  • Publication number: 20200076949
Abstract: A system for processing voice responses is disclosed. The system is configured to store a correlation table identifying relationships between self-service routines, tags, and corresponding actions. The system receives a call from a user and issues a query in response to the call. The system receives an utterance from the user in response to the user and determines whether the utterance matches a pre-defined response. If there is no match, the system analyzes the utterance with a pre-defined statistical language model and identifies a service tag for the utterance. The system then associates the utterance with the service tag and a self-service routine that is associated with the call. The system identifies an action from the correlation table that correlates to the service tag and the self-service routine.

  • Patent number: 10516760
Abstract: A device can receive, from a node of a set of nodes, a dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) discovery request. The device can determine a DHCP offer based on metadata associated with the node. The device can transmit, to the node, pre-boot execution environment (PXE) instructions, which can cause the node to load a minimal operating system image and execute a node installation service. The device can receive, from the node installation service, a request for information associated with a node type. The device can provide the information associated with the node type to the node, causing the node to generate configuration data relating to the node type. The device can receive, from the node, a request for a full operating system image, which can be provided to the node and can support one or more capabilities included in the configuration data.

  • Publication number: 20180074998
Abstract: Bi-directional text contains text in both directionalities, right to-left and left-to-right. When a document includes bi-directional text a user selection of the text may visually appear continuous, but it may be logically broken. Embodiments are directed to provision of visual feedback for such a broken text selection. For example, bi-directional text may be detected within a document, where the bi-directional text includes right-to-left text and left-to-right text that meet at a boundary. In response to a selection within the document that spans the boundary such that the selection includes a portion of the right-to-left text and a portion of the left-to-right text, the selection may be determined to be logically broken. An amount of additional text to be selected within the document in order to make the selection logically continuous may be determined, and a visual indicator may be provided to identify the additional text to be selected.

  • Publication number: 20180026302
Abstract: An EB-PVD technique was used to fabricate ceramic/polymer/ceramic (LAGP/PE/LAGP) hybrid separator for rechargeable LIBs and Li batteries. The application of a ceramic electrolyte (LAGP) layer on traditional PE separator soaked in 1-M LiAsF6 liquid electrolyte combined the best attributes of traditional PE separator and solid inorganic electrolytes. The synergistic behavior of hybrid separator resulted in a high mechanical stability/flexibility, increased liquid uptake, high ion conduction, reduced cell voltage polarization, no lithium dendrite formation, and increased usable lithium content as compared to the state-of-the-art PE separator used in LIBs. The functional separator can be used to prolong life cycle and power capability of present LIBs. Thickness and density optimization of LAGP or similar electrolytes on polymer or other battery separators and their use in full Li battery (LIB, Li—S, Li—O2, Li-Ph, flow battery) cells are expected to further improve performance.

  • Patent number: 9820968
Abstract: The present invention provides the compound Ormeloxifene [3, 4-trans-2,2-dimethyl-3-phenyl-4-p-(beta-pyrrolidinoethoxy) phenyl-7-methoxy chroman] as useful in inducing differentiation in wide range of myeloid leukemias including acute promyelocytic leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia and chronic myeloid leukemia where block in differentiation is common feature. Ormeloxifene induced differentiation that is marked by increase in differentiation marker proteins like C/EBP? and surface proteins such as cd11b and granulocyte colony stimulating factor receptor (GCSFr). Differentiated cells having neutrophil like morphology were observed when treated with 1.0 uM to 7.5 uM ORM which clearly indicates that ORM can induce differentiation in myeloid leukemia cells. At higher doses (5 uM to 7.5 uM) there is early onset of myeloid differentiation (24 to 48 h) with reduced no. of cells which is likely due to apoptotic effects of ORM at higher does.
