  • Patent number: 10867317
Abstract: The disclosure facilitates loyalty earnings by generating purchase recommendations. Loyalty data is collected from a loyalty program data store. The loyalty data is associated with a loyalty profile of a user. Account data is collected from an account data store. The account data is associated with an account of the user that is linked to the loyalty profile of the user. Transaction data is collected from a transaction data store. The transaction data is associated with the account of the user. User recommendations are generated for prioritizing loyalty earnings on the loyalty profile based on the loyalty data, account data, and transaction data. After the recommendations are generated, the recommendations are caused to be displayed on a user interface associated with a computing device of the user. Combining the three types of collected data to generate the recommendations results in accurate recommendations that are tailored to the user to increase loyalty earnings.

  • Patent number: 10803479
Abstract: Systems and methods for management of automated dynamic messages are providing. In some embodiments, a data store is populated with one or more knowledge sets and one or more lead datasets in response to a user's input. A campaign builder may be provided to the user for generating and initiating campaigns. A campaign is a series of messages designed to satisfy one or more objectives. The campaign builder allows the creation of a campaign by allowing the composition of a series of message templates with variable fields. The variable fields correspond to classes of data from the knowledge sets and/or the lead data. Once the campaign has been initiated, the system categorizes the responses using algorithms. These categorizations have corresponding confidence levels. If the confidence level is too low, manual user intervention may be required in order to determine which subsequent action the system should perform.

  • Patent number: 10789610
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable storage media for improving predictive analytics for performance of digital design assets. In particular, one or more embodiments train a machine-learning model based on previously used digital design assets. One or more embodiments use the machine-learning model to analyze attributes of a user-generated digital design asset to generate an asset score that predicts the performance of the user-generated digital design asset for a target audience segment. One or more embodiments also use the machine-learning model to generate attribute scores for the attributes, and then generate the asset score based on the attribute scores. Additionally, one or more embodiments then provide the asset score to a user (e.g., a content creator) within an asset creation application to allow the user to improve the digital design asset for use in one or more digital content campaigns directed to the target audience segment.

  • Patent number: 10755301
Abstract: A method for enhanced digital content presentation is provided that includes assigning, to each member of members of a social network of a user, a respective knowledge score, the knowledge score being representative of accuracy in the member predicting positive impressions of the user. The members of the social network are surveyed for an indication of which one or more options for digital content are expected to have a positive impression on the user. Based on the surveying, selected digital content based on the one or more options that are expected to have a positive impression on the user, as indicated by the surveying, is selected. The selected digital content is presented to the user. An indication of whether the selected digital content had a positive impression on the user is received from the user.

  • Patent number: 10755299
Abstract: Methods and apparatus to incorporate saturation effects into marketing mix models are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a reach calculator to convert adstock data associated with an advertising campaign into effective reached realized (ERR) data based on a relationship between reach and adstocked gross rating points indicative of saturation effects of the advertising campaign on a target audience of the advertising campaign. The adstock data corresponds to adstocked gross rating points generated from marketing mix input data. The marketing mix input data includes (a) sales data associated with sales over a period of interest and (b) advertising data associated with the advertising campaign during the period of interest. The apparatus also includes a regression engine to determine an impact of the advertising campaign on the sales during the period of interest based on the ERR data analyzed relative to the sales data.
