    Abstract: A counterfeit detection viewer apparatus for detecting security markings in paper currency. The counterfeit detection viewer apparatus includes a viewer housing having a detection opening on the bottom thereof for receiving the paper currency to be inspected and a viewing opening on the top thereof for inspecting the paper currency. The counterfeit detection viewer apparatus further includes a pair of holding brackets for detachably holding the counterfeit detector unit within the viewer housing which is usable within the housing and is removable for use as a hand-held counterfeit detector unit in a dark room or dark area. The counterfeit detector unit includes a UV light fixture mounted in the counterfeit detector unit having a UV fluorescent lamp for projecting UV light rays toward the detection opening and the paper currency to be inspected. The UV fluorescent lamp being less than 0.5 cm from the detection opening.

A first nonionic surfactant agent is included having an HLB in the overall range of 4 to 17; and used in a weight proportion where the overall range is 1 ppm to 0.5% by weight of the deicing and anti-icing composition. A second nonionic surfactant agent is included having an HLB in the overall range of 5 to 18; and used in a weight proportion where the overall range is 1 ppm to 0.5% by weight of the deicing and anti-icing composition.

An electrical conduit is used for connecting the battery pack to the light source. The headgear also includes an interior padding for covering the interior surface wall so as to protect the wearer's head from injury; and a closure strap having a tightening component mounted on the headgear for holding the headgear on the wearer's head.

The anti-static tension device includes a mounting clip for mounting the anti-static tension device on a creel; and an anti-static disc having a hole therein for receiving a collar. The collar has a first passageway for receiving yarn from a yarn bobbin supply, and the anti-static disc is formed of a non-static plastic material to reduce static on the yarn. The anti-static tension device further includes a tension assembly connected at one end to the mounting clip for mounting to a creel and at the other end thereof to the anti-static disc.

This composite structure allows cool air to flow in an inwardly direction from the inner core of refrigerant material through the fourth inner layer and the fifth outer layer to the interior cavity for cooling the beverage container.
