    Abstract: A touch display device includes a display panel, a touch panel, a trigger module and a control module. The touch panel has a sensing area equivalent to the maximum display area of the display panel. The sensing area detects a touch event occurring thereon in order to generate a touch instruction. The control module executes the touch instruction and generates a display signal to drive the display panel to display images in the current display area which is not greater than the maximum display area. When the trigger module generates a trigger signal, the control module reduces the current display area to form a blank region in at least one side of the current display area. Accordingly, the touch event occurring on the blank region generates an invalid touch instruction.

    Abstract: A signal processing method is adapted for dealing with a plurality of vector matrixes to detect the image of a predetermined range, and the vector matrix data are generated by reflecting a plurality of ultrasonic beams in the predetermined range. The signal processing method of the present invention is that summing all vector matrix data in a predetermined time interval so as to generate a total correlation matrix. In addition, obtaining a correlation matrix through the total vector matrix multiplied by a transposed total vector matrix, and obtaining a weight value according to inversion correlation matrix. Then, a weighting operation is performed for the vector matrix data in the predetermined time interval according to the weight value, so as to obtain a weighting operation result for performing an image synthesis procedure.

The LED package comprises: a transparent substrate, a transparent LED chip, a transparent adhesive for bonding the transparent LED chip, a lead frame, conductive wires, and an encapsulant. In the manufacturing method, a heating step is first performed to heat a first transparent plastic material to be a sticky member. Thereafter a connecting step is performed to connect the lead frame to the sticky member. Then a chip-bonding step is performed to bond the LED chips on the sticky member. Thereafter a wire-bonding step is performed to electrically connect the transparent LED chip to the lead frame. Then an encapsulating step is performed to encapsulate the transparent LED chips with a second transparent plastic material. Thereafter a drying step is performed to form the shapes of the sticky member and the second transparent plastic material.
