into a model that shows the best precision, accuracy and recall. The model is confirmed using the testing data. Upon confirmation of the accuracy of the model, the model is applied to data for a new proposed oilfield well, and a new proposed project is implemented or disapproved based on a result of the identified model that predicts water production of the new proposed oilfield well.
