  • Patent number: 7537623
Abstract: The invention concerns a method for producing a gas rich in hydrogen by thermal pyrolysis of hydrocarbons which consists in carrying out, in a reactor (R) a catalyst-free thermal cracking to pyrolyze a fuel selected so as to produce either a gas rich in hydrogen and free of carbon monoxide, or a gas rich in hydrogen and containing carbon monoxide and in using said gas effluents during pyrolysis and inert with respect to the cell as fuel at the burner (B) to heat the reactor so as to bring it to a reaction temperature, and which consists, subsequently, in burning the powder carbon produced in the reactor (R) during the pyrolysis reaction either to produce carbon monoxide or to produce carbon dioxide. The invention is useful in particular for supplying hydrogen to fuel cells and for producing synthesis gas.

  • Patent number: 7537468
Abstract: An electric socket includes a base provided with two electrodes and conduction members beside the electrodes. Each of the conduction members is connected to a power source and keeps a predetermined distance away from the electrodes. An upper casing has two apertures corresponding to the electrodes respectively. A power control unit includes a control block beside the conduction members and a control shaft having an end connected to the control block and an opposite end extended out of the upper casing. Two shutter members are pivoted on the base to shut the aperture. When a plug is inserted into the electric socket of the present invention, prongs of the slug will move away the shutter first, and then press the control shaft to make the control block bending the conduction members toward the electrodes that makes the conduction members contacting the electrodes respectively.

  • Patent number: 7533926
Abstract: A roller arm unit of the present invention has three or more pulleys by odd pieces. A door-opening cable and a door-closing cable extending from a power unit have tip ends fixed to a first and second end portions of a guide rail by way of the pulleys. The door-opening cable and the door-closing cable are intersected with each other between two neighboring pulleys. A path length of a take-up side cable becomes short and a path length of a pay-out side cable becomes long when the roller arm unit is caused to be swung due to influence of the curved portion.

  • Patent number: 7534042
Abstract: A linear motion guide unit is disclosed in which the lubrication points of lubricant around a rolling element are made in a turnaround passage to ensure proper and steady lubrication by the lubrication system simple in construction, with accompanying sustainable maintenance-free condition for lubrication. A hole open to the turnaround passage is bored through an outward end surface of an end cap. A lubricant reservoir of porous compact product fits into a recess made in the outward end surface of the end cap. The lubricant reservoir has noses protruding to fit into the hole in the outward end surface of the end cap to expose itself to the turnaround passage in such a way forming a part of the curved wall of the associated turnaround passage. The noses come into rolling-touch with the rollers as they roll through the turnaround passage, applying the rollers with lubricant delivered from the noses.

  • Patent number: 7530199
Abstract: Under a method to control a sliding speed in accordance with this invention, the motor is initially accelerated for a predetermined reference speed, and then during the initial acceleration period, if a rotational speed of the wire drum is of and above a given value, a difference between a rotational speed of the wire drum and a rotational speed of the motor is of and above a given value, and a rate of acceleration of the wire drum is of and above a given value, the rotational speed of the motor is reduced temporarily judging the slide door is in a state of abnormal acceleration, and then the motor is accelerated again at a lower rate than the initial acceleration toward the reference speed.
