Abstract: An animal bed for supporting an animal includes a body having a bottom member and a bolster forming an outer wall of the body. The outer wall is positioned about a perimeter of the bottom member and extends outwardly therefrom to define a recessed area for accommodating the animal. A plurality of straps is coupled to and extending at least partially across the bottom member opposite the recessed area. Each of the plurality of straps includes a degree of elasticity configured to hold a rigid member in contact with the bottom member.

Abstract: A go-bag is disclosed. The bag is designed to contain valuables and important documents, and protect these contents during an emergency evacuation situation. The bag can waterproof and float in water. The bag can also be made of a flame resistant material. The bag can include a self-orienting feature where the bag can float in water and automatically rotate to achieve the proper orientation so that the integrated solar panel is facing upwards towards the sun.

The portable office-in-a-box comprises a substantially rectangular shaped box comprising a base, a lid configured to engage with the base to define the rectangular shaped box, multiple panels, one or more enclosures, multiple mounting fixtures, office equipment and office supplies. Abstract: The present specification discloses a combined drape and carrying bag unit used in medical and surgical settings with an indicator attached to a drawstring of the unit. Conversion of the unit from a drape or mat configuration involves pulling on exposed drawstring sections and results in deployment of the identifying indicator. The indicator includes preprinted information, a barcode for scanning, and/or space for the inscription of information by medical personnel. The inclusion of an integrated indicator with the combined drape and carrying bag unit informs medical personnel of the contents of the unit when in the bag configuration and obviates the need for opening the bag and discovering its contents, thereby reducing exposure of medical personnel to biohazard waste.

Abstract: A cover system for protecting boats, vessels, and other various shaped vehicles and objects is disclosed. A plurality of separate and distinct inflatable bladders supports a cover whereby a dome-like shape is produced. The resulting shape of the cover resists pooling of water and snow thereby reducing or even eliminating water damage to the underlying structure. Furthermore, since each bladder is separate and distinct, the plurality of bladders creates a support structure that conforms to objects of various shapes and sizes.

Abstract: A method of using a convertible includes providing a convertible bag that includes a changing surface including a first tray panel and a second tray panel; first and second panel side walls extending perpendicular from the first and second tray panels, respectively; a shoulder strap including a first strap end and a second strap end, wherein each of the first and second strap ends is removably attached to the bag; and a plurality of connection points for removably attaching the first and second strap ends to the bag. The convertible bag moves between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, the first panel and the second panel are parallel. In the open position, the first and second tray panels are within a plane.

Abstract: A water-proof fabric has a perimeter consisting essentially of a straight section and a remaining section. The perimeter of the remaining section is circumscribed by first and second zipper tapes arranged in series. The perimeter of the straight section is circumscribed by third and fourth and fifth zipper tapes in series. The fourth zipper tape is located centered around a center of the straight side. The second zipper tape extends along the remaining side to an end of the remaining side. The fifth zipper tape extends along the straight side to the end of the straight side in an orientation to mesh at the corner with the second zipper tape. The fourth zipper tape mates with itself to form a cape. When the first zipper tape mates with itself and the second zipper tape mates with the fifth zipper tape a bivy tent is formed.

Abstract: A luggage system with a wardrobe element which extends from the luggage portion and supports a crossbar for hanging clothing or costumes. An arm extends away from the crossbar for supporting a privacy curtain. The wardrobe element is secured within the sides of the luggage, and the opening of the luggage can be opened and closed without needing to store the wardrobe element. In a preferred embodiment, the wardrobe element includes two pairs of structural legs extending out of respective pockets within the luggage, the legs terminating at the crossbar.

Abstract: The disclosed invention is a bag with a computer display panel attached to it. The display panel remains attached to the bag by a retainer while it pivots near the top front corner of the bag so that the operator/wearer of the bag can view the display. To move from an operating to storage position, the display panel pivots upward into a vertical position and slides downward into a pocket-like holder on the bag front. The retainer attaches to the bag inside the holder. For maintaining an angular position of the display panel relative to the bag front when in operation, the display panel includes a prop extending to the holder front. The prop presses against the holder front while the display panel is supported by the retainer. A computing unit panel, electrically connected to the display panel, may be attached to the inside front of the bag.

