Abstract: A cooking device that allows you to BBQ and smoke different foods on a grill is disclosed. The present invention allows for use with or without a rotisserie. It has a locking lid on one end which doubles as a locking mechanism with a handle. Each end has holes to allow for most rotisseries on the market. The holes at both ends of the can are offset. This creates a tumbling effect that helps stir the ingredients when turned.

Abstract: A container that may be used for retaining and dispensing matter is provided. The container includes a closure. The closure includes a top portion having an outer edge, a skirt downwardly depending from the outer edge and having an inside surface and a lower edge, and a plurality of spaced apart projections supported at the inside surface of the skirt. The projections are dimensioned such that a height of the projections in a vertical direction is greater than a width of the projection in a horizontal direction. The projections are configured to releasably engage an open end of the container for securing the closure to the container.

Abstract: A snow collector device for the collection and disposal of snow before the snow collects on a driveway, sidewalk, or parking lot, including a storage container having concave first and second walls to prevent the snow compaction against the storage container and having an internal cavity accessed through an open top end for receiving snow therein; an access door disposed on a front wall, an a strap pivotally attached to the front and rear walls; and magnets on the rear wall to secure the storage container to a vehicle exterior. A flag having an elongated post is vertically disposed on the top end perimeter at each corner thereof for high visibility. A large version is mounted to a pallet configured for lifting by a forklift to dispose of snow collected in the storage container.

Abstract: A device for holding a lid to a pot to permit the pouring of liquid from the pot while retaining a food product within the pot, including a pair of spaced apart hook members attached to opposed top edges of the pot and positioned off-set from a centerline of the pot. The hook members each include a horizontal top flange turned inwardly toward the pot, whereby when the pot is moved to a pouring position, the liquid forces the lid to separate from the pot and the top flanges of the hook members to engage the lid to maintain a predetermined pouring gap between the lid and the pot and also to prevent the lid from sliding forward off the pot due to their off-set positioning from the pot centerline.

Abstract: The present invention is a square-shaped product container having a bail pivotally attached to an upper portion of opposite corners of the container. A mating lid for the container is formed which mates with a top portion of the container and has a tab which extends outward and downward from a sealing lip on the lid. The tab on the lid and the bail on the container work in conjunction when a user pulls downward on the bail and upward on the tab to easily pull the tab corner of the lid upward away from the container. Then, the remaining portion of the lid sealed to the container easily follows with forces upward on the lid and downward on the bail.

Abstract: A bail grip for a pivotal bail of a bucket in which the bail has a pair of bail legs and a central hook with an inverted shape. The bail grip comprises an arcuate body that is installed onto the upper ends of the bail legs with the arc of the bail grip body conforming to a common curve or arc of the upper ends of the bail legs. When in place, the bail grip body does not completely close off a recess formed by the hook. Instead, a rear side of the bail grip body has a notch adjacent the recess such that a locking pin used on a wall bracket from which the bucket is hung is still able to pass downwardly through the recess and along the notch formed in the rear side of the bail grip body.

Abstract: An apparatus for attachment to a bucket for holding a liquid is attached to a bucket with an upper rim. A bail is pivotally attached to the bucket as in a conventional arrangement, the bail having an upper position and a lower position. The apparatus has a housing with a pump operatively attached thereto, the pump having an inlet in liquid communication with the bucket and an outlet for facilitating the pumping of liquid from the bucket, preferably through a spray wand with a nozzle at the outlet thereof. A member is pivotally attached to the housing at one end thereof and has a notch in another portion thereof. This member has at least a first pivotal position and a second pivotal position. When housing is on the rim, the bail is in the upper position thereof and the member is in the first pivotal position thereof so that a portion of the bail is in the notch for thereby holding the housing to the upper rim of the bucket.

