  • Patent number: 7767939
Abstract: A heater element for formed components is disclosed, along with the final formed component itself. The heater element is produced by photochemically etching a suitable heater track pattern from porous metallised fabric such a nickel coated woven polyester. The heater element is located within a mould. Thermo-formable material is then applied to the mould and the final component is shaped according to the shape of the mould. The final component has a heater element located within it. The component may have microencapsulated agents for initiation by operation of the heater element. Furthermore, the final component may have one or more digital images printed onto the surface for the purposes of decoration or personalisation.

  • Patent number: 7762438
Abstract: A closure body has a closure deck with a dispensing orifice. A lower peripheral skirt depends from the closure deck and is configured to be mounted on a container. A closure cap has an upper wall and a wall flange which depends from the upper wall. A hinge structure joins the wall flange to the lower peripheral skirt. A latch recess is defined within the lower peripheral skirt. A latch protrusion is located on the wall flange of the cap and positioned respectively positioned above the latch recess when closure cap is in a closed position. The latch protrusion and the latch recess define interfitting mating formations which engage to secure the cap to the closure body when the closure cap is in an open position.

  • Patent number: 7759272
Abstract: Provided is a preparation method of a catalyst for ethylene (co)polymerization, comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a magnesium compound solution by contact-reacting a halogenated magnesium compound with a mixed solvent of cyclic ether and at least one alcohol; (2) reacting the resulted magnesium compound solution from the above step (1) with a silicon compound having at least one alkoxy group; (3) preparing a support by adding a titanium compound to the resulted product from the step (2); and (4) reacting thus obtained support with a titanium compound and optionally a monoester compound, resulting in a catalyst. Catalysts prepared according to the present invention have a regulated particle shape, and their particle size can be easily adjusted. Therefore, with such catalyst, it is possible to produce polymers having high bulk density at high production yield.
