Abstract: A trolley for moving heavy objects such as wire coils from a machine to a container at a packaging table is provided. The trolley includes spring-loaded spaced arms movably mounted for vertical height adjustment so that the arms are just below the coil when it is on the machine and rotational movement to separate the spaced arms with the spaced arms retaining the heavy object during movement of the trolley apparatus, and locking arms engaging the spaced arms during movement of the trolley apparatus to prevent separation thereof. The spring-loaded arms permit the heavy object to be manually pushed downward therebetween, thereby forcing the arms apart enabling the object to fall from the trolley into a container on a packaging table. The table includes a platform for supporting the container, a motor for raising/lowering the platform, and a mechanism for retaining the container and aiding its alignment with the coil.

Abstract: A height adjustable platform and method include a ratchet platform having a platform upper assembly with a platform and a ratchet. The ratchet includes a platform riser tube and a ratchet rail secured to the platform riser tube. The ratchet platform also includes a platform lower assembly having a support column and a platform base. The support column is secured to the platform base. An end of the ratchet is proximate the platform and an opposing end of the ratchet is disposed within an interior of the support column. The platform upper assembly actuator includes a pedal sub assembly and an upper linkage. The upper linkage is attached to the pedal sub assembly. Actuation of the pedal sub assembly actuates the upper linkage. Actuation of the upper linkage actuates the ratchet to adjust the height of the ratchet platform. The ratchet platform also includes an energy attenuation system.

Abstract: A height-adjustable table includes a table board, a first foot, a second foot, an air pressure bar and an assistant device. The first foot crossly and pivotally connects with the second foot, wherein one end of the first foot pivotally connects with a first fastener on the bottom side of the table board, and one end of the second foot pivotally connects with a pivot joint. The assistant device is fixed between the first fastener and a second fastener, wherein one end of the air pressure bar is fixed on the second fastener while the other end fixed on the assistant device. Therefore, when the air pressure bar is operated, smooth sliding of the air pressure bar is provided, whereby the structural strength of the table is reinforced.

Abstract: A packaging system and method forms a bundled group of articles in an oriented arrangement, by applying a wrapping material to the articles via the bottoms of the articles while the oriented arrangement of articles is inverted and retained by a pallet. The wrapping material may be a sleeve of shrinkable material applied to the inverted end of the articles and shrunk to conform to the articles and form a base enclosing the bottoms of the articles. The articles are retained by the pallet in the oriented arrangement during the inverting, sleeving and bundling of the group of articles, to provide a bundled group including the articles securely contained by the shrunk wrapping in the oriented arrangement. The bundled group may include more than one type of article. The pallet may be configured to retain a top portion of the article, which may have an irregular or asymmetrical shape.

Abstract: A panel television support and mounting kit allows the consumer to employ any of the three modes of support, namely stand mount, elevated console mount and wall mount. The elevated console mount incorporates a vertical spine to elevate the panel television above the console and an offset arm to support the television over an upper shelf of the console. A mounting structure is provided that can be attached to the spine or to a wall. Pivoting and tilting is accommodated by the mounting structure.

The top section has an upward facing, load bearing surface that is bonded with a substantially smooth polymer layer. The top section is bonded with a polymer to form a smooth surface suitable for curing concrete.

The upper deck and the skids are manufactured as separate parts which in an assembled state are tightened together by tightening pins. A vertical splash guard is placed between the pump table space and the sink table space to reduce splash from the sink onto the counter. The system includes a sink with countertop hole to accommodate a hands-free faucet with or without water temperature control levers, but has no other holes or seams that will permit microbial growth. The lactation accommodation comes in two sizes, one non-handicap accommodation with shorter length countertop spaces, and a second handicap accessible accommodation with longer countertop space and is wheelchair accessible. The apparatus includes a chair attached to the table or floor so that it cannot be removed from the installation.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a lightweight and versatile pallet and its manufacturing and assembling method. It consists of the design of a repairable, recyclable, and reusable pallet with a modular structure, configurable load capacity, and with non-slip rubber surfaces to prevent sliding of the cargo on the pallet and of the pallet on the ground, shelf, and forklift or other pallet handling equipment. This pallet is to be used in numerous commercial and industrial applications. An embodiment of the platform members used to form the bottom and top surfaces of the pallet can be used to construct other flat platforms such as walls, floors, and molds for pouring concrete structures.

Abstract: A rectangular pallet that is symmetrical about its two major axes. The pallet comprises a first plastics shell and a second plastics shell. The first plastics shell is formed with a flat rim, nine or more ground engaging feet subtending below the level of the rim, the feet being arranged in respective parallel spaced apart beams extending from front to back. The first plastics shell also has plural channels running from side to side intersecting the beams running from front to back to define the feet. The second plastics shell is essentially flat and formed with a flat rim. An internal network of partitions extends between the first and second plastics shells. The rims of the first and second plastics shells are sealed to each other to form a clam and to enclose the network of partitions within the clam. In other aspects, the invention concerns a method and a system for forming the pallet.

Abstract: A combined tool carrier and work table comprised gull-wing covers. The gull-wing covers are dimensioned such that when the tool carrier is closed and the gull-wing covers are down, the height of the tool carrier is low enough so that it will fit underneath a tool bench with a waist high surface. When the tool carrier is moved to a remote job site and the gull-wing covers are opened, their sides become work surfaces elevated to about waist high, similar to the work bench. The gull-wing covers can then be locked into place to provide a secure work table.
