A Get command on an access control list (ACL) of a managed node in a device management tree (DMT) from a device management (DM) server is received, where the Get command includes a Unified Resource Identity (URI) of the managed node. It is determined whether the DM server has a direct right of executing the Get command on the managed node. The Get command is processed when it is determined that the DM server has the direct right of executing the Get command on the managed node. The method and the device simplify the complexity of right management, and reduce the number of times of message interaction between the DM server and a terminal device, thereby improving the efficiency and performance of terminal device management.

Abstract: A method for processing presence information is disclosed. Presence information includes different values of a presence element, classes corresponding to the values and presentity information. Authentication configuration information of a presentity is obtained according to the presentity information. A right rule is obtained by resolving the authentication configuration information. The right rule includes a correlation configured by the presentity between a watcher identity and a class of a group that the watcher identity pertains to. A value of the presence element is sent to a corresponding watcher according to a correlation between the class corresponding to the value in the presence information and the class derived from the right rule obtained from the authentication configuration information.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a data synchronization method, system and apparatuses thereof. The data synchronization method includes the following processes: sending, by a client, a data characteristic verification message carrying one or multiple data characteristics for data in a client database, to a server; comparing, by the server, the one or multiple data characteristics carried in the data characteristic verification message with the data characteristics for the data in a server database; determining, by the server, the data to be synchronized based on a result of the comparing and sending the client a data characteristic verification response carrying information indicating the determined data to be synchronized. The method, system and apparatus thereof provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure can reduce the amount of data to be transmitted in data synchronization, and improve the efficiency of data synchronization.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the multimedia field, and discloses a method, a device, and a system for controlling content report behavior. The method includes: receiving a request for subscribing to a configuration update notification, in which the request is sent by the terminal or the media control function, and a configuration update request that is sent by an SCF and carries the new content report configuration information, and sending a configuration update notification message to the terminal or the media control function, where the configuration update notification message carries the new content report configuration information or acquiring information thereof. The method of the present invention avoids using the message body of the SIP message to transmit the content report configuration information, is compliant and compatible with logic for processing a SIP INFO message specified in the RFC 2976.

After network selection is triggered, a network selection list stored in a Universal Integrated Circuit Card (UICC) and a network selection list stored in a Mobile Equipment (ME) are read, where the UICC is embedded in the ME and accessible to the ME. Network selection is performed according to the network selection list stored in the UICC and the network selection list stored in the ME. Also, a method for network selection through a network selection policy is added and methods for implementing a type and a data structure of a network selection policy as well as a method for network selection based on a network selection policy are provided, so that network selection can be controlled more flexibly, a terminal can locate a target network faster, and time consumed for the network selection is reduced.

Moreover, in the case that a change occurs in the value of a device capability UAP attribute of a terminal or in the attribute group label of the server side, if such a change affects an existing service, the client only needs to send the changed device capability UAP information to the server side, thereby further avoiding transmitting a large volume of UAP information and further saving the network resources.
