Abstract: An infant care accessory comprising a combination diaper bag and changing mat. The accessory comprises a body having a two side panels and a center panel. When the side panels are upright, the body forms a diaper bag. When the side panels are opened flat with the center panel, the body forms a diaper changing mat. The inside surface of the body is made of fluid impermeable material, and a fluid barrier is positioned along the center panel. The fluid barrier may be a strip of absorbent material. When a baby is placed lengthwise on the opened out body with the center panel positioned at about the baby's waist, urine and other body fluids will be blocked or absorbed by the fluid barrier and will not travel up under the baby's back and head. A removable accessory pouch may be included for carrying diapers, lotion, powder, and other changing essentials.

Abstract: A baby changing pad configured to store accessories for changing a diaper of an infant or child. The changing pad includes a main body with a plurality of horizontal and vertical seams upon which the changing pad can be folded. A waterproof reloadable wipe dispenser is attached to or integrated into the changing pad. A pouch is attached to or integrated into the changing pad and is configured to store diapers. Magnets and a wrist strap are attached to the changing pad. The changing pad can be folded along the plurality of horizontal and vertical seams into a closed position, which is held in place with the magnets. A user can carry the changing pad by using an integrated wrist strap.

A neck, spine and spinal cord support device of a semi-rigid material is removably insertable in the pocket of the fabric body by the pocket so as to maintain the support device in a substantially fixed position within the fabric body. The support device supports the head, neck, spine and spinal cord of a newborn baby or infant when the infant is on the fabric body to inhibit injury to the infant's head, neck, spine and spinal cord. The fabric body can be a swaddle blanket and/or sleeve.

Abstract: A changing carrier for a playard includes a frame used to be attached detachably to the top of the playard, and a fabric body wrapping around the frame to confine a receiving space within the frame. The frame includes a pair of brackets, each of which is adapted to be connected slidably and detachably to a respective one of two upper side rails of the playard. The frame is movable relative to the playard between a detached position, where each bracket is not connected to the respective upper side rails, and a stop position, where each bracket connects to the respective upper side rail and where the frame abuts against an upper end rail of the playard interconnecting the upper side rails.

The bed may include a fixed bed board, a movable bed board, a movable seat, a movable support, a securing strap, and a main frame. The bed may be fixedly connected to the top of the main frame, the movable bed board may be rotationally connected to the top of the main frame, and the movable seat may be rotationally connected to the top of the main frame. The securing strap may be disposed on the movable bed board, in which one end of the movable support may be removably connected to the movable bed board, and another end may be removably connected to the main frame. The transformable bed may function both as an anesthesia bed and a handcart, and may be quickly switched therebetween.

The infant changing board is shaped so as to fit within most infant carriers and can transition from an upright position to an infant changing configuration. In the upright configuration, the apparatus is stored mainly behind the back of the infant, between him or her and the back support of the infant carrier. In the infant changing configuration, the apparatus is pulled forward and out to rest in an approximately horizontal position, yet securely braced within the carrier. The restraint device includes a strap extending through a base at a midsection thereof to prevent the object from rolling in a lateral direction. The device can also include a harness located within a pad of the base to firmly hold the strap in place. The harness can have a stiffness greater than the pad to provide the rigidity necessary to hold the strap in place, while having a hardness less than the support to provide comfort to the object restrained on the device. A cover can surround the base and can include sleeves to enclose a strap and protect the base from outside material such as excrement from a child.

The device allows the patient to be expeditiously re-positioned from prone to supine and lateral positions and vice versa before, during and after surgery.
