    Abstract: Disclosed is a reference clock gating circuit for outputting a reliable reference clock according to an external clock. The circuit includes a detection circuit and a gating component. The detection circuit includes: a first counter counting according to triggers of the external clock and thereby generating a first clock number; a second counter counting according to triggers of an accurate slow clock and thereby generating a second clock number; and a decision circuit determining whether a ratio of the first clock number to the second clock number satisfies a predetermined condition after the second clock number reaches a predetermined number, and thereby generating a gating signal to control the gating component. If the ratio satisfies the predetermined condition, the gating component receives the external clock and outputs it as the reference clock; and if the ratio doesn't satisfy the predetermined condition, the gating component doesn't output the external clock.

    Abstract: The technology of this application relates to a cell assembly and a method for preparing a cell assembly. The cell assembly includes a first subcell, a second subcell adjacent to the first subcell, and a bottom electrode. Both the first subcell and the second subcell include a P-type layer and an N-type layer, and a light-harvesting layer located between the P-type layer and the N-type layer. The P-type layer of the first subcell is connected to the N-type layer of the second subcell by using the bottom electrode. A connection manner between subcells is provided. Compared with a current manner in which P1, P2, and P3 gaps are formed between subcells through cutting to implement interconnection, geometrical optical loss brought by interconnection between the subcells can be reduced.

Each airburst projectile includes one or more spinners (140, 140a-140d); each spinner has a sleeve or a tube (146), a number of radial partition plates (148, 148a-148d) extending from the sleeve/tube and an annular rear plate (144) connected to the sleeve. Adjacent partition plates thus form a compartment (150). Disposed in each compartment is a streamer or streamers (170,170a,170b), which are formed in a coiled-up state. When the airburst projectile is deployed into a flight path of a target UAV, the spinners (140, 140a-140d) are ejected and the streamers (170,170a,170b) are dispersed in the flight path to create a streamer cloud, so that a streamer may entangle with propellers of the UAV and bring down the UAV, or as a warning or fence marking shot.
