Abstract: A method to cover the eyes of an individual while sleeping. The method includes the step of providing a floating mask unit comprising a strap sized to extend over an upper front of the individual's head, down the sides of the head over at least a portion of the ears, temporal bones and sphenoid bones, and to a nape of the individual's neck, and comprising a mask foldably, pliably attached to the strap to move between at least two operative positions, a first operative deployed position hanging loosely and freely and extending downwardly from the strap over the forehead and covering the eyes of the individual, and a second operative stored position folded upwardly and extending upwardly and rearwardly from the strap on top of the head of the individual.

Abstract: A gripping glove for supporting and protecting the hand of a weightlifter or other user performing an activity that is strenuous to the hand. The gripping glove cushions the junction of the fingers and palm without constricting flexibility or airflow to the skin. Constructed of flexible resilient material, the glove has an insert made of a resilient compressible flexible elastic substance. The insert cushions the palm of the hand without affecting finger articulation. The gripping glove may be of varying sizes to best support both male and female hands as well as juvenile and adult hands.

Abstract: A cover for a child restraining device, such as a stroller or car seat, that is also configured for use as a nursing coverup. The cover includes a top and at least two sides extending downwardly from the top. The top and sides may include netting or mesh to provide ventilation and the top preferably further includes a flap that may be opened or closed. Snaps are positioned at appropriate location to allow the cover to be securely affixed to a stroller, car seat, or around the neck of a nursing mother. When positioned over a stroller or car seat the cover shields a child from the elements and encourages sleep. When used as a nursing coverup, the cover allows the mother to see the child while maintaining privacy. The cover may also include a pouch that allows the cover to be folded therein and used as a pillow.

Abstract: The invention is an article of manufacture comprising a glove or mitten having a thumb region and a forefinger region and a character disposed across the middle finger and thumb regions. The character is placed such that the top of the character's face and mouth is across the middle finger region, and the bottom of the mouth is across the thumb region. The mouth is therefore open when the thumb region and middle finger region are not touching each other, and is closed when the thumb region and middle finger region are touching.

The base plate has a bolt entry opening and a bolt guide. The pin, or pins, are configured to interconnect the shroud to a toilet seat and optionally a toilet seat cover. The two bolts each have a threaded shaft and a head where the heads are either over-molded or configured to engage the bolt entry opening and the bolt tracks of the shroud. The two threaded nuts are configured to engage the threaded shafts of the two bolts. The apparatus provides a smoothly contoured, relatively joint-free surface for easy cleansing and maintenance of the hinge area of a toilet.

Abstract: A rocker bed assembly for infants includes upper and lower hollow frame members that join with a mid-section frame via respective hinge members. The release mechanisms enable pivoting of the frame members, and therefore, the rocker bed, between an opened, fully extended position and closed, folded position. The mid-section frame forms a slightly curved base for engaging a support surface. A flexible fabric covering is stretched tautly about the frame assembly to provide a support surface for the infant lying thereon. The taut covering, combined with the curved base, allow the bed to be rocked by the motion of the infant or by a caregiver.

Sheet is a polyester/polyamide microfiber textile sheet with long loop pile on one side and density of 300 grams per square meter. Refreshening sheet is saturated with plain water and tumbled in a rotary dryer along with dry garments for ten to twenty minutes. The refreshening is accomplished by the generated steam and the massaging action of the slightly abrasive loops.

Abstract: A method for refreshing fabric articles without the need for additional cleaning treatment. The method comprises the steps of loading fabric articles to be treated into a drum of a home appliance, contacting said fabric articles with an aqueous fabric refreshing composition containing both antimicrobial active agent and deodorizing active agent under a temperature of from about 30° C. to about 120° C. for about 1 minute to about 120 minutes.

Abstract: A cleaning system that utilizes an organic cleaning solvent and pressurized fluid solvent is disclosed. The system has no conventional evaporative hot air drying cycle. Instead, the system utilizes the solubility of the organic solvent in pressurized fluid solvent as well as the physical properties of pressurized fluid solvent. After an organic solvent cleaning cycle, the solvent is extracted from the textiles at high speed in a rotating drum in the same way conventional solvents are extracted from textiles in conventional evaporative hot air dry cleaning machines. Instead of proceeding to a conventional drying cycle, the extracted textiles are then immersed in pressurized fluid solvent to extract the residual organic solvent from the textiles. This is possible because the organic solvent is soluble in pressurized fluid solvent. After the textiles are immersed in pressurized fluid solvent, pressurized fluid solvent is pumped from the drum.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a dyeing composition comprising, in an appropriate dyeing medium, at least one pigment and at least one electrophilic cyanoacrylate monomer of formula (I) in which R is chosen from alkyl radicals and alkoxyalkyl radicals. The apparatus further includes an instrument support attached to the housing adjacent the cleaning tool. The instrument support defines a length aligned substantially parallel with the length of the cleaning tool for supporting the instrument during a cleaning process. The cleaning tool being rotatable via the drive shaft for cleaning the interior of an instrument positioned over the cleaning tool and supported by the instrument support. A strap is provided to secure the instrument to the instrument support.

In a preferred embodiment, the invention is comprised of two adjoining panels of toweling at least one of which is of the terry variety having a plurality of finger-like loops. A portion of one cloth is integrated with a porous mesh scrubbing material on one side and a non-water-permeable backing on the other. The integration of mesh and cloth produce a grid-like duel-textured surface that provides simultaneous abrading and polishing functionality. To further enhance cleaning ability, means for delivering water to the mesh/cloth layer is disposed between the cloth/mesh layer and backing material.

Abstract: A toothbrush with a bristled head and a handle that includes a pivotable stand. The stand is movable between a collapsed position where an interior surface of the stand is proximate an outer wall of the handle, and an extended position where the stand extends outwardly away from the outer wall and at an angle thereto. This movement is effected by contacting a small flange or a lever on the stand that extends slightly outwardly from the handle. Preferably, the stand is U-shaped and is configured to be received in a complementary cavity in the front wall of the handle. When in the extended position, the legs of the stand together with the end of the handle may be placed in contact with a horizontal surface thereby causing the brush to be oriented in a head-down position with the bristles retained a distance above the surface so that they can drip-dry.

Abstract: An exemplary polishing brush includes a mounting member, a plurality of polishing bristles and a latching member. The mounting member defines a plurality of through holes. Each of the polishing bristles is partially inserted into one of the plurality of through holes respectively. The latching member connects with all of the polishing bristles at a side of the through holes of the mounting member, and fixed in the mounting member. When the latching member is disconnected from the mounting member, the polishing bristles are detached from the mounting member.

A soft covering material on the first foam section, and a rough covering on the second foam section provide the bather with a choice of scrubbing surfaces.

In one arrangement, an absorbent applicator substantially surrounds a longitudinal portion of the handle or handrail, a disinfectant is in the absorbent applicator, and a gripper holds the absorbent applicator in contact with the handle or handrail. The gripper is capable of sliding longitudinally with respect to the handle or handrail, thereby distributing the disinfectant onto the handle or handrail.
