Abstract: A method, a system, and computer readable medium comprising instructions for real-time monitoring of agent adherence. The method comprises collecting events and data for an agent from at least one phone router, collecting time keeping data from a time clock system, collecting data and events from a scheduling system, normalizing the events, data, and generating at least one user interface comprising normalized data, presenting at least one view of the at least one user interface to at least one application, and refreshing the at least one view with updated events and data.

Abstract: Disclosed are efficient and user-friendly systems or methods configured to capture and share video data in real time, at a later date, or a combination thereof in an authorized manner via social media. In certain aspects, these systems and methods include capturing video, for example, from a “Jumbotron” during a sporting event or other live venue event in an authorized manner (e.g., abiding by applicable copyright laws) and sharing this captured footage with other via social media.

Abstract: Apparatus and method for sharing state information using a web-enabled system and a phone service system are disclosed. In some embodiments, a presence module is used to identify a currently accessed web page to an agent during an on-line session. In some embodiments, documents are delivered to a user through a web browser concurrent with an audio message delivered by phone. Concurrent delivery of documents configured to accept an electronic signature is disclosed.

Abstract: A back office services of an intelligent automated agent for a contact center is provided. The back office services is configured to run on a processor coupled to a non-transitory storage device. The back office services includes: a customer profile module configured to access a profile of a customer from a customer profile database stored on the storage device, the profile of the customer including interaction data from interactions involving the customer and the contact center, and analysis results from analyzing the interaction data between the interactions involving the customer and the contact center; and a content analysis module configured to generate new analysis results by performing the analyzing of the interaction data between consecutive interactions of the interactions involving the customer and the contact center, and update the analysis results of the profile of the customer on the storage device to reflect the new analysis results.

Abstract: A method and apparatus is presented for enabling an agent to assume the identity or persona of a called party and process calls directed to the called party. In one embodiment, methods, which enable an agent to assume the identity or persona of a called party, and process calls directed to the called party are considered a call center functions and may be implemented in a call center. A call is initiated to a called party. Initiating the call generates called party information. Using the called party information a server retrieves information associated with the called party and then forward the information associated with the called party to an agent. The call is then forwarded to the agent. As a result, the agent may use the information associated with the called party to assume the identity or persona of the called party when responding to the call.

Abstract: A video service is provided by one or more servers which communicate directly with one more clients over a network. The service may provide digital optical disc data storage formatted video, such as for example a Blu-ray format video, and allows Blu-ray video to be streamed to a client device over the network. The system may utilize direct and fast content delivery of content typically found on a high definition digital optical disc. The content may include a movie as well as featurettes and other content. The video service may also include augmented content and may provide overlay content. In addition to these features, the video streaming service may also provide community content as an overlay to improve a user's viewing experience.

Abstract: One system herein is operable in a COD environment and includes an audience profiler that generates user profiles based on the demographic characteristics of users selecting COD content to identify a user based on a subsequent COD content selection. An ADS tracks impressions of assets in COD content selections, detects the subsequent COD content selection, and selects from the assets for insertion into that COD content selection. The ADS also processes the user profile of the user to exclude a first portion of the assets from insertion into the subsequent COD content selection. The ADS also excludes a second portion of the assets from insertion into the subsequent COD content selection based on the tracked impressions. The ADS also ranks remaining assets, and directs a COD content provider to insert the ranked assets according to the ranking and a number of available time slots in the subsequent COD content selection.

Abstract: A method for controlling media presentation during a teleconference. The method generally includes the steps of coupling a buffer operatively to a host device and a participant device, storing media information associated with the teleconference in the buffer and directing playback of the media information from the buffer to the participant device. The host device is associated with a host of the teleconference and the host thereby enables playback of the stored media information to a participant other than the host.

Abstract: Described herein are techniques for requesting advertisement content on behalf a client device from a first server. The first server receives a request from the client device to receive advertisement content, wherein the request includes client information. The first server retrieves break data based on the request, wherein the break data includes one or more links to a second server. The first server replaces any dynamic parameters contained in the one or more links with at least one value based on the client information. The first server requests, from the second server, at least one advertisement segment based on the one or more links. The first server receives, from the second server, a first response to the request. The first server then provides a second response to the client device, wherein the second response is based on the first response.

Abstract: A method for watermarking digital media content received in a form of at least one encrypted sample to which metadata is assigned. Each sample is encrypted by means of a sample key. The metadata comprises first data, second data and a signature resulting from the first and second data. The first data is encrypted by a transport key and comprises at least a content key and watermarking metadata. The second data comprises an initialization vector so that the content key and the initialization vector form a unique pair of cryptographic data equivalent to the sample key. The method comprises the steps of extracting the metadata from the media content, decrypting the first data by using the transport key, authenticating the signed data and, in case of positive outcome, descrambling each sample by using the pair of cryptographic data, and marking each descrambled sample by using the watermarking metadata.

Abstract: A vehicular video processing device includes a clock output unit and an output unit. A video signal output from an external video device via a video signal receiving unit and having predetermined format and first bit width is inputted to the vehicular video processing device together with a first clock signal. The clock output unit outputs a second clock signal having a frequency acquired by multiplying first clock signal frequency by a predetermined multiplier factor. The output unit converts the video signal having the first bit width to a video signal having a second bit width smaller than the first bit width according to the multiplier factor, and outputs the converted video signal together with the second clock signal. With above-described device, image processing can be properly performed to a video signal having a format difficult to be directly input or output.

The method further includes organizing the segments into a set of aggregated content including content for generating a plurality of sets of assembled content. The plurality of segments includes a first segment and a second segment. The method further includes generating a first set of metadata for the first segment specifying a first source index location of the first segment in the set of aggregated media content and a first target index location of the first segment in a first set of assembled media content, and a second set of metadata for the second segment specifying a second source index location of the second segment in the set of aggregated media content and a second target index location of the second segment in a second set of assembled media content.
