Abstract: The present invention provides a sound generator. The sound generator of the present disclosure is characterized in that the front cover hollows to form the glue slot which is around and communicated with the positioning holes. After being filled into the glue slot, the glue flows into the gap between the melting point posts and the positioning holes for filling. Therefore the horizontal sway of the front cover is reduced and even avoided, and then the front cover is fixed stably. At the same time, with the gap, the glue can flow to the position between the frame and the front cover, which increases the fixing strength and stability between the front cover and the frame with the melting points as well as the tensile property of the front cover, and therefore the acoustic stability of the sound generator is further optimized.

Abstract: A protective assembly method using a transparent layer within the fiber interconnect system aids in optical coupling by preventing an air gap from forming between the fiber cores within a connector. A fiber protection device made of a thin transparent film, which includes an adhesive layer, is applied over the fiber end-faces at the connector interface, the film having characteristics which allows it to conform to the fiber end and minimize coupling loss between fibers. According to one aspect, the film is part of a cartridge that provides structural support for the film to facilitate application of the fiber protection device. The film may be divided by perforate patterns that define one or more fiber protection devices formed by the film. The assembly method can include usage of an applicator base plate upon which the cartridge is mounted. According to another aspect, the film may be part of a single-use disposable pod for application of a single fiber protection device.

Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a stretchable conductor that can be used to form a film having good repeated stretching durability, a garment-type election device that has a wire using the stretchable conductor, and a method for producing the same. Conductive particles, preferably silver particles, a predetermined quantity of a specific barium sulfate, and a flexible resin component are mixed together to obtain a stretchable conductor composition. A sheet made from the stretchable conductor composition thus obtained has a low initial conductivity, and a high conductivity retention rate when repeatedly stretched. By cutting the stretchable conductor composition into a predetermined shape and affixing the composition to fabric or the like that constitutes a garment, it is possible to achieve a garment-type device having electrical wiring with high stretchability.

Abstract: A label is constructed from a roll-fed label web. The label web includes a base ply that is selectively joined to a top ply by way of a bonding agent in selected locations between the plies. Cuts are provided through the top ply and the base ply where the bonding agent resides between the plies and in separate locations laterally along the plies such that a cut through the top ply does not align with a cut in the base ply. Sequential cuts are then provided at point of application, together through both the top ply and the base ply and the bonding agent. The sequential cuts are located where the bonding agent resides between the plies and in separate locations laterally along the plies such that the sequential cuts do not align with cuts in the top ply or with cuts in the base ply. Portions of the top ply and portions of the base ply are each defined by respective cuts in the top ply and base ply, and remain adhered to an overall structure of the roll-fed label web.
