    Abstract: An unmanned aerial system includes a remote controller device and an unmanned aerial vehicle. A user input on the remote controller device indicates a flight command requested by a user. The remote controller device determines a current position and/or orientation of the remote controller device in response to the flight command from the user. The current position and/or orientation is sent to the vehicle. The vehicle responsively determines a desired orientation of the unmanned aerial vehicle as a function of the current position and/or orientation of the remote controller device and operates a lift mechanism to execute a flight operation based on the desired orientation of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the current position of the remote controller device.

The nanoporous UHMWPE film can be coated or laminated by a hydrophilic polymer to form a Janus membrane and can be made with a multilayer composite structure. The UHMWPE membrane can be used in a device for molecular distillation (MD), reverse osmosis (RO), or forward osmosis (FO).

A vehicle including a first delivery person may be dispatched with packages for delivery. At the completion of a work shift associated with the first delivery person, the vehicle may be parked at a location proximate the delivery route. The server computing device may dispatch a second delivery person to the location. Based on an indication that the second delivery person is proximate the vehicle, the server computing device may cause a user interface to surface on a computing device of the second delivery person, enabling the second delivery person to unlock the vehicle and continue delivering the packages.

A battery-grade ferric phosphate with high purity and good product quality can be obtained without the need for deep purification of raw materials.

    Abstract: Embodiments herein describe a beacon that is used to verify a location of a user and provide access to a secure location (e.g., a locked building). The beacon includes a radio frequency reader which communicates with a tag (e.g., an NFC or RFID tag) disposed on a same surface as the beacon. For example, the beacon may cover the tag on the surface (e.g., a wall next to a locked door or access point into the secure location). The reader in the beacon can periodically perform a read cycle to identify the presence of the tag to ensure the beacon has not been removed. If during one or more cycles the reader does not detect the tag, the beacon can deactivate the beacon and no longer transmit the location verification code.

The vaccine takes the replication-deficient human type 5 adenovirus that is lack of E1 and E3 in a combined mode as a vector, and HEK293 cells that integrate adenovirus E1 genes serve as a packaging cell line, and protective antigenic genes carried are optimized COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) S protein genes (Ad5-nCoV). The vaccine has good immunogenicity in both mouse and guinea pig models and can induce the body to produce a strong cellular and humoral immune responses in a short time. Research on the protective effect of hACE2 transgenic mice shows that 14 days after a single Ad5-nCoV immunization, the viral load in lung tissues can be significantly reduced. It shows that the vaccine has a good immune protection effect against COVID-19.