The neck defines a wide mouth opening and includes threads for receiving mating threads on the lid. The body also has an integral handle for lifting the container and the container neck supports a bail-type handle also for lifting said container. The container handle and bail-type handles do not extend beyond the container sidewall. The container and lid assembly having an effective packing footprint and an effective packing volume which substantially conforms to the effective packing footprint and the effective packing volume of a conventional metal paint can.

The ends of the bail attach to bosses (22a, 22b) integrally molded therewith into the container sidewall. The spacing of the bosses is less than 180° in one direction about the circumference of the container, so the container, when lifted by the bail, does not hang vertically. A base section (14b) of the bail has a substantially uniform thickness throughout the length of the bail.

Abstract: A molded plastic container having an open top and bail receivers molded integrally into the side wall at opposite positions. The receivers are shaped and sized to act as lifting handles as well as to receive the ends of a wire bail. Flexible finger guards are molded into the interior volumes of the receivers to prevent contact between the fingers and the bail wire.

A pail lid and a protection cover are provided to cover the top opening of the pail.

The skirt and pail have co-operating upper and lower pairs of retaining lips shaped to snap over each other by downward movement of the cover portion onto the pail to hold the cover portion on the pail. The skirt is sufficiently stiff to allow both snap actions to be effected simultaneously be pressure downwardly from the cover.

The side walls project upwardly from the bottom wall and form an opening having circumscribing edges. The removable lid fits in the circumscribing edges for closing the bucket. The non-pivoting U-shaped handle has opposite side legs slidably mounted onto the side walls. The U-shaped handle also has stopping means for limiting sliding of the handle between a first position where the U-shaped handle bears against the lid when the same is fitted in the circumscribing edges and a second position where the U-shaped handle extends away from the lid and thus makes it possible to remove the lid from the circumscribing edges. Thus, the U-shaped handle, both in first and second positions, divides the opening into two smaller openings which are smaller than a child's head, thus children cannot put the bucket over their head.

Abstract: A plastic container lid is adapted for openable attachment to a container. The lid comprises a main lid member having a peripheral, annular outer first wall. The lid also comprises an outer ring member carried on the annular outer wall of the main lid member in sealed but separable relation. The outer ring defines second and third spaced walls to form an annular space which receives the annular lip of a container in locking relation therewith. The main lid member is removable from and reattachable to the outer ring member by the user while carried on the annular container lip. Thus, the outer ring member effectively becomes part of the container, being attached by a permanent snap-fit connection, to improve the hoop strength of the container along with other advantages as described herein.

A wide pouring channel (9) is provided located so that any paint left on the channel (9) after pouring drains back into the container (1) as the container (1) is subsequently held by the handle (5) in readiness for painting.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for steadily holding a container in one hand are disclosed. The container has a bottom, side and a swing handle. The apparatus of the invention includes a loop attached to the swing handle for receiving a person's thumb. The loop is sized and configured to enable the container to be steadily held when a thumb is received in the loop with the fingers of the same hand located against the bottom of the container. The method of the present invention includes providing such a container having a swing handle with a loop as described above for receiving a person's thumb. The method further includes engaging the loop with a thumb of one hand and engaging the bottom of the container with the fingers of the same hand so that the thumb and fingers cooperate to enable the person to steadily hold the container in one hand.

A bail (24) has one end pivotally attached to the side walls (12, 13) and the other end carries a handle (28). Spouts (18, 19) are formed at the top of each end wall (14, 15). An assembly (33, 37) is provided to hold the bail (24) in a generally horizontal position adjacent to the rim (21). When the bail is not being so held and is pivoted such that its handle (28) is adjacent to an end wall (15), its pivot length is such that when the bucket (10) is stacked with like buckets (10A, 10B, 10C, 10D, 10E), the handles (28) of the lowermost three buckets (10, 10A, 10 B) are underneath a spout (19) of the lowermost bucket (10) and the handles of the fourth and higher buckets (10C, 10D, 10E) rest in the spout of the third bucket therebelow.
