Abstract: An automotive vehicle seat cover (10) includes two forms (12,14) interconnected with a flexible member (16) which is water and moisture impermeable as well as non-tearable. Optionally, the forms are bent so as to provide concave surfaces facing the underlying seat (34) and backrest (36) for stability and slippage retardation. A still further option, are the provision of tabs (40,42) for receipt within a space between the seat and backrest fixedly positioning the seat cover (10) in place.
Abstract: There is provided a seat cover for accommodating a child safety chair upon a seat. The seat cover comprises a lower protective member which is disposable upon a seating portion of the seat. This lower member can accommodate the child safety chair when positioned in a rearward-facing direction to prevent it from permanently compressing the seating portion. The seat cover further comprises an upper protective member that is disposable against a seat-back portion of the seat. This upper member is selectively attachable with and detachable from the lower member. By doing so, the upper member can further prevent the chair from permanently compressing the seat-back portion when it is repositioned in a forward-facing direction and placed in contact therewith.
Abstract: The invention provides a cover for a shopping cart having a horizontal bar (e.g. handle) and a child's seat, wherein the horizontal bar is adjacent and offset by a space from restraint railing of the child's seat. The cushion is enclosed in the outer covering and the skirt has a tightening means so that a user can adjust the tightening means in order to securely apply the cushion of the invention to armrests of various shapes and sizes.
Abstract: A process for producing a multi-layered article having a soft, leather-like feel comprising first introducing into a suitable mold a first liquid formulation designed to produce the top elastomeric layer on the finished article. A release agent is then applied on the elastomeric layer in the area where it is desired not to have adherence of the elastomer to the foam. Before the elastomeric layer is completely cured, a second liquid foam producing formulation, designed to produce a soft foam, is poured into the open mold. The elastomeric layer of the resulting article is integrally attached to the foam in the areas not containing the release agent.

Abstract: This invention is an inflatable or non-inflatable travel pillow that fits under the knees or lower thighs of the user, between those body areas and the cushion of a seat. The pillow elevates the user's lower thighs sufficiently to position the user's body back into the seat comfortably, and prevent the user from sliding down in the seat. A main body of the pillow has two thigh cradles located on its top surface. The thigh cradles are generally semicircular in shape, form depressions in the top surface of the main body, and are separated by a center rib formed by the proximate sides of the thigh cradles. In the inflatable embodiment, an air fill valve is located on the outer surface of the main body.