Abstract: A convertible device that converts between an activity mat and a storage container to capture and store numerous articles. Upon reclosing the activity mat, the articles are recaptured into the storage container. The device includes walls and a base, webbing connected between each adjacent wall pair, and a joint connected between the base and walls so that they are foldable into a third configuration wherein the footprint of the folded device is roughly the size of the base. In the third configuration, the walls are stacked relative to the base. The convertible device may further include two zippers for releasably holding the walls in a rigid and upright position in the first configuration. The webbing can be inwardly biased such that when the walls are urged from the second to the first configuration, the webbing folds toward the interior of the convertible device.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally pertains to articles of luggage that are integrated with child seats so that children may sit on the luggage articles during transport. In one exemplary embodiment, an article of luggage, such as a suitcase, has a retractable seat and a plurality of wheels. The retractable seat resides within a cavity in the luggage article when positioned in a retracted position. A user can pull the retractable seat from the cavity to position a seat back in an extended position. While in the extended position, a child can sit on the article of luggage and lean back against a back of the seat. The back of the seat or other component of the article of luggage can be pulled or pushed such that at least one wheel of the article of luggage rolls on a surface in order to move the article from one location to another.

Abstract: A demonstration case having an eccentric tilt panel display assembly is provided for safely securing, transporting, and demonstrating industrial products or equipment. The demonstration case may reduce damage to display products that may occur from dropping the demonstration case or from joggling of display products during transport. The demonstration case may also help stably maintain the display product in a display or demonstration mode.

Abstract: A configurable briefcase desktop having two generally planar support columns, each support column having a fixed length section and an extendable section. The extendable section of each support column is comprised of a scissors linkage and an elongated foot member. The elongated foot member provides improved load distribution across the surface supporting the invention. Embodiments typically include a fold lock mechanism to releasably lock each support column in its folded configuration. Other embodiments have a support stiffening mechanism adapted to yieldably resist movement of its respective support member from its support configuration. Further embodiments comprise at least one load sensor system to provide a warning signal when the extendable section of a support column is in extended configuration and subjected to a compression force in excess of a predetermined amount. In some embodiments the fold lock mechanism and support stiffening mechanism of a particular support column may be mechanically ganged.

Handles are coupled to the top end of the side frame elements. Two leg elements are pivotably connected to the side frame elements at pivot connections. The leg elements are free to rotate about the pivot connections between a closed configuration and an open configuration. Linkages lock the leg elements into their open configuration. Rearward wheels are coupled to each of the leg elements proximate its free end. A luggage bag is attached between the side frame elements. A confined area exists behind the luggage bag. The confined area is defined by the luggage bag in front and the leg elements on either side. A person needing the assistance of a walker stands and walks in the confined area while grasping the handles.

Padding areas exist around the internal pocket between the internal pocket and the bag structure. The padding areas are at least partially filled with padding material. The ends of a handle structure are attached to the bag structure. A fabric panel extends from the handle structure to the bag structure. The object is stored in the internal pocket. When needed, the object is removed. The bag structure is laid on one side so that the fabric panel lay flat on a surface. In this orientation, the handle structure and the bag structure combine to create a holding trough. The object is placed within the holding trough, wherein the object leans against the bag structure in an inclined orientation.

Abstract: A portable wardrobe storage and changing device for transporting uniforms and costumes to a performance site and then convert into a private changing station. The device includes a rigid internal frame with a lower frame and a perpendicularly aligned upward extending frame member. Attached to the lower frame are two wheels. Extending around the frame is a four-sided elongated bag with an adjustable upper lid. The elongated bag also includes a first vertical slide connector and a second horizontal slide connector that allows the bag to selectively opened or closed around the internal frame. Disposed between the lid and the elongated bag is a third slide connector that allows three edges of the lid to be selectively detached from the bag. When the three slide connectors are detached, the lid may be lifted and the two side panels and the two front panel sections maybe opened and extended to form a changing station.

Abstract: A folding sport luggage including a main luggage case and wheels equipped at the bottom of the case. The main luggage case includes a front portion and a rear portion. The rear portion of the main luggage case has a frame composed of side, back, and bottom panels and coated with a coating. The front portion of the main luggage case has a soft bag case extending from the frame of the main luggage case. The bottom panel can be folded and includes a folding front portion supporting the bottom of the soft bag case and a rear portion supporting the bosom of the frame of the main luggage case. With no items inside, the front portion of the luggage can be folded inwards to greatly reduce the space occupied by the sport luggage. Thus it is convenient to place and transport, with low cost.
