The nozzle body includes a back plate, a front plate, and a mixing zone defined therebetween. The back plate includes at least one inlet defined therein and the front plate includes at least one discharge defined therein. The plurality of swirler vanes are positioned between the back plate and the front plate and spaced circumferentially about the mixing zone. Each of the plurality of swirler vanes direct air obliquely into the mixing zone. The at least one outlet is defined within at least one of the nozzle body and the plurality of swirler vanes, the at least one outlet configured to inject fuel into said mixing zone.

    Abstract: An injection nozzle (10), especially for injecting liquid fuel, preferably crude oil, into the combustion chamber of a gas turbine, includes an inner chamber (16) which extends along a nozzle axis (19), conically tapers to a concentric nozzle orifice (17), and to which the medium which is to be injected is fed from outside through a plurality of inlet ports (18) which are arranged in a distributed manner around the nozzle axis (19). The inlet ports (18) are oriented perpendicularly to the nozzle axis (19) and each lead tangentially into the inner chamber (16). With such an injection nozzle, an improved spray cone is achieved by the fact that a pin (14), which extends in the axial direction, is concentrically arranged in the inner chamber (16) and passes through the region of the mouths of the inlet ports (18) and extends right into the nozzle orifice (17).

    Abstract: The invention includes a triangular or trapezoidal attachment nozzle for a straw extender tube used with aerosol foaming canned products. The invention also includes a foam distribution assembly system comprising the nozzle, an aerosol can, and a straw extender tube and a method for distributing foam product using such system. When the extender tube is correctly inserted, and the aerosol can is discharged, the foam from the can travels from the aerosol can through the extender tube, and then into the triangular or trapezoidal nozzle. The foam then fills an interior expansion space in the nozzle that gradually widens, and exits the nozzle at its widest point. As it exits the nozzle, rather than being a cylindrical shape, the foam exits in a rectangular sheet shape, which is more fitting for applications such as applying insulation.

The elastic collet can clamp the blow pipe and won't damage the blow pipe.
