Abstract: A foldable container blank includes at four side walls, a top panel foldably connected to one of the side walls, a bottom panel foldably connected to one of the side walls, and at least one internal support structure that is connected to one of the side walls. Each internal support structure includes a first portion that is in adjacent relation with the top panel when the container is in a closed condition, and a second portion that is in adjacent relation with the first portion when the container is in a closed condition. In some embodiments, the foldable container blank is integrally formed. A method of forming the foldable container blank and a method of folding a container blank are also provided.

Abstract: The present invention provides a gravity fed dispenser. The gravity fed dispenser includes a tower portion including a front wall, a back wall, a top wall, a bottom wall, and a pair of side walls, and an insert portion located within the tower portion, the insert portion including a front wall, and a pair side of walls attached to opposite edges of the front wall. The dispenser also includes an opening in a lower portion of the tower portion, and at least one tab located in the opening. The tower portion and insert portion are preferably made from a single blank of material. In another embodiment, the insert portion includes a front wall, and a first wing and a second wing attached to opposite edges of the front wall.

Abstract: A bicycle-carrying device for motor-vehicles comprises a support structure defining a main axis, and a plurality of legs carried by the support structure for abutment on the rear part of a motor-vehicle. At least some of said legs are orientable around said main axis. The device further comprises a plurality of arms carried by the support structure for supporting one or more bicycles, and a plurality of belts or cables associated with the bicycle-carrying device and each having a book member for engagement on the rear part of the motor-vehicle, for anchoring said bicycle-carrying device to the motor-vehicle. At least some of said legs have each a respective roll-up device for winding a belt or cable around a respective winding axis. Each roll-up device is arranged within an inner cavity of the respective leg with the winding axis located at a position spaced apart from said main axis.

Abstract: An infant carrier which provides the comfort of a wrap-type carrier and the ease of use of a conventional soft-sided infant carrier. The infant carrier includes a pair of adjustable side panels which allow a wearer to selectively transition the side panels between narrow and wide seat configurations to accommodate the size of the infant seated within the carrier. The carrier also includes a torso band, which enables adjustment of the infant support panel relative to the wearer, and also rests higher than conventional waist belts commonly employed on most soft-sided infant carriers.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a box, a blank, a set of blanks made from corrugated cardboard sheet and a method for forming a box having a polygonal section. The box has at least one centring tab (7) straddling at least one folding line (4) on its upper wall (2), cut out on its lateral sides (8), connected on one side to the upper wall (2) by a first joining line (10) and on the other side to the adjacent side wall (5) by a second joining line (6), a parallel and offset intermediate folding line (14) being provided such that the tab (7) forms a projecting portion (16) on account of the folding. The bottom comprises at least one perforated surface portion (18) which has a shape complementary to that of the tab such that the lateral edges of the recess are designed to cooperate in contact with the lateral edges of said tab, and is designed to fit into the projecting portion of a box from below.

The utility rack system generally includes a base frame, a mounting member, an adjustment member, and one or more adjustable legs. The mounting member may be utilized to secure the base frame a vehicle, such as through use of a towing hitch. The base frame is pivotally secured to the mounting member such that it may pivot with respect thereto. The adjustment member is utilized to adjust and lock the base frame into various positions with respect to the mounting member. The adjustable legs may be secured beneath the frame. The present invention also includes a wide range of attachments which may be removably secured to the base frame for supporting various items.

Abstract: A storage system includes a utility rack having a base frame with a plurality of cross members extending across the base frame and an accessory. The accessory includes at least one attachment device for attaching to at least one of the cross members. The attachment device includes a cross member retainer configured to partially retain a cross member, a hinged brace configured to move between an open position rotated away from the cross member retainer and a closed position rotate towards the cross member retainer and configured to press against the cross member, and a latch configured to lock the hinged brace in the closed position and maintain a pressure of the hinged brace against the cross member.

Abstract: An adjustable bending force assembly is described for use with components that are securable to objects via applied bending force. In implementations, the adjustable bending force assembly is formed as part of a band that exerts bending force upon objects inserted within the band (e.g., between the ends of the band). The adjustable bending force assembly includes one or more stiffener elements that are adjustably positionable at multiple different positions along a length of the band to vary the amount of bending force. In one approach, the stiffener elements are configured as plates that slide into different positions to adjust the bending force. The adjustable bending force assembly may be included as an integrated component of a wearable device, such as a watch or headband. Alternatively, a band can be configured as a separate component to which a device can readily be attached and detached through manual force.

Abstract: An enhanced strength partitioned container containing a plurality of individual compartments, i.e, a crate, formed from mated slotted transverse panels and slotted longitudinal panels. A system of exterior panels surrounds the interlocking panels to form the outside of the partitioned container. Alternatively, an exterior panel with an overlapping section surrounds the interlocking panels, secures to itself, and forms the outside of the partitioned container. Portions of the slotted panels are adhered to and extend over a greater area of the exterior panel(s) to provide additional structural support. A lid and tray may complete the partitioned container.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a fishing rod carrier used by persons for transporting fishing rods inside a vehicle. Particularly to an improved fishing rod rack for vehicles that is mountable on the inside of the top of the form of sports utility vehicles, station wagons and hatchbacks. The rod rack retains a plurality of fishing rods securely and protected from damage while keeping the rods highly accessible. This rod rack is easily installed and removed and made of flexible materials so it can be rolled up and stored when not in use. The apparatus is mostly comprised of two carrier members, spaced apart at a desired distances and positioned, substantially parallel to each other across with width of a vehicles cab. The carrier holds fishing rods having a handle at one end and a rod tip at the opposite end.
