Abstract: An example collapsible automobile storage container includes a plurality of panels arranged with respect to a base. The plurality of panels are interconnected to form an enclosed storage area when erected. The plurality of panels are movable into both a collapsed position and an erected position. The plurality of panels include at least a top panel, a front panel, a back panel, and two side panels, the front panel movable to slide under the base of the container. The example includes a control device to grab and constrain the front panel in position to 1) swing vertically into an erected position against the side panels and base and to 2) keep the front panel from being pulled beyond a front edge of the base.

Abstract: A printable blank comprises a sheet with a with outline perforation lines defining a periphery of an object. The sheet is capable of being passed through a printer to have an image printed on it. The sheet also comprises run-out perforation lines extending from the periphery to edges of the sheet, wherein the sheet can be folded along the run-out perforations to detach the object from the sheet. A method for creating custom print structures includes running a printable blank sheet through a printer and then bending the sheet along run-out perforation lines to detach an object from the sheet. The object can then be folded along scored fold lines to assemble it into a three-dimensional structure.

Abstract: A device for detachably affixing a piece of luggage to a person includes a belt plate that can be affixed to a belt and a shaft that is movably affixed to the belt plate and that has a threaded portion that accommodates a nut. A clamp that includes a bottom clamp element and a top clamp element may secures attach a handle of a piece of luggage to the device, ensuring ease of movement and hands-free operation. The bottom clamp element may be rigidly affixed to the bottom of the shaft or may be adjustable by use of a second nut that may support the bottom clamp element in a particular position. A top clamp element may be configured about the shaft and linearly movable about the shaft, held in place by the first nut to secure a luggage handle in the area between the top clamp element and the bottom clamp element.

Abstract: In an arrangement of a power tool and a carrying system, the carrying system has a support strap and a releasable fastening device for attaching the power tool to the support strap. The carrying system has an actuating device that actuates the releasable fastening device from a fastening position into a release position. The fastening device has a pivotable hook that in the fastening position is hooked to an eye and secures the power tool on the carrying system. When the carrying system is arranged on a user and the power tool is secured on the carrying system and the fastening device is actuated from the fastening position into the release position, the hook is pivoted such that the eye slides out of the hook because of the weight of the power tool.

Abstract: A dispenser is for removal of containers, e.g., beverage and non-beverage containers, held in a matrix configuration within a carton. A dispenser opening is defined in the carton's top panel with the dispenser opening being oriented on a single longitudinal axis oriented normal to the top panel. The dispenser opening is sized to allow egress of each container in the container matrix. Retaining flaps are included with the dispenser to inhibit unintended egress of the containers. A push hole may be provided in the carton opposite from the dispenser to allow access by a user to push the container out of the dispenser.

Abstract: The band is provided with a first band member and a second band member attached to an instrument main body, and a linking member. Each of the band members is provided with an expanding section that expands along a band extension direction, the expanding section having pliability, and having first slits having a pair of slits lying along the width direction and a slit lying along the band extension direction, and a pair of second slits lying along the width direction to communicate with the outside of the expanding section. A linking member is provided with a fixed member; a sliding member capable of sliding along the band extension direction of the first band member and provided with a linking section (projecting rod) for linking with the second band member; and an urging member for urging the sliding member in the opposite direction from the band extension direction.

Abstract: A container formed from a blank sheet of material. The container includes a plurality of panels that are coupled together along substantially parallel fold lines and that include a first major panel and a second major panel. The plurality of panels form a plurality of sides of the container and define a cavity with a bottom and a top. An outer bottom flap is coupled to the first major panel and has a plurality of edges, and an inner bottom flap is coupled to the second major panel. The container also includes a plurality of flanges where each flange is coupled to one edge of the outer bottom flap. When the container is assembled, the inner bottom flap is positioned adjacent to the cavity bottom and the outer bottom flap is positioned adjacent to the inner bottom flap in a face-to-face relationship forming a bottom of the container. Each flange is folded and coupled to an outer surface of one side of the container.

Abstract: Blanks are provided for forming boxes with side supports formed from flaps extending from the front and back of the box. The side supports are on the outside of the box and are of full height, i.e., as tall as the total height of the box, or flush with the top and bottom of the box. The side supports may be double-layer supports formed by folding the flaps. Boxes having full-height side supports and processes for forming such boxes are also provided.

Abstract: In accordance with the present disclosure, novel quick draw hand gun holsters are described, together with methods for using them, that are capable, at a user's option, of activating a light accessory, such a light and/or laser sighting device, when the gun is drawn from the holster, and of deactivating it when the gun is inserted in the holster. The glove construction comprises a flexible, load-bearing, strap-like material member having a glove length and a glove width. A series of finger-receiving sleeves extend widthwise intermediate the glove length. The ends of the material member are outfitted with a first set of fasteners matable with a second set of fasteners outfitted upon the electronic device. The first and second sets of fasteners are matable and together form a fastener interface for removably attaching the glove construction to the electronic device. The glove construction and the fastener interface are supportable of the device weight, and thus enable the user to manually carry the electronic device via the glove construction by inserting a series of fingers into the finger-receiving sleeves and lifting the combination therewith.

Abstract: The present invention refers to an improved holster for handguns provided with a spent casing ejection port, adapted to prevent the accidental drop or an unauthorized extraction of the handgun, thanks to a safety device embodied in the same holster and engaging with the ejection port.

Abstract: A device and method is presented that attaches a tablet computer to a vehicle headrest. A two-piece mount has a headrest coupling and a tablet housing. The tablet housing has a rigid core attached to a flexible rim portion that secures the tablet computer within the tablet housing. The rigid core has a circular cavity in the rear. The headrest coupling mounts to headrest posts in a vehicle using hinged arms and locking clips. The headrest coupling further has a circular attachment disk that fits within the circular cavity of the tablet housing. Retractable tabs in the circumference of the attachment disk fit within tracks in the walls of the circular cavity. The tabs prevent accidental separation of the tablet housing from the headrest coupling, and allow rotation of the tablet housing when attached to the headrest coupling.

Abstract: A quick-draw, stealth of movement, cross draw holster with stealth of movement for use specifically with revolvers. A pair of adjustable jaws having segmented faces grips the revolver only in the cylinder region. This support arrangement allows a very quick withdrawal of the revolver from the holster, typically requiring movement on the order of between one and two inches before the revolver is totally clear of the holster. The cylinder clamping support arrangement easily accommodates revolvers having scopes or other similar attached accessories. The holster may be either belt worn or strap-supported for over-the-shoulder mounting and can be used by either right- or left-handed shooters.
