The genetically engineered strain named ZMNP is obtained by knockouts of four endogenous plasmids of pZM32, pZM32, pZM36, pZM33, and pZM39 from strain ZM4-Cas12a. ZMNP contains a reduced genome and has a series of excellent traits, such as high transformation efficiency, enhanced tolerance to inhibitors, improved capability to use secondary mother liquor and other excellent performance. ZMNP can be used as a chassis cell to construct diverse cell factories for biochemical production using different feedstocks especially the lignocellulosic biomass.

There are several protruding teeth, and the protruding teeth are formed by an effective surface and an ineffective surface, and the ineffective surface is inclined at an acute angle relative to the first direction. The invention makes the light passing through the lens body reach the effective surface as much as possible, thereby reducing stray light and enhancing light efficiency.

    Abstract: A sugar-reduced sweetener can be a high-intensity sweetener, a bulk sweetener, or a one sugar sweetener. The dosages of the high-intensity sweetener and the bulk sweetener satisfy a condition that the sweetness of the two compounded approaches to that of the sugar sweetener. Flavor, sweetness, taste and efficacy of original sugar sweet substances, for example, common sugar varieties in life such as sucrose and brown sugar can be reserved, and the sugar-reduced sweetener can replace sucrose perfectly. During use, according to the requirements of the sugar reduction ratio, the sugar sweetening substances can be added in any proportion, which can greatly reduce the sugar content so as to achieve the purpose of lowering and reducing sugar. In a preparation method of the sugar-reduced sweetener of the present invention, an intermittent spraying method is adopted, so that the quality of a final product is stable.

The torsional impact assembly includes an upper end cover, a reversing switch, a pendulum, a lower shell, a lower end cover, a nozzle, a connecting block and a retaining ring. The high-frequency axial impact assembly converts the flowing drilling fluid into a pulsed jet to achieve a high-frequency axial impact. The torsional impact assembly enables a torsional impact through a shunt, and finally enables a high-frequency composite impact, which can effectively reduce the stick-slip of the drill string, jump drilling and other downhole accidents. By reducing the friction between the drill string and the borehole wall, the impactor can reduce WOB loss, increase the ROP, and improve the drilling efficiency.
