Abstract: The present disclosure provides a blockchain platform having functionality that enables blockchain nodes to be shared among multiple entities while maintaining security with respect to the blockchain. Blockchain platforms of embodiments include a hash function (also referred to as a chain-code) that enables attributes to be generated and attached to user identifiers, where the attributes associate users with specific entities supported by the blockchain. For shared nodes, the attribute may be utilized, at least in part, to control access permissions to data recorded to the blockchain. Embodiments of blockchain platforms may find particular utility when applied to complex use cases involving multiple entities.

Abstract: Automated property value calculation is provided. The method comprises receiving historic transaction data for a group of real estate properties over a specified time and receiving characteristic data regarding the properties for a number of defined categories. Historic data is also received for a number of demographic parameters over the specified time. The demographic data corresponds to regions in which the properties are located. A predictive valuation model is built with the financial transaction data, characteristic data, and demographic data. Individual values are calculated with the predictive valuation model for a new group of real estate properties according to their characteristics. The individual values are then aggregated. Financial transaction data is received for the new group of properties, and a net asset value of the new group of properties is calculated according to the aggregated valuations and financial transaction data.

A first smart contract is deployed for managing the target electronic contract in a blockchain based on the creation information. The target electronic contract is created according to the creation information and based on the first smart contract. In response to receiving a contract signing request from a signatory user of the target electronic contract, the target electronic contract is signed based on the first smart contract and a second smart contract corresponding to the signatory user, where the second smart contract is a pre-deployed smart contract for managing information associated with the signatory user.

Abstract: The system obtains a set of tickets representing customer requests for a customer-support ticketing system. Next, the system produces a set of request vectors by feeding words from each ticket through a model to generate a request vector for the ticket, wherein the set of request vectors is represented as a set of points in a vector space. The system then performs a clustering operation on the set of points to form clusters representing support topics, wherein the clustering operation creates a new point for a new ticket in the vector space when the new ticket is received, and incrementally updates existing clusters to accommodate the new point. Finally, the system presents a user interface to a customer-support agent, wherein the user interface uses the support topics to organize the customer requests, and enables the customer-support agent to perform a customer-support operation in response to a customer request.

The rule is an equation based relationship between the one or more sub-rules and the one or more equipment points and indicates whether the piece of building equipment is experiencing a fault.

Abstract: During operation, the system receives a customer request. Next, the system segments the customer request into customer request sentences. The system then encodes each sentence from the customer request with information sequentially collected from the previously observed sentences. Next, the system translates the encodings to sparse probabilities that measure the importance of sentences from the customer request. The system then extracts relevant sentences from the customer request based on the importance. Next, the system forms an extracted-sentence customer request embedding from embeddings for the extracted relevant customer request sentences. The system then uses the extracted-sentence customer request embedding to select an agent response from a set of possible agent responses based on comparisons between the extracted-sentence customer request embedding and embeddings for the set of possible agent responses.

Abstract: Project asset and preference sharing techniques are described. In one or more embodiments, a request is received to assign a project asset or preference to a member of a team. The received request includes an identifier of a project for which the project asset or preference will be assigned. The assets and preferences associated with each of the teams are then checked for the identifier to identify the project assets and preferences associated with the project. The company page assessment system also provides the ability to assess quality of a company page. Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to a blockchain-based approach for managing repair of physical property items. Any full node computing device in a network, including a physical property management computing platform, may register a physical property item onto a blockchain associated with the physical property item. The computing platform may further register one or more users onto this blockchain so that the registered users can use the physical property item. As one or more users use the physical property item, the computing platform may receive real-time usage information and may notify the owner of the physical property item when the item needs to be repaired or replaced. The computing platform may then execute an event based on a response to this notification.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for profit maximization and risk mitigation that uses nutrition modeling of animal, poultry and marine animals is a critical component of the respective enterprise optimization and managed environment pollution control. The optimization accuracy depends on the description of utilization efficiency of nutrients in a population of animals. Utilization efficiency of nutrients for meat production in a population are preferably based on at least three component parts of nutrient utilization, i.e., maintenance, linear gain, and non-linear gain, instead of one only. Efficiencies for maintenance and linear gain are fixed value(s), but nutrient efficiency is a result of intra-population variation and efficiency of linear gain, and affect profit. Similar processing is performed to obtain optimal crop growth and profit.

In this regard, the method includes receiving a user's profile data that includes at least a location of the user, automatically prompting for and receiving a set of constraints from the user regarding their need to seek medical care, identifying a result set of medical care providers responsive to a user request, determining whether the result set satisfies the imposed constraints, and if the result set satisfies the imposed constraints, creating, in real-time, a list that identifies at least one medical care provider from the result set for display to the user.
