    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and provides an engineered circular RNA circmiR-29b and use thereof in preparation of a medicine for treating muscle atrophy. The present disclosure provides a circular RNA circmiR-29b including an effective sequence and a random sequence, wherein 6-13 repetitions of the effective sequence are connected in series, the random sequence is inserted between the effective sequences, and the nucleotide sequence of the effective sequence is shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. The present disclosure delivers circmiR-29b to skeletal muscle by AAV8, enabling stable expression of circmiR-29b in the skeletal muscle, thereby effectively inhibiting various types of muscle atrophy. Therefore, the present disclosure also provides a gene therapy based on the AAV8 virus vector delivering the engineered circular RNA circmiR-29b to achieve the objective of treating muscle atrophy.

Illustrative embodiments of the present disclosure enable an input node to be as close to a user as possible, thereby achieving low response delays while meeting the requirements of a computational node for storage and computational resources.

The car power supply system specifically comprises a first battery, a vehicle control unit (VCU), a lithium battery management system, a solid oxide fuel cell control unit, a second battery, a first relay and a second relay. If a solid oxide fuel cell controlled by the solid oxide fuel cell control unit provided by the present application cannot stop working within a short time, the first relay restores the first battery to power the VCU and the lithium battery management system after a start switch stops power supply by the first battery, so that the solid oxide fuel cell control unit is powered by the second battery to make the cell work normally and realize power off, thereby preventing the problem that the solid oxide fuel cell cannot work due to rapid power failure of the vehicle.

The sample analysis system includes a blood cell analyzer, a smear preparation apparatus, a cell image analysis apparatus, and a controller. The controller obtains a test result of at least one sample from the blood cell analyzer. When one sample needs to be analyzed by the cell image analysis device, the controller can further control an imaging condition used by the cell image analysis device according to a value of at least one type of cells in the test result of the sample, such that the cell image analysis device can automatically selects an imaging condition matching the test result for imaging according to different test results of the sample. Therefore, a matching imaging condition is used to specifically capture and analyze cell images of a smear of the sample, thereby improving processing efficiency and accuracy.

    Abstract: A large grain quasi-single-crystal film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The metal film having the <111> preferred orientation on its surface is subjected to mechanical tensile force to make the arrangement of crystal grains more ordered. The metal film is grown into a film with large crystal grains having an average diameter of over 500 microns by annealing at a temperature below the recrystallization temperature, thereby obtaining a large grain quasi-single-crystal film having the preferred directions of three axes. The large grain quasi-single-crystal film has a <110> preferred orientation along the tensile direction and a <211> preferred orientation along the direction vertical to the tensile force, and maintains a <111> preferred orientation on its top surface. The present invention can be used to produce highly anisotropic large-area quasi-single-crystal films, and can also be applied to grow 2-dimensional materials or develop anisotropic structures.

The crystallization induction period of the target crystal form is determined by the real-time data of the high-speed microcamera, and the crystal cultivation environment is adjusted in real time. This is simple and easy to operate, high in productivity, can be applied to the conventional experimental replication.
